Xserve having problems at start up..."LoginWindow" ?

My X-serve was in the middle of installing the latest quicktime update when it froze. Naturally I reboted my server and when the start up window come up with the blue progress bar it would go all the way till the end and stop saying "wating for IP Filter". so after trying several things and having no luck we plugged a laptop to it and started it as a targeted drive. Once it appeared on the laptop desktop we went in and deleted that file. Then upon restart the start up window would come up with the blue bar and get to the end saying wating on "LoginWindow" and stay stuck there waiting for ever.
Can anyone help?

Problem is starting weblogic

I am having problem is starting up the weblogic server.What is happening is when I install the weblogic admin server and configure a domain, the admin server is starting up fine.But whenever I install the SOA suite (11.1.1.5) and extend the existing domain/create a new domain, the admin server is failing to start up with a message "failed to create JVM".I am using a laptop with windows 7 64 bit having a primary memory of 4 GB. So I really see no reason for memory shortage.Moreover, I installed SOA suite 11.1.1.5 in my desktop(windows xp 32 bit with 2 GB primary memory) using the same installer files and it is running fine there.Is it happening because of the 64 bit OS?(I made sure I ran the .exe files for windows 64 bit while installing).Any help is highly appreciated.

Have you installed WLS as service? Refer to Article ID: 1157875.1 for a solution of Weblogic as Service on 64 bit.
One of the solutions from there:
1. Select the Windows "Start" -> "Run" -> "regedit"
2. In the Registry Editor, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/beasvc <Domain_ServerName>/Parameters
3. Double Click on the "CmdLine" variable and change the "value data" from "-client" to "-server". For example change:
-client -Xms32m -Xmx200m -XX:MaxPermSize=128m etc..
to:
-server -Xms32m -Xmx200m -XX:MaxPermSize=128m etc..
or if using JRockit JDK:
-jrockit -Xms32m -Xmx200m -XX:MaxPermSize=128m etc..
4. Attempt to start the service again and it should start successfully. Check the <ServerName>-stdout.txt to make sure the server is up and running.
OR delete the exisitng service and create it again

10.10.3 - problems when starting up my MacBook Air

Hi, I have a MacBook Air 2013 and I have installed the update to Yosemite 10.10.3. Since then, my Mac is having problems in starting up... in fact, after pressing the start button, my Mac is giving the starting sound and then nothing else. I have to press two more times the start button to start my Mac as normally. Any idea?

Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list. Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
Download and reinstall the OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 Combo Update.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

Starting on a new computer now. I cant get my music to transfer from the itunes folder on the old computer? I keep getting error "Can't Read from the source file or disk." Whenever I got to folder properties its always checked read only. But when i play the song it works just fine. Im sure this is just because I added music into itunes folder but is there anyway to fix it?

WMA files are 'window media audio' files, which is a Microsoft format. If you want to add them to your iTunes library on your Mac then you will need to convert them into a compatible format first. If your hard drive is getting full, you need to free up, at least, 20 GBs of space on your iMac's hard drive.
If your Mac is running a fairly recent version of OS X, here are some general guidelines.
Follow some of my tips for cleaning out, deleting and archiving data from your Mac's internal hard drive.
Have you emptied your iMac's Trash icon in the Dock?
If you use iPhoto, iPhoto has its own trash that needs to be emptied, also.
If you use Apple Mail app, Apple Mail also has its own trash area that needs to be emptied, too!
Other things you can do to gain space.
Delete any old or no longer needed emails and/or archive to disc, flash drives or external hard drive, older emails you want to save.
Look through your Documents folder and delete any type of old useless type files like "Read Me" type files.
Again, archive to disc, flash drives, ext. hard drives or delete any old documents you no longer use or immediately need.
Download an app called OnyX for your version of OS X.
When you install and launch it, let it run the automatic ans S.M,A.R.T. tests, then go to the cleaning and maintenance tabs and run the tabs that have the ability to clean out all web browser cache files, web browser histories, system cache files, delete old error log files.
Typically, iTunes and iPhoto libraries are the biggest users of HD space.
move these files/data off of your internal drive to the external hard drive and deleted off of the internal hard drive.
If you have any other large folders of personal data or projects, these should be archived or moved, also, to the optical discs, flash drives or external hard drive and then either archived to disc and/or deleted off your internal hard drive.

Apple in no way blocks devices.
Carriers can blacklist devices from their network. If that is what has occurred, only the carrier can remove the blacklist. This should have nothing to do with your ability to activate the device and use it as an iPod.

This problem only started since I upgraded to version 7. I have not used itunes since then because I couldn't watch anything without experiencing these problems. I was waiting for the next version to come out and hoped it would fix the problems I was having, but no such luck. I just upgraded to the latest version, version 11 and I'm still having the same problems. Anyone else having these same issues and if so, any solutions?
