Yahoo displays in line form other than the standard Yahoo screen, How do I change this and why does it keep changing on its own?

I have Yahoo as my default search engine. When I enter through FireFox the display comes up as a line display instead of the standard Yahoo Screan with photos etc. I need to know what is causing this to happen and how to change it back? when Yahoo is accessed through other browsers this is not a problem. Any suggestions?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I've been running iTunes on WinXP for years with few problems. I have all my iTunes files on an external USB drive. I just bought a new PC running Win7, 64-bit.
I connected the external USB drive to the new PC and installed 64-bit iTunes on it. When iTunes started up, I pointed it at the iTunes directory in the external drive, using Edit > Preferences > Advanced > iTunes Media Folder Location. It showed a progress bar that it was updating the iTunes Library. I signed in and authorized the new machine. I have one spare authorization.
Then iTunes put up a message "The item you've requested is not currently available in the Hong Kong Store." I had not requested anything from the HK store at that point, and I have never used any store other than the HK one.
When I click OK, the iTunes Store page remains blank, apart from saying "iTunes Store" in the middle of the page.
I went to "View My Account" and pressed the Reset button to "Reset all warnings for buying and downloading items", but that doesn’t fix this particular warning. I also tried Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Reset Warnings and Rest Cache.
But still, every time I click the “App Store” button in the iTunes Store window, the message appears. If I click the Books, Podcasts or iTunesU buttons, these display normally. So I’m stuck with being unable to purchase apps, other than through my iPad and iPhone.
If I move the external drive back to the XP machine, the same thing happens. If I go to another PC - a notebook running Vista - everything is normal.
Any idea how I can clear that message?

I have tried re-validating my credit card, which apparently fixed it for some.
I have also tried uninstalling, re-downloading and installing again.
Neither of these steps fixed the problem.

Why Does Apple Keep Changing the Charging Protocols?

I bought an iPhone 3G yesterday, and after having a 1st-Gen iPhone for about 5 months, I'd have to say I'm not altogether impressed with the new one. Non-recessed headphone jack, check; faster downloads over 3G, check. The rest of it.. I dunno.
The most irksome detail I've encountered so far is that something has changed in the -- what is it called, the docking mechanism at the bottom of the phone that connects to the dock -- that makes all my previous docks (and I have quite a few around the house) obsolete. Worse, this iPhone will not charge from the adapter I have in my car, the Dension ICE>Link which originally integrated all my iPod controls directly into my car stereo.
When I got my first iPhone back in February, the first thing I noticed was that when I plugged it into an older "universal dock," I'd get an error message, "this accessory is not made to work with iPhone." I managed to work around it. I bought a new dock that is compatible, and I discovered that so long as I was using the iPhone as an iPod in my car, it would charge that way. So I wasn't losing battery charge if I listened to my iPhone/Pod in the car. That was good enough.
Now, with 3G, first, I discover that the Universal dock that I purchased with the old iPhone generates the same stupid 'will not work with iPhone' message that the OLD iPhone generated with an older dock. So this iPhone 3G does not work with a dock that I purchased for the original iPhone, which did not work with the dock I had purchased for my iPods. Sheesh.
But, again, it gets worse: now, when I slip the 3G unit into the cradle/adapter in my car, it will not charge ever, not even when I'm using the iPhone 3G as an iPod. The audio connects, I can still use the iPhone as an iPod and listen to it and control it through the car stereo, but I'm draining the battery when I do.
So, from iPod, to iPhone, to iPhone 3G, it appears to me that Apple has changed something in the protocols for each new generation so that all the docks and accessories from the previous generation are no longer viable. Why are they doing that? What is the UPSIDE of this very obvious and irritating downside, other than the upside for Apple that gets to sell me ever more accessories.
Are other iPhone 3G users encountering irritations like this? What sort of work around are there? Anything?
The GPS and the faster data speeds of 3G are nice features, it's also nice to have a flush headphone mount (I can use this one with a bluetooth stereo headset transmitter). But there are other ways that this unit is just not integrating into the way want to use it, and I may be very tempted to go back to the original iPhone.
Anybody want to chime in with their experience?

