Xtrememusic - a sudden code 10 error after installing the newest dri

I have been using the Xtrememusic for about two years and it has no problem at all until I tried to install the newest update.
It worked for about two days normally after the update before the code 0 error(this device cannot start)?appeared.
I've tried many methods, tried rolling back drivers, reinstalling drivers, etc. I have even used driver sweeper to clear all Creative's drivers but it'sjust didn't?work again.
Right now I can't even install the drivers which came from the CD
Is my card being killed by the new driver or what?
I am no experts in computing and any help would be greatly appreciated!
Here's my basic specs:
MB: Asus P5GD-VM
Ram:.5GB
Display card: ATI X600XT
Sound card: Xtrememusic with digital i/o connected

this is the way to?remove?all creative driver files from system completely
. download the updated driver file from Creative website
2. extract the file with winrar kind application
3. find the "Setup" on the "Driver" folder, double click it
4. check options, "Driver Uninstallation" and "Delete all shared Creative audio driver files", click "OK"

  • Error after installing the new JSF release

    I've got a problem to install the new JSF release. I downloaded the Web Services Developer Pack 1.3 from the homepage and installed it. Then, i downloaded the actual release of the JSF 1.0 as a zip file. I removed the existing jsf directory in the original WSDP and extracted the zip file into the home directory of the WSDP. Then I renamed the directory from jsf-1.0 to jsf and started the tomcat again.
    But then I get the following errors and tomcat isn't working at all:

    Your server may be in an unstable state if you did not remove all of the old cached files.
    I recommend you clear out your <JWSDP_HOME>/work directory and remove all the <JWSDP_HOME>/conf/Catalina/localhost/jsf* files and restart your server.

  • Even after installing the newest OS with a clean disk... issues.

         My apologies if I am not going about this in the correct fashion. This is my first time using the Apple Support Communities page. So let me be as thorough as I can...
         A couple of weeks ago I experienced a lot of problems with freezing and slowness. After the disk failed to be repaired and I went through the trouble of deleting files, monitoring my Activity Monitor and a handful of other things... I got a dark gray loading bar at start up that always lead to a shut down. So, I ultimately both erased the disk and got the newest OS installed at an Apple Store out of my own paranoia just yesterday. Worked nicely last night!... for a while.
         Today some of the problems have returned. Some slowness and most importantly Flash Player keeps crashing videos I am watching online. I can't have many applications open at once (currently I have only Safari and QQ open (a Chinese messenger thing) and my Activity monitor shows almost half of a yellow pie of Activity (1.85 GB on a 4 GB computer) with maybe 20% of free space. I have no page outs, I'm using 146.8 MB of swap and my VM size is surprisingly 237.86 GB. In terms of disk usage, I have 471 GB of free space out of 500 GB. The disk and permissions are all fine (I did check.)
         So I guess the real question is... is this just a case of needing to add more RAM? It's a late 2009 model of MBP that I bought new in early 2010 and I've used it pretty religiously for 2 and a half years, including some WoW playing. (just now I had to pause a minute as Safari stopped responding and gave me a one-minute pinwheel of death before resuming.) I actually wouldn't mind that resolution. I just don't want to keep fidgeting with this thing before I make things worse.
         Here are the rest of the relevant specs to be safe:
    Processor  2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
    Memory  4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
    Graphics  NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB
    Software  OS X 10.8 (12A269)

    Even though you ultimately 'fixed' the problems with your internal drive by erasing it, that could still be your problem - since you came up with errors when trying to repair it. It sounds like a hardware issue and the disk seems to be the most obvious problem. I would try replacing the internal drive. Or take your machine back to your local Apple Store and have them run extensive diagnostics on the computer - should the problem be a bad drive you can either have Apple replace it or you can replace it yourself.
    The diagnosis won't cost you a thing - any repairs will, if you authorize them.

  • After installing the newest update on apple tv, my films don't show up

    I have just installed the latest update on apple tv. Now I find "Music", Podcasts, Videos and Photos on apple tv, but not my films, which are also stored in iTunes - can anybody help me there?

    If these are films you have ripped, you might look under "home videos".  My entire library was there and now I have to change the tag from "home movie" to "movie" to get them to show up where I want them.

    I had tried all the suggestions. None of they helped. I can open the files by browsing for they after Firefox is open. I was able to spend some more time troubleshooting the issue yesterday afternoon. The issue has to do with the 64-bit file system. When I right click and select open with and then point it to the installation folder in the Program Files (x86) folder, it still won't open the file just opens to my home page. I did notice that when I was browsing for Firefox.exe that it defaulted to the Program Files folder not the Program Files (x86) folder. So I renamed the exe to LittleFox.exe and browsed for that exe and Firefox would then open the files as expected. So my guess is that it is a registry setting that is all the headache. I don't have time to run that problem down but will just use my workaround by renaming a copy of the exe and use that with my file association.

    Actually, I have quite a few problems with the new version of Firefox. My windows and tabs from previous session don't open, even though I have that checked in Options; have had Firefox crash and freeze much more often; and more.
    I really hate this new version and wish Firefox would stop "fixing" something that wasn't broken, or at least wait a little longer before issuing "upgrades" until more bugs get worked out.
    If it' not obvious, I HATE this new Firefox--enough that I might go back to IE, which I swore years ago never to do.
