Yahoo messenger no longer shows up in yahoo mail after Ver 9 update.

I use my yahoo mail for email and yahoo messenger. It worked well until the update to version 9 of Firefox. The messenger part does not show up in my yahoo email now. Other people can still see that I am online as they will send me an IM and the tab bar will flash that I have a message from a contact, but I have to open up the actual yahoo messenger program to get the message. How can I fix this?

I do not use any bookmarklets or addons currently and have not in the past. I unintentionally told my browser to delete that e-mail address when I was signing on, the other 2 addresses remain as an auto complete selection. I no longer get the option to remember the deleted address and must type it and the password each time I sign on. My other computer is fine and I get to select from 3 addresses when I sign on to Yahoo mail. I would like to do the same on this computer without reloading my firefox browser.

Additional things to try.
Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi. (In a hotel, you can't do this.)
On your iPad go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings and see if that enables you to connect.

I went to Notes. Showed all notes. Three notes are duplicated, one on iCloud and one on Icloud. I deleted one of the notes and checked to see if the other still existed. It did. I deleted the other two notes. I check all notes and found that the three notes were deleted on both accounts. The only notes on this device are under On My iPad.
I went into system settings and tried to delete the Icloud account. The warning comes up: This will delete all IMAP notes on your device. Will this also delete the notes in On My iPad?

If you are getting an issue with the display on your iPhone such as you describe, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting
Specifically -
Display image issues
This can include bright or dark pixels, lines in video, or sections of video missing.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Verify the issue is not content related, by viewing different content.
If the image is too dark, adjust the brightness. In General Settings choose Brightness and Wallpaperand slide the slider.
And -
Issue not resolved
My issue is still not resolved. What do I do next?

Since upgrading to FF9.0, Yahoo Messenger no longer works. Who will fix this?

After upgrading to 9.0 Yahoo messenger chat no longer functions. The tab will flash that someone has sent a message, but there is no window to open. Also cannot choose a contact to open and start a new chat.
I have filed a couple reports with Yahoo- this was their most recent reply. My answer to them is that I do not want to download another browser.
I understand you are unable to use the chat feature within Yahoo! Mail.
I apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused to you.

Currently this issue only occurs in the Firefox 9 Browser. As a

Yahoo Messenger no longer works with 9.0

Yahoo messenger stopped working after upgrading to Firefox 9.0. Can see contacts, but cannot connect with them by clicking on them. Tried to restore Win XP Pro to two days ago, but Firefox crashes when accessed. Any suggestions.? Do I need to update any plugins, etc? Thanks for your help and support in this matter. Mike

I am having a problem getting the "yahoo messenger options" under Option button in Yahoo Mail after I sign on to Yahoo Mail?

I log-in to my Yahoo Mail. I click the options button at the top of the screen. A pop up appears with 3 options Theme, Mail Options and messenger options. I select messenger options and nothing happens. Theme & Mail Options work fine. FYI, the Messenger option works under the latest version of IE.

Calendar no longer shows a list of monthly appointments with update, only dots

Iphone 5s just received an update and now my calendar no longer shows a list of all my appointments, just dots, unless you are on the exact date.

Tap on a Day to put it in Day view then tap the icon on the top right that looks like three dots with lines after them.

You should try to do a factory reset and see if that helps. It's really the last resort but it often fixes problems.

Yahoo account no longer shows conversations after upgrading to 8.3

Yahoo Toolbar no longer shows up with Firefox 3.6. What's up with that?

The Yahoo Toolbar has essentially disappeared with the new Firefox update. I have check under "View" and "Toolbars" and Yahoo Toolbar is checked. But it is not showing up.

You can check if there is an update of the Yahoo! Toolbar that works in your Firefox version.

Fonts No Longer Show Up Correctly on PC After Upgrade to iWeb '09

Since I upgraded to iLife '09, my iWeb webpage no longer renders fonts correctly when opened via a PC web browser (IE, Firefox, etc.). Specifically, when surfing my site on a PC, it displays only the boring default fonts like (Times New Roman), and not the fonts I selected in iWeb. But, this problem doesn't show up when surfing my site on a Mac, i.e., the fonts chosen during design on iWeb show up correctly.
I never had this issue with iWeb '08; it's only appeared since I upgrade to '09. Now my website looks totally rookie. Anyone else having this problem?

iWeb '09 is doing a bad job of displaying bold fonts - even web safe ones.
For PC users, you have to stick with Web-safe fonts no matter what version of iWeb you use unless you convert them to an image which will increase your file sizes so that your site won't download on a PC using IE anyway!

It will not open any of my mail unless I revert to basic mail worked fine til last Nightly update.

You need to go back to the 5/27 Nightly build. There was a change in the code and broke Yahoo. Nightly builds can break '''anything''' at '''anytime'''. For anyone using the Nightly builds, this is common knowledge.
Anyway, go back to the 5/27 nightly and stay there until this is fixed:
