After the restore did the phone work properly for a while? Say, a day or so?
If so it is possible you have an app that doesn't let go of memory properly. I reboot my iPhone ( hold sleep/wake and hole till you see the apple logo) every few days. This resets the memory. The iPhone OS has doesn't seem to mange memory very well yet. So a reboot will help with that. I have had my phone almost slow to a stop before I started rebooting. Always reboot after installing a new app. Also do you close all pages in Safari when you are done? This is a good practice. Safari will run in the background and use processor time and drain your battery quicker. Create a new blank page then close all others when you are done browsing for a while. I have also found that certain web site that have animated images like weather maps will turn the phone into molasses. As soon as i close that page it gets faster.
If all of the above have no effect then as Tamara said it is time for a trip to the Genius bar.

Yes all contacts checked and getting pop up message that says "your contacts, calendars,& bookmarks are being synced with ICloud over the air, so it isn't necessary to synch these items using itunes. icloud sync can be configured using your devices mail, contacts & calendar settings".
I have that setting as referenced above and only contacts showing are the 9 contacts I renetered manually today after losing all 3oo contacts. I then restored my iphone back to orinail and still no contacts. Please help

The warning triangle means, that iPhoto has lost the connection between the thumbnails and the photos and cannot show them in the browser.
Rebuild the iPhoto library to reconnect the photos. What is your iPhoto version? If it is iPhoto '11 do the following:
Back up your iPhoto library.
Hold down the command and option/ alt keys while double-clicking the iPhoto icon to launch iPhoto.
Keep holding down the keys until you are seeing the FirstAid panel.
Select "rebuild database" from the panel.
Does that bring your photos back?
If not, download iPhoto Library Manager and use the rebuild function.

Yes. You can have multiple iPhones on the same ID, up to the maximum 5 total devices. FaceTime will use the sim number for calls and you can configure each phone separately, or configure one and then back it up to iTunes and them restore the image to the others.

There is a difference between remembering the name and password in the Password Manager and a "remember me" check box on a web page to log you in automatically.<br />
The latter usually involves the creation of a special "remember me" cookie that is stored on your computer and that is send to the server.<br />
If that "remember me" cookie is removed or gets corrupted or is not send to the server then the server won't remember you anymore and you need to sign in once again.<br />

So make sure that you keep the cookies from those sites via an allow exception and that you do not clear the cookies or site preferences via "Clear Recent History".

I have my iPhoto set to an external drive yesterday when it was in use the usb disconnected i now have a message saying (your photo library is either in use by another application or has become unreadable) I have tried shutting down and restarting.

I have tried shutting it down and then re opening iPhoto but get the same message.
The reason for the external drive was there was not enough room on my hard drive, I have around 7000 photos on it.
is there a simple fix?

These are your options:
1. Restore the iPhoto library from the most recent backup that predates the issue.
          Advantages: Always works, if library damage is causing the problem and the backup is intact.
          Disadvantages: Impossible if you don't have a backup. All changes made since the backup are lost.
2. Repair or rebuild the library. Be sure to back it up first.
          Advantages: May solve the problem with no loss of data.
          Disadvantages: May fail. May take a long time if the library is large.
3. Scavenge the library with a third-party application called "iPhoto Library Manager," which you can find in a web search. From the application's menu bar (not the iPhoto menu bar), select Library ▹ Rebuild.
          Advantages: All images and albums should be preserved.
          Disadvantages: All books, calendars, and slideshows will be lost.

Errors when running my Terminal app. on 10.4 that was made on 10.5

I wrote a small game for the Terminal, and it works fine on my 10.5 mac as well as my brother's. However, when some friends try it on a couple of 10.4 macs, they get either permission errors (this seems to happen if I don't zip up the file before emailing it) or a bus error. Why would they get that?? Is there some weird incompatibility for terminal apps. between 10.5 and 10.4, or am I missing something when I build the app. in Xcode? Or is it just coincidence, and there's really something else going on?

They are getting permissions errors because standard e-mail doesn't support UNIX permissions on files. If you create a tarball, your recipients should be able to untar it and have the correct permissions.
If you build it in 10.5 using the proper cross-compilation options, it should run fine on 10.4. If you are building from the command line, those options are "-isysroot /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk -arch i386 -arch ppc -mmacosx-version-min=10.4". If you are building in Xcode, they are scattered about in various places. Look for architecture, target SDK, and minimum OS version.

Most likely the terminal is working properly, but something in your coding has changed such that it doesnt agree with the updated compiler that's distributed for 10.5. Perhaps it's a small syntax issue somewhere, or a library dependency that's changed, but as far as the terminal goes it should be sending input to the program and printing output properly. The major changes to the OS have been on the system level, not to the utilities such as terminal. They've been enhanced (tabbed terminals and such) but those enhancements are more in the wrapper programs for the utilities than anything else.

I think apple named your drive snow08. I really don't think they would replace your drive without the new one completly erased, that would be pretty sloppy of them. I guess they could have, i just do not think they would have!

You will need to Contact HP to request a "Regionalization Reset". There should not be any charge for this, it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once the reset is complete cartridges from the original region will no longer work. HP's web page on the subject is here. You do NOT need to change your driver, and doing so would not help.

I've been having deleting problems, too, and finally found a couple of fixes here on the message boards. I'll copy and paste them for you. It doesnt fix why it happens, but at least you can delete your emails.

Hey try this.
Swipe to delete. When you are in either portrait or landscape view swipe from left to right over the message in the inbox listing. That should show a delete option without loading the email. Worked for me.

You can also do this go into your settings>mail, contacts, calendars then turn off the "load remote images" then try to delete the message.
