XREF1 XREF2 XREF3 in IDoc PAYEXT (RFFOEDI1)

Hi,
I have a problem with IDoc (program RFFOEDI1, Idoc PAYEXT).
In REGUP table fields XREF1, XREF2, XREF3 are filled, but they are not in IDoc.
Could you help me ?!

FB05 - How to display fields BSEG-XREF1-XREF2?

Hi all,
We need to execute a FB05 ( Trasfer posting with clearing) on a GL
account: our GL documents have BSEG-XREF1/2/3 valued (with Agreement data) but BSIS-XREF1/2 are
not available on our DB (only BSIS-XREF3 exists). When we "Choose open item' for that GL account,
XREF1/2 are displayed as empty because data are selected from BSIS ( we have created a custom layout variant for line item display
with XREF fields without problem). Is it possible to retrieve data from
BSEG without changing abap standard program but only working on
customizing?

thank you for your answer.
We have already tried this solution but without results. In FB05 we can see XREF1-XREF2 columns, but they contain no value in case of G/L Open Items.
However in case of Customer/Vendor Open Items XREF1-XREF2 are valued because they are taken from BSID/BSIK tables where XREF1-2-3 exist.
In table BSIS (used for GL Open Items) we have only XREF3, that in FB05 is therefore correctly valued.
Any other idea?

i've captured few custom values for specific G/L Documents during creation through BTE.... if i want to give user to change the values selected during creation, i'm looking for options to change xref1, xref2 fields in BSEG....
no bapis found..... FI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE doesn't work for XREF1, XREF2 if my doc is G/L Account (BSEG-KOART = 'S') ....
following are my thoughts, and want your suggestions on this or any advise pls...
1>> BDC
2>> direct update BSEG (i'm afraid of transaction integrity aswell, so require all tables to update , if required....

any other miracle?

Changing XREF1 & XREF2 for a Document No.

hi guys,
well i have come across this problem, what i need to do is...i have to change reference keys (XREF1 & Xref2) for a particular Document number, so any one can plz suggest me the best way to do it...well one way is by transaction FB02....can u suggest me any other idea??

Inbound idoc payext error 51 In House Cash

Hi
I have an inbound idoc PAYEXT PEXC with status 51 and error message " No parameters found for: IHC H EUR" Message no. IHC205 ". second error message: "Creation of header data failed msg IHC 196" this error has also status 51.
IHC is the bank area, H is a payment method (cheques) that I do not use in IHC and does not exist in FBZP.
The idoc has basic type PEXR2002. segment 26.
Any hint how to solve or debug?

FBR2 post with reference without copying XREF1 + XREF2

The problem is that if I will use substitution I might delete data that the user entered in XREF1+2,
while my goal is to delete only the data that was copied from the original document.

IHC0: IDOC PAYEXT error No parameters found for: bank area IHC H EUR IHC205

I created with F110 an payment run for an external invoice. In transaction IHC0 I can see the payment order. When I post the payment order an outbound idoc is created but ended with status 51 and error " No parameters found for: IHC H EUR" Message no. IHC205 ".
What customizing in IMG Account Management is wrong?
Is it possible to debug the idoc in WE19? I want to see where the messageIHC205 is generated (select from which table?). The wrong payment method H has been determined, it should be another payment method. In function module " FI_EDI_PAYEXT_PEXR2001_OUT " I inserted a breakpoint but the system did not stop there.

Reg : New GL Line Items

We are implementing new GL and I did find out some information on the new GL Vs Classical GL.
New GL :
Total table : FAGLFLEXT
Line Item table : FAGLFLEXA
Clasical GL :
Total Table : GLT0
Lie Item Table : BSEG
I have a question based on the above information.For new GL, SAP Has given 0FI_GL_10 datasource for getting Totals table ie FAGLFLEXT but no data source for line items.
But we have a datasource for Classical GL Line items ie 0FI_GL_4.My question is , having implemented new GL, can I use 0FI_GL_10 for getting the totals data and 0FI_GL_4 for line items ?
Will the line items data coming from 0FI_GL_4 be the same as the line item data in FAGLFLEXA ?
Instead of creating a generic datasource based on FAGLFLEXA,what if I use 0FI_GL_4 for line items ?
Will there be any issues in the future ? Anyone,went thru the above assumption.if so, Please explain the Pros & Cons ...

I spoke with functional folks in my project and i got the following information.
1.As per the talk, line item details are coming to both FAGLFLEXA and BSEG.
2.There are couple of fields like XREF1,XREF2,XREF3,ZUONR, ACTIVITY TYPE etc fields are populated only in BSEG not in FAGLFLEXA.They also say, BSEG has all the entries that are posted in FAGLFLEXA.
As per the discussion, functional folks prefer BSEG than FAGLFLEXA. I am assuming 0FI_GL_4 would pick up all the line item data from BSEG and I am not sure if there are any problems while reconciling with the totals table FAGLFLEXT to that of BSEG (using 0FI_GL_4) ?

Outgoing Parked Invoices Screen layout - FV70

Hi,
I am trying to activate the Reference Key 1 field which sits in tables bseg for FI and vbsega for its parked documents (XREF1).
I want to be able to populate this at line item level however I cannot see the field. Currently I have the field status group for this field set to optional and I can see this working for other documents such as incoming fast payments - in which I can go to FBL5N and go into the document in change mode and go into the additional data button and see this field appear and make a change to it.
However I cannot see the same in outgoing invoices via FB70 or FV70 and FV75 etc.
I have worked my way through the IMG and tried various things with no luck.
I can see screen variants sap01 and sap02 but the field I want is not listed so I cant even create a new one and add it.
Im sure if the field is available in the tables i must be able to enter it somehow on the document.
Can anyone advise.

