Y550 Lenovo restore button doesn't work after clone

I recently cloned my hard drive from a 320 to a 500gb hard drive but after doing so the button to restore to factory settings does not work any more. Before I would press the button and the recovery partition would load, now I press the button and it only boots the operating system up

I have the same issue as described at the beginning of this post. As noted by teacher, I have checked and confirmed the green light in back is still lit. I just bought this printer and issues started from the beginning. After I unplug and then restart the printer that way, it turns on and the power button will turn off and then turn on the printer. Its only after its static for a long time and goes into some undefined mode. At that point, the printer no longer responds. How can a company ship a product to customers in which the power button doesn't work? The only reason I bought this printer was becuase my HP Photosmart 7510 randomly gave me printer head error after changing the ink. It was only like 3 years old. I can't believe my new printer is buggy. Your company is on thin ice now. Please help me resolve this problem.

Submit button doesn't work after moving form to another parent container

I'm re-arranging the page using jquery. When I moved a div or table containing a form to another div, the submit button doesn't work anymore. Using the emulation mode under the Inspect Element feature of IE, the same code works for IE9 but not under IE10
and up.
Any ideas?

When you distribute a form, it replaces the email address that you've set up in a submit button with the email address you have specified in "Edit > Preferences > Identity > Email Address". So before you initiate the Distribute Form process, change the email address there to the one you want to use.
It is a ridiculous solution, because it means I have to make the identity of my personal copy of Acrobat the email address of someone else or some other department when I make the form, but whatever -- at least the form sends now.

Blue ThinkVantage button doesn't work after installing Win 7

I upgraded the OS on my T510 from Windows 7 32-bit to Windows 7 64-bit, and now the blue ThinkVantage button does not work. I re-installed Rescue & Recovery, and it is working. Should I be concerned about the blue button? Is there any way to fix this problem? Thanks!

Download the TVSU then run it and it will install all the drivers and software needed to run your Win 7 x64 bit properly.

Maximize/Restore Button Doesn't Work

All of a sudden, the maximize/restore button in the top right corner of iTunes stopped working. I can still maximize and restore by clicking on the taskbar button. I restarted the computer and reinstalled iTunes, and am getting the same problem. Any ideas?

Power button doesn't work after new update...and that's the least of it

Ever since I updated my 4S with the new software my phone has had so many problems:
Power button no longer works. I have to hold both the home button down and the power button to "reset" my phone to turn it off.
I am having to do this CONSTANTLY b/c my phone freezes up ALL the time. When texting, using maps, other apps. Sometimes I can't get the freaking thing to even unlock. Texting is a disaster. Half the time they don't go through and when my phone freezes up for the millionth time that day and I reset, I later find out that my freaking texts didn't even go through. I HATE THE NEW SOFTWARE HELP!!

If you are able to hold your home button and sleep/wake button down at the same time to reset the phone, you should be able to power it off just fine...

Filter button doesn't work after changing worksheet name

I am using Bex 7.10. I have a workbook with 2 queries. I want to change the name on the Tab for each sheet but when I do that the Filter and Information buttons no longer work. Is there a way to do this?

Check in the Design mode and right click on the Filter tab and check do you see all the filters listed?
If not you can reinsert the query to a new workbook and try.

After installing the most recent version of Toshiba's Value Added Package, the two buttons (toshiba assist and backlight on/off) do not work properly: they open instead a firefox browser window.
I assume there is something to configure in the "optimisation" section of Toshiba Assist.
When I open the program "Toshiba buttons functions" (sorry for the puny translation, in Spanish it's called: "Funciones de botones de Toshiba") all the entries are blank and I have to indicate the Url of the program supposed turning off my LCD's backlight...
I have no clue where to find this executable.
Can anybody help me?

I hope I don't have to use such an extreme solution. Mainly because I *really* don't have time for restoring an OS. Furthermore, if I have to restore everything every time I update the computer: what is the point of updating?
There must be a more subtle solution... don't you think?