There are two messages you might see. The one you allude to, "will not work with iPhone" is merely a warning that the accessory is not shielded against the electronic emissions of the iPhone, i.e. you may get a little static on the audio. You can ignore that error and use the accessory. The other error is a "will not charge" and that's because the iPhone 3G no longer draws power from the FireWire pins in the dock connector. Apple has been phasing out FW support - the ability to sync via FW was dropeed a couple of years ago. 3rd party manufacturers have known about this for some time, but seemingly chose to maximize profit by not changing their design (especially for car chargers, since the power input is 12 V, which FW can handle, but for USB the voltage must be stepped down to 5 V). There are dongles available to drop the voltage and move the power to the correct pins.

TS3297 I downloaded a song but it did not download properly and only the first 5 seconds of the song plays. How do you fix this and get the entire song downloaded?

Delete the song from your library and re-download it from the Purchases section of the iTunes Store.

I very often look up to proof-read what I just entered on my laptop screen, and I see it's been jumbled, with words cut-up and cut-off, but the word and the sentence have been inserted (as if cut-and-pasted) u a discussion board I like to visit and contribute to. (It's called: Mutual Fund Observer.)p further, where they don't belong. And I did not type that stuff in that particular spot!

In TestStand, How do I pass variables to a sequence, other than the standard Input Buffer?

I have Labview VIs that have arrays as inputs, I want to pass information in that array to the VI. TestStand already has the Input Buffer setup, but how do I create more input buffers, like array input buffers?? I know that the "Parameters" section in the sequence file is for passing info to subsequences, but that does not help me, Thank you in advance!!

See the TestStand shipping example located in the directory \Examples\AccessingArrays\UsingLabVIEW. This will show you how to pass arrays back and forth from a VI to a sequence variable.
If you are trying to create a step that handles arrays, then you will need to create a new step type that has an array step property. There is an example on the NI web site of a step type that handles arrays. Go to www.ni.com/support and search the Examples Program database using the search string of:

Display of F4 help button on the standard selection screen

I have coded for few parameters to appear on my standard selection screen. And they all are of type refering to a Data dictionary structure and for all the fields i have created a explicit search help object and attached to them. Some have foreign key relationships and i have given corresponding value table in the domain also.
Now my understanding is that when i exectue the report prog on all these parameter fields i should get the search helps and button at the end showing it has a f4 help attached to it.
However, no button appears which shows there is a search help attached, however on f4 my search help comes up and it works fine.
My understanding was that the button was to come to any field which has a f4 help avaiable for it..
But the button is not coming up now.. Is there any customizing code to be written in my report prog for the button to appear...
Any info would be helpful...

Thanks a lot.. but u know wat at times i think ABAP editor give some bizarre problems.. I did the modification
parameters: p_abc type <any type > MATCHCODE OBJECT <search help name>
and the button popped up...
i deleted the addition of matchcode object addition and activated my code.. and the buttons now come up without that addition.
As i told before has to come up when the field has search help attached to it.. no modifications actually need to be done i guess.. but somehow it was not comin at first...

Since downloading Mountain Lion, I keep getting this pop up notification but it disappears to quick for me to even read the first letter. How can I disable this, and what is going on??

I got mountian lion for my macbook pro when it came out and since then, a mac notification pops up every once in a while and it just flashes on the screen real quick and then goes away. I can't even read the first letter so I don't know what it's saying or how I should fix this/disable it. Any ideas??

I haven't figured out what caused it, but I seem to have fixed it by doing a simple back up and restore to factory settings than set up with the back up. Everything is working fine now. I would recommend trying that if you haven't already.

Ok. So if you didn't know, there are some sites that allow you to download music for free legally. For example many industry artists release "free albums" or "mixtapes" just for their fan base. They are uploaded by the actual artists themselves and downloaded by millions of fans. However when I choose to play one on my iPhone 5c, all of them get deleted except for the iTunes purchased songs. This has never happened before and I would like to know why it is happening now, and how to fix it.

It may be that your iPhone's set to sync automatically, which can potentially remove any music that's been added to the device. It may help to set the device to 'manual mode,' so that you have complete and total control over what content is on the device.
