Yahoo is my home page and now that I have downloaded your latest version, as stated in a note from you the tool bar is incompatible. So....how do I print or save a web page if I don't have my tool bar!! I'm not happy with this - please help.
You've moved stuff around so the tabs are at the top instead of my tool bar. I no longer have the means then to copy and paste, print, etc. when I pull up information I might want to keep from a web page. When I downloaded Version 4 a message came across from Firefox that the newer version is not compatible with the Yahoo toolbar. How then do I operate these functions? I'm not a techie, and was happy with my old Firefox. Not a happy camper now. Can you help???

Wow! You know, I tried a variation of that, which was a complete guess, and of course it was absolutely wrong.
I had no idea you could stack DATE_FORMAT one after the other! I researched this for a LONG time and nothing came up like what you suggested, so thank you for this! I hope that this thread helps others who are or will soon be in my shoes. This forum is the BEST!!!

Look at your iphoto 'page'.
On the left is a margin running vertically down the page and within that margin are shown your files/folders - e.g 'events', 'last 12 months', 'anniversary' etc etc.
Now visualize the 'page' but WITHOUT the margin and the entries in it. It just disappeared while I was editing photos.
I've tried all the 'File', 'Edit', 'View', 'Share' 'Window' & 'Help' options, but no success.
There is no apparent way of calling up onto the screen any photos, folders etc. because I can't get the margin and its contents back onto the iphoto page.
I've tried restoring the page from my backup, where it is all perfect, but that didn't work.
Help please!Move your cursor to the extreme left hand side of the iPhoto Window until it turns into a '+' and then click and drag right.

I have a A4 document (569 pages) and within that A4 there are few A3's. Is there a way to isolate the A3's or find out what page numbers are A3's instead of scrolling through all the 569 pages???
thank you for the info... however I'm done buying pdf readers.... I've got three now, that should suffice.
I don't think there's a problem such as you mentioned because the pages are all similar : text and drawings. Some of the pages with drawings work, other similar pages don't.
I converted with Calibre to epub format and this seems to work !!!
So good so far...
Now I need to find a conversion to pdf to allow me to use goodreader or iannotate.
Basically... the text is ok, because a conversion allows reading. So a shortcoming by Apple in my opinion. Again, all pdf's should be readable on such an expensive tool !!! -

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.
If the issue persists, try troubleshooting your Wi-Fi networks and connections.

In order to print something off a webpage in Safari on your iPad there are a couple of things that need to checked. First, you need to make sure your Version is at least 4.3.2 or above. This can be found in the Settings > General > About > Version.
Next, make sure your iPad and printer are both connected to the same wireless network and have valid internet access. Once this is done all you should need to do is open a webpage in Safari, press the Action button (looks like a right pointing arrow coming out of a box) and select the Print option. The iPad should detect any ePrint capable printers on the network (unless your router settings prohibit this) and allow you choose a printer and print.

I have recently changed my bt home hub and now my airport express won't connect to it? Any suggestions?
Anytime you change out a modem or modem router like the HomeHub, the AirPort Express needs to be reset back to factory default settings and then set up again.
The reason for this is that the Express is retaining some or all of the settings to connect to your "old" modem or hub, so it will not work correctly with a new device unless you start over again from factory default settings on the Express.
Power up the Express for a few minutes
Hold in the reset button on the side of the Exprsss for 8-10 seconds, then release and allow a full minute for the Express to restart to a slow, blinking amber light
Now, set up the Express again, like you did originally with the "old" modem or hub that you had previously. -

Hi All. I live outside of the USA and have an iPhone 4s. I'm going to Fort Lauderdale, FLA and want to data service for my iPhone ( navigation using google or imaps, browsing and voip ing when no wi fi available). I browsed the net but seems almost impossible. When I visited Toronto I was able to get data thru Koodo but I don't think this is offered in the USA. I tired to use acrobat distiller from my downloaded creative cloud distiller application and a license agreement screen came up, but it was blank besides the bottom where it says to accept. So I accepted, but nothing happened --did this a few times until I thought I would uninstall, then reinstall from the application manager -- The manager won't let me download acrobat now since it has already been downloaded? What's up with that?

On Mac OS X make sure you ran the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro uninstaller from Application > Utilities > Adobe Installers. On Windows uninstall using the Control Panel.
Download and run the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove any traces of Acrobat http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html.
You should now be able to install from the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
For Acrobat, the blank EULA screen is a known issue:

How do I save a web page so that someone else can open it?
Sometimes I want to save web pages as archives for future reference. I thought printing as a PDF would be the most widely readable format, but items on the page are often lost and I end up with question marks.
I have just tried "Save As" to a web archive, and that works well in Safari (meaning that Safari can reopen it perfectly), but when I emailed the file to a PC user they couldn't open it. I assumed a web archive format would be readable by any web browser; obviously that's not the case.
How do I archive a web page so that it is universally readable without losing any content?A web-link won't work because the particular page I want to send requires a subscription. The story about this particular page I want to send: four of us are planning a 7-day hiking trip through some Tasmanian wilderness, and we don't go unless the weather forecast is fine. I am subscribed to a weather website, but when I send this link:

• Firefox can, but it generates a separate folder of files ( I would have to combine the two, then zip them, then email);
• iCab may be able to, but I haven't tested it yet.

I just updated my pages and now it won't load. This is on my iPad. The first version which has the latest version it can have 5.1 or something like that. I am trying to open a document and am worried that if I uninstall and reinstall I will lose all my documents
I just uninstalled it and am waiting for it to reinstall. I sincerely hope that I have not lost everything that I worked on so hard. Now that mobile me is gone, I have not been able to go between devices to transfer things. I was merely trying to take a document I had worked on and open it in pages, but it said my version was too old. When I updated, it wouldn't load. Now I cannot do anything. I hope that the reinstall fixes it without losing everything. Please advise!!! Yes, I am in panic mode.
