XPOWER USB 3.0 HOST controller not found
i tried to reinstall the usb 3.0 driver/app from msi and when i run it from the start menu i have this error below
i also tried asus driver and does the same thing.. i need help.. and i am thinking that the conflict on my device manager is the controller
Machine Spec :
Bigbang Xpower (1.40) bios
intel xeon x5650
Kingston hyper X 2250mhz
Msi GTX 295 single PCB
please help..
here is my story..
my old rig was xpower + gtx580 + same memory + xeon 5650 and works like a charm. i rma'ed my mobo last month and have the chance to assemble it yesterday, i sold my gtx580 and downgraded my card to gx295 and that is the only thing i changed.
right now, i do not know if the new rma'ed mobo has a problem or this gtx295 causing it. currently, here are the points to consider
-GTX 295 with a single memory it works
-GTX 295 with 2 or more memory i encounter a vga conflict
-GTS 460 works fine with a single dual and triple channel memory

I recently factory reinstalled my Lenovo W510. The recovery discs come with Vista 32 and I upgraded the system to
Win7 64. The device manager did a good job at finding the missing drivers I needed except for two things...
The most concerning problem is that the pc will not recognize any usb device that is plugged into it. The logical
thing to do is download the required usb drivers to make them work. I have downloaded the usb 3.0 device
driver as well as the firmware for this. Whenever I try to run the "USB 3.0 Host Controller Utility" , the system tells
me that there is no host controller found. When I try to install the firmware it says "Not Found the Host Controller"
I don't know what else I need to do? The device manager update utility does not recognize any missing drivers.
Any help?
THANKs!!!!hey atweiss90,
if you uninstalled the current USB 3.0 drivers. Does your OS install generic drivers for it ?
If it does, could you see if your USB works with the generic drivers.

After an undate for the Intell USB 3.0 Host Controller (extensible) as a WIN 8 driver update my DynaDock does not work properly for any devices using the USB ports on the dock and connected to any USB port on the HP Envy 4-1043 laptop. Reading everywhere I can find anything it seems that there is a problem with the Microsoft or Intel driver for the USB 3.0 Host such that the USBs work find when things are plugged directly into them. BUT, when the dynadock is pluuged in and any of its 6 USB ports are used the devices either cannot be found or behavior extremely sluggishly.
This Dynadock has worked well with my last 4 HP computers and worked fine under WIn 7 and 8 on this Envy until the last update of the driver.
I do not know how to re-install the old driver (Hps' WIN7 version sp56724. Can someone please give me the steps or refer me to a source to do this properly?
There is no roll back option in the device manager for this driver. It is grayed out.
I have take pride in not experimenting with 'brihg tiddeas' of how to fix things on this machine. Not that 99% of my gut plus resources from help pages and Miscrosoft did not work before. I do not have a backup computer anymore and I cannot afford the lost of time and productive in making a mess and then spending days trying to undo and fix something that I know others have done well.Windows 8 has native USB 3.0 drivers which explains why you are not seeing an option to roll back. I do not believe you can make the Windows 7 driver work. Have you tried uninstalling in the device manager all usb items and then rebooting to let the drivers reload? Do that with the computer off the dock and then plug it into the dock. As a general rule you should not do driver updates to a laptop through a docking station.

Intel(R) USB 3.0 Host Controller Switch Driver
Hello All,
As part of our software install we are installing the Intel(R) USB 3.0 Host Controller Switch Driver (iusb3hcs.sys) on machines that have Win 7 Embedded (x64). When this driver is installed I have noticed that the USB controller behaves differently:
When shutting down (or rebooting), the controller does not completely lose power. Therefore, if I reboot or shutdown from Win7, and immediately boot to a WinPe usb stick, the driver in winpe seems to have an issue loading and the stick is not recognized.
To fix the problem I can simply unplug the machine (allowing for the controller to lose power) and then booting into WinPe the stick is recognized.
Wondering if anyone knows what OS setting or change I can make in the inf to tell the driver to make the USB Controller power down when doing a shutdown. Any help appreciatedHi,
I'd probably start by asking here:

WebUtil: oracle.forms.webutil.host.Host bean not found
Hi. This is my first attempt using WebUtil. The following code is in my When-New-Form-Instance trigger:
client_host('N:\TTMS\ITS\vbasic\compiled\MenuUpdate.exe');
This is the error I receive:
oracle.forms.webutil.host.Host bean not found
I've included my formsweb.cfg below for your reference. Note that the application is using the [ttmsmenu] configuration.
Thanks in advance for your help with this problem.

