Yet to receive $10 certificate?

Pre-ordered Forza Horizon 2 on XBox One a few weeks back while the $10 microsoft point promotion was going on.
Picked up my copy on release day on Sep. 29th and I'm still yet to receive any e-mails regarding my certificate.
Received pre-order bonus car and my rewards points just posted to my account yesterday.
Just want to be sure I'm still going to be getting my certificate.
Any ideas other than calling customer service? Really don't like sitting on hold...

It's my understanding that Xbox Live codes should have been sent to all eligible customers as of last week. If you still haven't received yours though, then you'll want to send a message to our Gaming-BBY inbox with the following information:
Message Subject: Game Title & Platform
Message Body: Include...
Proof of purchase (Customer Service PIN from in-store receipt or BestBuy.com order #)
Email address (the one you provided for the code)
One of our gaming specialists will then be able to review your order and determine why you might not have received your pre-order code.

    I received my Goro code in my email, but I have yet to receive my $10 gift certificate for pre-ordering the game.

    Generally, you should see the 500 points for the certificate post to your My Best Buy account in about 15-20 days.  You may see the points actually post with a date from when you initially pre-ordered, so make sure you are looking for that on your account.  You can also find more information on the process on our My Best Buy Gamers Club Get $10 FAQ here.

The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter?

    1) Are you able to logon to certview and confirm your status there?
    2) Do ALL these exams show under your prometric testing history under a single Prometric Id.

    The support FAQs at [http://education.oracle.com/pls/web_prod-plq-dad/db_pages.getpage?page_id=82#5Q1A] have a little bit which says:-

    I have not received my certification success kit. What do I do? ...
    The relevant email address is :: ocp-fulfillment_ww .....
    I think with the switchover to Pearson Vue there have been some delays. Also for some the post is not as good (and sometime post goes missing, people move, etc). However if you are able to access certview this is worth doing to ensure Oracle has the passes (and certifications) you expect recorded under your Oracle Testing Id. (That said some people can have difficulities accessing certview ... but certview should normally show where the problem lies).
    (Please note my suggstions are not authorative as I dont work for Oracle).

    Also please note you should have received a PL/SQL Developer OCA Certificate as well .. did you receive this? Also you have passed 3 exams in a short amount of time ... it isn't impossible to these 3 exams close together but it may be a little unusual to do so.

  • I have yet to receive any emails after signing up for Unlocked

    I signed up for a 2-year Gamers Club Unlocked membership on 7/10/2014 and have yet to receive any emails regarding the welcome packet which would contain special offer coupons upon sigining up for the service. The same day at the same store I signed up for Unlocked at I also pre-ordered 4 Xbox One games (Destiny, Farcry 4, Arkham Knight, and Evolve) and 1 PC game (GTA V). Most all of these games offer pre-order bonuses such as DLC add-on's, beta access, etc. that I would like to have since I did pre-order them.
    I have yet to also receive my Destiny Beta code so is it possible my primary email was being blocked from being sent these codes/promotions? I had to change my unboxed primary email address just so that I could get the verification url email to be able to even post on this message board and ask for help. If you need my email and or proof's of purchase I would be glad to provide them for you. Thanks.

    OCP Team1) Firstly you should not disclose you oracle testing id/prometric id to anyone, let alone the whole internet.
    2) Secondly, this email is very old. Indeed it is 2 years old!!!
    Your email is unclear.
    It appears you have still not received a certificate.
    It appears that previously you had not successfully successfully submitted your hands on course approval.
    I suspect, but I may be wrong, the reason you have not been awarded a certificate is that you have not met all the certification requirements.
    It is possible to see what your status is precisely by looking carefully at certview. You may have already have successfully registered.

  • Failure to receive OCP Certificate

    Hello Everyone,
    I have cleared all my exams of Oracle 9i Certification Exam. On completion of OCA i did receive the OCA certificate.
    After i completed OCP i did apply through https://ibt1.prometric.com/ for verification of the hands on course which i had attended. I received a mail that it has been verified and is a success. But when i again log in into the link https://ibt1.prometric.com/ it does not show my 9i exam results under the link Review Results.
    I have not yet received my OCP success kit. Is there a problem in my verification?? Can anyone help me out on this.

    Otherwise have you got the paper after you passed the exam with your score? Where have you passed your exam Oracle or a prometric test centre?
    Please read those lines and also contact prometric hotline by phone.
    I have not received my certification success kit. What do I do?
    If you do not receive your Oracle certification success kit within 4-6 weeks of receiving verification that your Hands On Course Requirement Form has been successfully graded, please send an email to [email protected] and provide your name, Oracle Certification Program credential earned, Prometric ID number, current mailing address, and daytime phone number.

  • Haven't received the certificate after registering AppleCare

    I've just registered my MacBook for AppleCare. I looked on the Apple warranty-checker and the dates have been extended as appropriate.
    However, I have not received an email confirmation from Apple that this has been done. I am talking about the email that's called the "certificate", telling me that I'll also get one in the mail soon.
    What should I do?
    I doubt I entered the wrong address. My friend who also recently registered AppleCare in the UK the same way I did received the email only minutes after activating AppleCare.

    I called them, and they fixed it. Though, I had to pay for the phone call in the UK.

    All certificates are to be delivered via email; however, it depends on if your email address is up-to-date whether or not you actually receive the email.  I would encourage you to double check your email accounts spam/junk or promotions folder because the certificate may have been sorted into one of those folders.
    You should also be able to view your certificate by logging into your My Best Buy™ account on BestBuy.com. To ensure that you are able access your $15 certificate, I will be sending you a private message.  You can check your private messages logging into the forum and clicking on the little yellow envelope located at the top of the page.