Unfortunately fields as Reference1-3 (XREF1,XREF2,XREF3) are not availabe at line item level within Enjoy transactions you have to apply notes:
174413 Customer-specific fields in new Enjoy transactions
215798 FBL*N: Special fields are not displayed
Note 174413 applies to Release > 4.6. Review the second part of the note but be aware that this is a modification.
Fields XREF1 and XREF2 have been designed to contain additional data to the trading partner and not for G/L-line items (please refer the F1-help of these fields). Therefore these fields have not been included
in tables BSIS/BSAS where open/closed items are selected from clearing processes. e.g. Program SAPMF05A reads table BSIS.
XREF1 and XREF2 occurs in both BSEG & RFPOS, but in order to use this field in trans. F-28 or F-03, these 2 fields must exist in BSIS as well.
I would suggest you to use XREF3.

0FI_AR_4 - Slow Sequential Read in ECC on Initial Load

Hi everyone,
We are using DataSource 0FI_AR_4. Our plug-in is PI2004.1.500. Support
pack level is 18. When we execute the initialisation from BW then we
experience poor run times against table BSAD. Through SM50 in ECC we
can see that this is doing a sequential read on view BKPF_BSAD as per
below. We have reviewed notes 641977, 760973 and 798536 and created
index 6 as instructed. This has made no difference.
The DataSource only allows us to select on Company Code and Fiscal
Year/Period so we can understand why the extract would be slow as the ECC read uses BUDAT and CPUDT. Unless the Fiscal Year/Period is somehow translated to BUDAT.
An extract of 80000 records takes 1hr 10 mins. We may have 4 to 5 million records to load.
Has anyone come across this problem before?

you could try to trace the database access and check if the index is used for reading. Depending on that you can create an more appropriate index.
Did you also activate index 5?
Also an option would be to do paralell initializations based on company code.

Between the 2007-02-28 10:03:53 and 2007-02-28 10:10:59, what takes it so long to process? Also it happens randomly.
Since it is synchronous, the remote database table has been updated but the connection with XI has been disconnected for timeout issue, which lead to unrecoverable data inconsistent problem.
Anyone who can help me?

Go to O7R3 and add field XREF1 / XREF2 / XREF3.....which ever you are using.
O7R3 - BSEG - XREF1
To activate the field you have run the program RFPOSXEXTEND from SE38
Then try with FBL3N. It doesn't show the Text for old documents, it shows from the time you activate the field and post the document.

F.30 Grouping field and RFDRRANZ enhancement

I need to use field KUKLA as the grouping criteria for Evaluations with transaction F.30, can you suggest were in program RFDRRANZ do you have to make an enhacement to consider the grouping according to the KUKLA field?

Please check whether there is field value existed in BSEG-XREF1/XREF2 in table BSEG for doc.posted from FB01 via T-cd:SE16.
if there is value existed, then it should be displayed in the Open line items displayed screen in F-30 if
there is XREF1/XREF2/XREf3 field existed in the layout. if there is not XREF1/XREF2 existed in the layout, you could select them from table control( in the right -top side of Open line items displayed screen, there is a button), make them available.
If there is not value existed BSEG-XREF1/XREF2 in doc.posted in FB01, then no value will be displayed in F-30 as well.

Regarding FBV4 ..refrence number problem in parked document

hi expets,,,, i have sbeen told to check FBV4 for posting document. When you get the posting document number (Find one or create one) then you will see the line item. Click the line item and check more there are 3 reference number. When you enter the reference number and come back. But when you check again the reference number is not there...

this is funny, when you added / changed the reference number, then you should save the document and check it immediately afterwards. It should be there )
Maybe someone has changed the fields while you were away. Go to FBV3 and display the change documents (if any) for your document.
But I think you simply mix up the fields called "Reference" in SAP. When speaking of FBV4, then you mean the Reference field in the document header, (V)BKPF-XBLNR. This is the only "reference" field you can change in FBV4.
However, when creating the documents and entering the line items, on item level (!!!!), there are some additional "reference" fields, 3 in total. They are called Reference 1, 2 and 3, field names XREF1, XREF2, XREF3. Those are item level fields which are not visible (and changeable) in FBV4, only in FBV2, for instance.

I have a problem with the transaction FBL3N. I can not see the value of field XREF1 and XREF3 in some variants. I can not add the field XREF3 into the table T021S.
Any suggestions ?

Hello Marcela,
Because these fields is a field of table BSID/BSIK but not of BSIS, it
is offered you in the field catalogue under 'change layout'.
But to be able to use the field in FBL3N, you should define it as a
special field.
These fields need to be setup as Special Fields in T021S. You can do
this by the following path in IMG:
Financial Accounting->General Ledger Accounting->G/L Accounts->
Line Items->Display Line Items with ALV->Define Special Fields for
Finding and Sorting Data. (transaction OBVU).
Regarding the Special Fields, please see attached Note 215798. This
note will explain that the special fields need to be in table T021S
as well as in the RFPOSXEXT structure which can be verified via
se11. If these fields are not yet in RFPOSXEXT see Note 215798
(you can verify this in RFPOSXEXT by going to the bottom of the
structure and see under column 'Component' that special fields are
denoted by 'U_XREF1'). You may see a field XREF1
under the 'Component' column, but these fields are NOT the special
field. The special field is denoted by U_fieldname.
Also, to ensure you are using the Special Field in the display variant
-FBL*N when you select->Current display variant right mouse click on
the pop-up box and choose 'Show technical names'. The special fields
will be displayed as follows: 'U_XREF1'.
This will ensure that it is truly the special field you are using.
You will notice that there will be a field 'XREF1'. These
are NOT the special fields. You MUST use 'U_XREF1' in
the display variant to view the data.
You need to do the same for XREF2 ,...
