Yikes! Severe detail loss from LR to PS3???!!

I am a professional photog who has been using PS for years and Lightroom since it came out. I just ran into a problem that makes no sense to me. I'm running the latest versions of Lightroom and CS3 on a MacBook using the most up to date version of Leopard.
I was just working on a black & white conversion in LR on a raw (cr2) file. I needed to do a bit of cloning work in PS, so I opened up PSCS3 through LR. I did my cloning, without creating any layers, saved it with LR adding the "edit" to the file name, took a look at the resulting image, and noticed the loss of detail - critical detail - in the psd file. The psd file, by the way, is 16 bits, in prophoto color space, and 300 dpi. No loss of detail should result from that.
The same result occurred when I saved the cr2 file to dng format, opened the dng up in PS3 (the details were still there when the file opened up in the raw edit window, opened the file for editing in PS3 and then saved the file as a psd - the detail was gone again.

Does anyone have an explanation for this?? I never noticed this before. . . . And, no automatic adjustments are enabled in either LR or PSCS3
Thanks in advance. I hope there is an answer. Otherwise, this is going to be a show stopper for me. I must have detail for my photos to work.

Are these 100% zoomed crops? If so, It appears you must have accidentally scaled down the image somewhere in the process.

check in settings > mail contacts calendars, and in the contacts area you should be able to change how the names are viewed

Display Several Sales Orders from Same Business Customer TOGETHER in MD04

Hello
In MD04 is it possible to display several sales orders from same business customer together?
For instance one business customer order bikes for two times.
The Order-No are 12912(50st by 07/08/09) and 12913(100st by 10/08/09).
Normally after runnning of MRP(MD02), the planned orders are displayed seperately in MD04.
I want to display two orders together.
The reason is if some trouble happens in Production(for Ord-no 12912) and it cannot be deliveried on schedule, however Production (for Ord-no 12913) is going without trouble, the final-products for order 12913 should move for 12912.
If you have some good solutions, please share it.

Lets look at the two main scenarios, MTS and MTO.
In MTS, the general display filters are available in MD04. Standard SAP filters do not filter on 'customer'. I suspect this is because the concept would normally be illogical in a MTS environment. Planned orders do not exist to serve a customer, but to serve 'stock'. But let us not think about SAP and their logic.
SAP allows you to create customized filters, in IMG>Production>MRP>Evaluation>Filter>Define Display filter. Within this definition, under the "Addnl Selections' tab, you can tick 'Define addl selections in the transaction'. When you use this filter in MD04 display, then, one of the options available to you is to enter a specific Customer number, and then the display will only show the requirements from this customer. Since you have excluded all other customer's orders, all orders of a single customer will be displayed consecutively. Next to each other.
In the case of MTO, the 'filter-by-customer' concept makes more sense (although, not for the reason you have stated. You would have to find some manual method to convert a production order from supporting one sales order item, to supporting another sales order item. Possible but difficult). Anyway, the above mentioned customized filter would also work in an MTO environment.

Please i need help , exchange rate fixed is checked in PO ,at the point of MIGO system use exchange rate in PO.When i check Accounting document in MIGO system Debit Stock account and Credit GR/IR account using exchange rate in PO ,but the difference of exchange rate in PO and system exchange rate, Debit Price diff. clearing account and Credit unrealized Gain/loss from exchange rate account ,I need to know if the posting is correct.Thanks. The Accounting Document was displayed as follows:
Stock account was Debited
GR/IR account was Credited
Price difference clearing account was Credited
Unrealized Gain/loss from exchange rate account was Debited

Yes the account postings are correct if you are using a Std price control on the material master.

How do I severe my iPad from my iCloud when I no longer have my iPad?

Hi! Recently my brother was in the hospital for a while. I loaned him my iPad to play games on. I ended up just telling him to keep it. I did not turn anything off on the iPad (because I wasn't yet to the point I wanted to murder the iCloud). Anyways, I remembered to change my email password, but that is it. I am now getting his photographs on my PhotoStream. I am also worried he might be able to see my iMessages and my photos. The option to have him turn off iCloud is the last case scenario. He wouldn't know how to do it, it would get awkward when I told him why I needed it turned off ect...I need to know how to turn off these features or somehow severe the iPad from the iCloud. I changed the iCloud password, thinking this would knock the iPad photo streaming off, but I got back up here today and saw another photo. I considered just deleting my iCloud, but that would mean the iPad would still be tied to my apple ID...so I am not really sure how to do this, if anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it. I was told that the APP store software should give me no problems but the truth is that it locks up on the software. This machine is only 4 weeks old and I am using 37 g on a 1 T hard drive. There is no reason for it to be locking up. Also, when I try to use the help program, it always tells me that I am not connected to the internet even though I have used both the mail program and the browser with no problem just before that. I successfully used the help program on my pc lots of times. I did not need a $2000. plus machine to just get email. I just wanted to unload on somebody that might understand my pain and after checking out this site...I think there is a few of you out there.

The apps downloaded from the Mac App Store are written by third party developers, not Apple. If you have problems with those apps you need to visit the support area for their websites. Launch the App Store, locate the app name. You should see a support link.

Go to ~/Library/Preferences. Move the com.apple.helpviewer.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Trash. Restart your Mac, try the Help menu.
If you need help finding that file, hold down the Finder icon in the Dock then click: New Finder Window. From the menu bar top of your screen click: Go > Go to Folder. Type this in exactly as you see it here: ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.helpviewer.plist That will take you right to that file.
(.plist) files stores information about a particular app or in this case, the Help viewer. Often times deleting the .plist file resolves the issue.
It's fine to "unload"... we understand that you expect your iMac to be stable but there are times when things go awry. That's why we have these forums so that you can you get help.

If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.

Several purchase requsitions from one sales order

Hi,
I am using item category TAB to create a purchase requsition from a sales order, this works fine.
What I really want to do is to create one purchase requsition for each condition type of a special kind from the TAB position in the sales order.
Another possibility is to create several purchase orders from one purchase requsition, split on the earlier mentioned condition types. In any case, the end result should be several POs from one SO, split on condition types.
Can this be done in config or do you have a suitable user-exit for me?

HI,
The Cost Center Determination settings is in OVF3, the standard works only at the header level though, so it would not work if cost center is needed on the line item.
For this case I suggest to try from CO view:
A material is linked to a profit center. From this profit center you can determine a cost center using txn OKB9
In combination with the material's account assignment field and account determination customizing, an alternate revenue account can be determined for this material. ("Normal" revenue accounts are to be used in combination with CO-PA).
If this account is a cost element with category type "1" you need the entries in OKB9.

Flash CS5 IDE on OS X missing several font families from property inspector

I'm missing several font families from the properties character font family inspector in my Flash CS5 ide on os x. These fonts are present in my font dir and are available in all my other CS5 suite applications (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, AfterEffects, etc).
Anyone experience this?