# This section defines the Default settings. Any of them may be overridden in the
# following Named Configuration sections. If they are not overridden, then the
# values here will be used.
# The default settings comprise two types of parameters: System parameters,

# Parameters which are not marked as System parameters are User parameters.
# SYSTEM PARAMETERS
# These have fixed names and give information required by the Forms

# Some parameters specify file names: if the full path is not given,
# they are assumed to be in the same directory as this file. If a path

# USER PARAMETERS

I was running this form out of Form Builder 10g. At some point I changed the Application Server URL (Edit => Preferences => Runtime menus) from:
http://ssbuechl2.div16.ibm.com:8889/forms/frmservlet?config=ttmsmenu
to:

So my customized configuration with all the WebUtil references was not being referenced and I was getting the error.

Host Configuration not found error in database control
I have freshly installed Oracle DB 11g and a starter database.
Then i went to emctl (database control), at the home tab, I noticed the status is up (Green up arrow icon) but the "Instance Name", "Version", "Up Until" entries have the value "unknown"
And then when i Click on the "view all properties link", I noticed that the ORACLE_HOME entry has a warning icon after the entry. Then when you click on the ORACLE_HOME entry link, I get a page saying
Host Configuration not found. Check to see if the target exists.Whats happening? Did I miss something in my installation?

USB 3.0 host controller and USB Root Hub xHCI not showing up on Windows 8.1 laptop
Greetings and thank you for taking the time to read the following message and 'maybe' attempt to help me with my current plight...
I have an HP envy m6 laptop running Windows 8.1 and Windows 7. The problem i am facing at current is that i have only 1 out of 4 usb ports working on my Windows 8.1 partition however on my Server 2012 partition, all four ports are working fine. After asking
around i have come to the conclusion that i'm having a driver issue. I compared what was present on the Windows 7 USB controllers (in Device Manager) to what was present on the Windows 8.1 controllers and i found that my Intel(R) USB 3.0 extensible host controller
- 0100 (Microsoft) and my USB Root Hub (xHCI) was missing on my Windows 8.1 partition.
Now for some background....the problem first occurred when i was trying to solve an external hard drive issue in which none of my external hard drives where showing up when i plugged them into my usb ports, i came across an online solution telling me to
uninstall all my USB drivers in device manager, restart the laptop and let the computer re install the drivers automatically, the result was that i only had 1 out of 4 ports working. Could someone please point me in the right direction in order to fix this
problem?Windows 8 has native USB 3.0 drivers which explains why you are not seeing an option to roll back. I do not believe you can make the Windows 7 driver work. Have you tried uninstalling in the device manager all usb items and then rebooting to let the drivers reload? Do that with the computer off the dock and then plug it into the dock. As a general rule you should not do driver updates to a laptop through a docking station.

Toshiba A60 USB 2.0 Host Controller, Can Anyone Help?
Hi everyone,
I recentry purchased a new Toshiba Satellite A60 notebook. Of course, instantly I formatted it, and installed XP Pro, because I didn't need half the programs that the laptop comes installed with.
Problem is now that all they gave me was a recovery disk (DVD). I have found the ATI and RealTek Drivers with no problems off the Toshiba Download Centre, but I cannot find any USB 2.0 drivers (Host Controller). The USB goes really really slow now. I tried just using a Generic Host Controller, but it goes 10 times slower then if I dont have any controller in there lol.
Im thinking maybe I can get Norton Ghost, and try to view the files that Toshiba used in their Recovery Disk.
I am still stunned why they haven't given me a Drivers CD, first time this has happened to me.
Any Suggestions? Or maybe anyone know where I can get the Host Controller from, that suits the A60?
Thanks in Advance!HI Ozzie,
Did you not receive the Toshiba Tools & Utilities CD in addition to the Recovery Disks ?
If not then perhaps you could re-install your system from the recovery disks (thereby getting all the correct drivers) and then delete the unwanted software afterwards. This would ensure that you get all the ccompatible drivers for your system

You could also try a reset and see if you can then download them after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
A third option is to download one of the updates to your computer's iTunes and connect your iPad to it and sync it across, and then see if you can download the other apps/updates directly on the iPad. -

Thank you for your time! Cheers!Hi ,
Please provide more info on the above issue:
1.What is the message shown when you try to debug the application via USB on iOS device ?
2.Are you able to debug on other iOS devices ?
Run this below command from commandline :
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4.7 (64 Bit)\eclipse\plugins\com.adobe.flash.compiler_4.7.0.348139\AIRSDK\lib \aot\bin\iOSBin\idb.exe" -devices
Note:Make sure your device is connected to the machine.
The above command should list all the iOS devices connected to the machine. If a single device is connected,Flash Builder installs application on device and waits for debugger connection. If multiple devices are connected, choose device dialog will be shown.