Email submit button doesn't work after digitally signing document

I have a PDF fillable form that works great except for the digital signature fields. Every employee needs to fill it out, sign it, hit the email submit button to faward it to the boss, who then signs it and saves it. There are two digital signature fields that need to be signed by different people. If the employee fills out all of the fields and then hits the email submit button, everything works as it should. However, if they sign it digitally like we need them to and then press the email submit button, nothing happens. It's like the button is no longer interactive at all. The mouse doesn't even change anymore when hovering over it. How can I fix this?

When you click the submit button, do you get a window that has the title "Select Email Client"and has the options of "Desktop Email Application" and "Internet Email"? If not, does anything at all happen?
Note that Mac users must have Acrobat or Reader installed and be viewing the PDF in Acrobat or Reader for it to work. Many (most?) Mac users have the Preview Application as their default PDF viewer, and it does not support many interactive features such as form submissions. Although some third-party PDF viewers for Windows support form submissions, many do not.
For those that do not use PDF viewers that support form submissions, they will have to manually attach the document to an email message.

URL button doesn't work after export into ppt/word/pdf

I am working in Xcelsius.
Lets say I have placed a URL button in the Canvas and mapped that to a path of the file(which is not actualy an URL),but any path of the file which is present in the local system
After exporting this dashboard into ppt(or word/pdf),when i click the button,its not redirecting me to a target.
But during Preview of dashboard,it works fine.But after exporting,the URL button not redirects me to the path specified.

IPhone 4 home button doesn't work after upgrading to IOS 7

After upgrading to IOS 7 today, my home button stopped working. Just curious if anyone has experienced this? It worked at for a few hours, then all the sudden it stopped. Maybe it just randomly broke. I've never had an issue before today. Thanks for the help.

Browser button doesn't work after installing drivers - HP 4540s

Hello everyone,
I have problem with browser button (the button next to wireless button) after installation of "Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices" (more specifically "HP Hotkey Support" - Win8). Before that the button works fine, but after installation of this driver it does not work anymore.
I update my BIOS and I did not find button sittings there.
On HP's drivers site there is only driver for Wireless button.

Wow, that's odd...there might be a registry error in Windows preventing it from working correctly. Do you have any kind of registry cleaner?
I don't want to recommend too many things for you to download, but I personally use CCleaner to clean and fix my registry. I would recommend uninstalling HP Support Assistant, downloading CCleaner and run the registry cleaner. After you run the registry cleaner, reboot the computer and then try to re-install HP Support Assistant. Hopefully that will work.

Little house (Home button) doesn't work after reinstall Windows :/

Which driver is for the home button on an HP Touchsmart 600-1050? I reinstalled Windows 64-bit and now the little house does nothing. I don't want to install all the driver because I know how HP is with bloating our computers with spam.

Love your comment but for real HP does not spam your computer. You said you reinstalled windows. How did you go about it did you use your recovery disc or Windows 7 disc? Can you please give us more details? Did you down load the fattial Hp Support Assitant? Pior to this restore? The latest update version will distroy your computers system operating sytem. My Touchsmart 600-1050 is on its way back from HP repair center making that huge mistake of running HP Support Assisant up date. End result HP replaced two hard drives and mother board. Its not a driver its the HP Touchsmart ( Desktop ) software that is corrupted on your computer. Yes it may open up and respond to icons but doesn't mean it opens up by extrenal buttons. My computer should be ariving back with in next two days. I will open it up and check the drivers and serivices list and post them here for you. If my I had my computer I would post it now but its on fedex truck in route.frrw I will be back as soon as it arives and give you the required information. Hopefully HP fixed it right this time.

Hello! ive noticed that ever since ive updated my iphone 5 to ios 7 the lock button sometimes takes more then one attempt to lock my phone, this has never happened when i was on ios 6. Is this to do with ios 7 or is it just a coincicdence that when i updated to ios 7 my lock button just began to stop working?

This is a common problem, the on/off button and the mute, volume up and volume down are on the same flat, so you have to take it to an Apple store so they can fix it, or if you cant go right now you can activate the AssistiveTouch bi going to Settings=>General=>Accessibility=>AssistiveTouch. turn on it will help you.
