Yahoo Not Loading
I am unable to get Yahoo to load using Safari or Firefox. People sitting right next to me, using Mac and Windows computers, are able to access Yahoo without a problem. Yahoo's home page does not load completely. It kind of lists everything on the left hand side. When I try to click the "Sign In" link, it sends me to a page saying that the webpage cannot be loaded. Can someone help me figure out what I need to do to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for all of your help.
All other applications are working.
I removed simple card and reinserted. That did not solve the issue.
When I try to remove the accounts I get a 401 access denied error.
I can understand the solution for Gmail but I can't understand why I can't remove my sbcglobal account.
The problem is not solved.

Help! Yahoo not loading!
My Yahoo Mail is not loading on my Nokia N86! It always used to up until a couple of days ago...but now when I connect and open my inbox, it says "Yahoo is now connected", but then the application goes off! How come Yahoo won't load anymore? Any clues?
ThanksGo to the menu, up in your title bar at the top of your screen, click on it and choose Force Quit...
Find Mail in there and Force Quit it. Then restart your Mac and see what happens then. I have seen reports of Yahoo Mail acting up today but I haven't had any trouble with it myself.

When I load Firefox my Yahoo toolbar with all my links that I use does not load! I've been dealing with this for a long time! And as much as I hate Internet Explorer, you are forcing me to go back to it after 3 years with Firefox! Why dose your program have to be so uncooperative. If I can't access my program with ease, what good are you? I don't have this problem with IE. I have been using Firefox because it's so much faster than IE. But If I have to waste all this time trying to re-install Yahoo toolbar or type in Internet addresses, You really are no better, even worse!
'''Ya I also have the same problem. its working on I Explorer but I don't want to be so slow. '''
plzz suggest me a solution.
thanks. -

i have a mac book pro with os x 10.5.8.......sometimes will not load google or yahoo, or any other search engine, but will load regular sites.....why is this?
Check System Preferences - Accounts
Choose you account - login items: If iTunesHelper
shows up - remove it it will prevent re-installation.
It did not have iTunes in the list, just mail and iCal alarm. Deadlines and emails are vital in my home office.
Now that I think about it, adding Mail to the list was the only thing that I had changed to the computer when this happened, but I can't imagine how that would alter permission to install on the OS.

Note: I saw a G5 1.2 for $1,500 CAN. I was tempted. -
My MacBook Pro (OS 10.7.2) will not load some sellers websites that bounce through yahoo. Other Macs on same network work fine. I have reset Safari, tried other browsers, eliminated cookies..... to no avail. All computers running 10.7.2. I have reset Safari, tried other browsers, trashed out cookies. This has me baffled. My other macs running the same OS version work fine. Flash is up to date and have done the current software update. Any help please. I have not blocked any sites and am administator for all machines. I have tried signing in as Guest. Nothing works.
After searching other users questions with related problem, I found that VirusBarrier 6 was the issue. Reconfigured settings there and problem solved.

Any idea on how to fix?Hello,
Certain Firefox problems can be solved by performing a ''Clean reinstall''. This means you remove Firefox program files and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:
'''Note:''' You might want to print these steps or view them in another browser.
#Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org and save the setup file to your computer.
#After the download finishes, close all Firefox windows (click Exit from the Firefox or File menu).
#Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
#*'''Windows:'''
#**C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
#**C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
#*'''Mac:''' Delete Firefox from the Applications folder.
#*'''Linux:''' If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it - see [[Installing Firefox on Linux]]. If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the [http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop Firefox download page], simply remove the folder ''firefox'' in your home directory.
#Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
##Double-click the downloaded installation file and go through the steps of the installation wizard.
##Once the wizard is finished, choose to directly open Firefox after clicking the Finish button.
Please report back to see if this helped you!
Thank you. -

Saved userid passwords will not load on yahoo after clicking form on sign on page firefox 24
When I go to Yahoo Mail I usually can just click the User ID area and the ID and Password information will load as Firefox has that information already saved. That function has stopped with the update to Firefox 24. The user ID and Password information are still saved in FireFox.
What does happen is that if I go to tools/Options/ Security menu and then close it and then try to load the Yahoo mail and click the form it does the auto complete. If I navigate away from that page and go back the information will not load unless I open the Options menu again.
This update seems to have broken the auto complete function.Oh... and here is another work around. Click in the Used Id field then Click in the Password field then click the User Id field again. That brings up my Id s.

Yahoo mail will not, "Load More Messages" on iPhone 3gs
When I go into my Yahoo mail account using the iPhone's mail app, scroll down to the bottom of my list in my inbox, and press the, "Load More Messages" button it will not load more. It's really making me upset. Anyone else having this problem? I have more messages to load but it just refuses to load them. Please help!
Thanks alot.Hey Alan thanks again for the advice but what you suggested did not help/work. On my Yahoo account there is still and option to load more messages, but when I push it, it sadly still fails to load anymore messages. Question? Do the messages have to be unread for them to load? This is really starting to bug me because I can't go back and look at my old emails.
Also with my hotmail account it still will not even give me the option to load more messages. It's really frustrating.
And a final note: I tried to add my yahoo account on my wife's iPhone and it behaved exactly the same way (meaning it would give me the option to load more messages but when I asked it to, none would load)
Sad face. -
I'm running v3.6.11 & am using Yahoo! Mail (sbcglobal.net). When I click on an eMail in my Inbox to load the full eMail message, the message does NOT load but the 'status' in the lower left hand corner of the webpage indicates 'Done.'
This is a similar problem to the page not loading that I've seen in the Support ForumOdd.
Before taking your last suggest I "tested" to see if the problem still existed and it has gone away.
I've not changed any settings.
(Can't remember if the problem is on my work computer or home computer. I'll test the home computer later today.)

new iphone 4s will not load yahoo emails, gives message of the connection to the server failed
Perhaps you should use this iPhone email setup assistant to re-enter your Yahoo account settings. If you do that, simply go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and delete your current Yahoo account, then use the assistant to re-establish it.

Page will not load up; facebook, google, yahoo
Page will not load up for Facebook, Google and Yahoo.
Hi..
If you are using Safari to access FB, Google, and Yahoo, might be a cookies issue.
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
~/Library/Cookies
Click Go
Move the Cookies.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
Quit then relaunch Safari.
If that didn't help, make sure you aren't using an account on your Mac that doesn't have Parental Controls enabled.
And apps like Little Snitch can prevent pages from loading also as well as security software (anti virus).
