Hi,
I´ve configured the transport routes between my DEV and PRD systems. But I´m getting the next message when I´m trying to import the request into the PRD system:
XT278 Transport files for request &1 must still be transferred
I´ve read that this success because each system has own transport group (
hostsapmnt rans).
I´ve put the PRD on the same transport group that DES but I´m getting a error while i tried to import a request.
What can i do? I want to avoid that every time what a request it will imported I want not to do QUEUE>VERIFY or Click in the green arrow.

Yes and No, both. But you would be in advantage that you will be 'able' to use the 'same' support package 'files' all throughout the landscape - Instead of copying the SPs/files separately for 'each' system's EPS/in

It is not an error , it is due to your are using multiple transport directory i.e it mean you are using seperate trans directory for DEV and for PRD.
Both the system has its on trans directory.
If you don't want that message then you have to use coman trans directory for DEV and PRD.
in other words you have seperate transport group for dev and seperate transport group for quality.

STMS -- data file must still be transferred

Hello All,
In our SAP ERP landscape we have configured the transport system, but in QAS and PRD the systems's queue shows status "data file must still be transferred" and a green twisted arrow icon for new transport requests in the queue. We can transfer the data files manually but we want to know if exist any possibility to schedule a job to do the transfer automatically.

Hi,
Message "Data file must still be transferred" usually comes up when
there is no shared transport directory. The adjustment will copy the
transports to the local transport directory.
Please push the 'Adjust Import Queue' button on the top left
of the Import Queue screen (= button with green arrow)

I downloaded it, etc. and that didn't work.
It actually seems to work the same way as before I downloaded that driver, meaning, it prints but leaves it in the "# Document Pending" status.
Since the wireless HP print server isn't working (No connectMgr.exe file) there's no connection and therefore the doc won't print.
RE: Print/Server software out of date. The software was working for many months after originally installing it on this laptop. Then it just stopped. Now it can't find the .exe file and that's odd.
If I could find that file I could just save it where it needed to be and I'd be good to go.

Crystal Reports transport files for SAP APO / SCM

Hi there,
Problem: we want to use Crystal Reports on top of SAP APO / SCM and have some difficulties getting the definitions of BW / OLAP servers right and don't know which transports to import on the SAP to report with Crystal.
System is a SAP SCM system with APO module. There is a cube in this module (because there is some internal BW system) and I can see the cube in Crystal Reports. When I want to report from this cube I get an error:
"/CRYSTAL/MDX_GET_STREAM_INFO" not found.
This means some transport files were not imported and some functions are missing.
The following transports are missing:

My SAP BASIS expert refuses to import these transports in SAP SCM, because he thinks it is not an SAP BW system as listed in the above transports_EN.txt file. Just trying is not an option because transports cannot be removed once imported...
In my opinion these transports have to be imported to clearly access the cube and will work on SAP SCM even if it's not a 'dedicated' SAP BW environment. In other words, these transports should be imported and will work on SAP OLAP servers like SAP BW, SAP SCM, SAP SRM (APO) or SAP SEM.
Does anyone of you have some more experience on reporting from SAP SCM / APO cubes and if I can import these transports without getting some nasty errors, because its not an SAP BW system?

So I have to import 5 transports in SAP BASIS system and 4 transports in SAP BW system to make full use of the integration kit.
SAP SCM / APO is basically a BASIS system, so the BASIS expert says only those 5 transport have to be installed.
But SAP SCM / APO is also having some reporting capabilities and stores data in OLAP cubes (Infocubes).
In Crystal I can see these cubes when using SAP BW MDX connection.
To make the error go away, I must have some function modules used in transport 'MDX Query Connectivity transport. But the BASIS expert doesn't want to import this transport, because it is listed as a transport for a SAP BW system and he says SAP SCM / APO is NOT a SAP BW system (it's a BASIS system).
And now I have to get some proof that this transport has to be imported in the SAP SCM / APO BASIS system before he installs it...

404 error when hit submit from php file for requested path E:\vise\jqproject\web\errorpages\403_error.htm

I have a php script that when I hit submit, it submits the form to another php file with a get command. This worked about a month ago, but this month it's having issues. This is what the relevant code looks like in the table php file. Running
table.php shows the table in the browser and has 404 errors when I hit submit.

The server is mapped so when we run it off of the server, we use the server ip address and my file name and skip the rest of the path, which works fine with the table.php file, so that mapping appears correct. When I run it off of the server (from my
desk) and hit submit it gives me a 404 file or directory not found. When I run it locally on the server, it's saying it can't find the file name, but it says the requested url is `http://localhost:80/errorpages/403_error.html.` Physical path: E:\vise\jqproject\web\errorpages\403_error.html.
The error message says the notification is from the MapRequestHandler of Module IIS Web Core. I'm not sure why the requested url/path isn't referring to visEupload.php.
(Running on the server) When I change the action in the table.php get to include the IP address, it's behaving weirdly:

it's getting HTTP Error 404 not found. Any ideas why it's not finding the visEupload.php file? It has the correct .php extension. In file properties it's a type php file with name visEupload.php.
I took a look at
[404 error][1] but I see my "allowUnlisted="true" in applicationHost.config. I'm not using sitefinity, though.
I'm not sure if something got over-written when we did a server windows update.
I know we were having a problem with get and post a couple months ago and we had to add them to the IIS Manager Handler Mappings somewhere, but don't remember where we added them to check. Since I tried directly accessing the visEupload.php without any
get (and commented out get code in the file) it should have worked if that was the issue.
We are running server 2008 R2 and I'm not sure which version of IIS it is.
In case it matters, this is the contents of the visEupload.php:

All I can think of is that when I access visEupload.php it's running from the get/action in table.php. This might be a different user running in the system. I tried changing visEupload.php file properties to have full control for IUSR and Internet
Guest Account. It already has full control for System, and me. Users have read & exeture and read permissions. Or maybe it's something that has to do with how the directory is mapped out. I'm not sure what could be affecting this, and
why the message said it can't find the path to 403_error.html.

Not able to view transport request tpz file for importing in Production

Hi Experts,
I am using PI 7.0. I am facing a problem while transporting a request to Production environment. I am using File Level Transport. When I create a transport file, it is successfully created in development system's /export location. Basis team moves the file production system's /import directory.
But here I am not able to see the imported file via Tool->import design/configuration objects , in Production environment. I have tried to use user Id's which have admin level authorizations, still I cannot see the file.
Background - A couple of weeks back, there was an issue with cluster service going down, and we had to manually register the Exchange infrastructure in SLD. New associations were created as per SAP note - #764176 'Manual correction of XI content in SLD'. We were able to transport to Production environment before this issue occurred.

Error when creating files for transport request SAPK-700BGINPLMWUI

Hello experts,
We're upgrading our 46c System to ERP 6.0 EHP4.
In Phase EHP_INCLUSION we get the following error Message: Disassembling package queue failed, rc = "2", reason = "Error when creating files for transport request SAPK-700BGINPLMWUI"
We've already checked the SAINT version; Upgrade Fix, SAPCAR version. We've checked our TMS as well and everything seems O.K.
Any help would be really appreciated!!!

Please Check the things in following sequence :
1.Use latest SAPehpi, R3trans and tp versions.
2. users/group authorization issue and/or ownersip limitations (set 777) .Reboot the server to make sure, that the authorisations are updated and there is no lock on a file in the EHPI dir.Repeat the phase.
Folders where permissions should be 777 are Upgrade directory, Data Directory, Cofile directory and .../EPS/in.
3. Source file corruption can be ruled out by execution
R3trans -l /usr/sap/<SID>/..../abap/data/R-700BGINPLMWUI.SAP (The data file corresponding to the Package which is giving error). Check if this ends fine.

4. Confirm that your transport tool is 'healthy' by testing it in STMS. In SPAM in client 000 use the function Disassemble package and enter the package <Package name>.
5. Try to update the kernel if it not helps.

How to ceate Transport Request Number for importing transport files

I'm trying to create Transport Request Number for importing transport files.
I've copied the two transport files (K903281.QB8 and R903281.QB8) into subdirectories usr/sap/trans/cofiles and usr/sap/trans/data, respectively. Now, I want to import the transport files using transaction management system (STMS). Before using STMS, it seems like I need to create Transport Request Number, but I don't know how to create it. Could you please let me know how to create it?

Thanks for your answer. I was able to import the files successfully as transport number QB8K903281 by using standard STMS transport function after manually adding new transport on STMS. My trouble was from my ingrorance of how to let STMS recognize transoprt number for transport files copied from outside SAP. Again thank you very much.

Request must still be Approved - ChaRM

Hi all,
I am unit testing ChaRM and I am getting an error when I try to bring the changes into production.
<b>Error</b>
Transport control program tp ended with error code 0250
Message no. XT200
Diagnosis
An error occurred when executing a tp command.
Command: IMPORT ALL SMD clires100 proj=SOME pf=/usr/sap/tra
Return code: 0250
Error text: inactive entries found in buffer
Request: ALL
System Response
The function terminates.
Procedure
Correct the error and execute the command again if necessary.
<b>Cause:</b>
In STMS the transports for my Normal Correction and Test Message have a icon that says<b> "Request must still be Appoved"</b>.
My Normal Correction's status is Tested Successfully.
I used a Test Message to fix a problem with the Normal Correction and its status is Confirmed
The Maintenance Cycyle's status is Go-live.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Jason,
just to make sure: Have you set your Transport Strategy to "Single transports" without any QA Workflow? (Check in STMS -> Transport Routes -> double click on Domain Controller)
