Yoga 3 14 audio not working properly

Hi, Could someone please help me? I just bought the yoga 3 14 two days ago. When I am trying to listen to something with my earphones plugged in there is an echo sound. However, if i unplug the earphones and plug back in when the video player is running the echo goes away. The speakers themself have no echo sound. The same earphones are being used with my ipad and there is no echo issue. Has anybody else had the same issue. I have updated all drivers and the computer says that my conexant smart audio is the latest version.

While the 828 is disconnected perform the factory
reset
again.
Disconnect the firewire cable from the 828mkII
-Press the Setup knob
-Turn the Setup knob all the way to the right
-Press the Select knob
-Press the Value knob
-Power off the interface and plug the firewire cable
back
in
-Power the interface back on
i have the original 828 not mark 2, so no reset i know of, just power on off.
After the Mac updates... reboot and plugin the 828,
see if that doesn't get you going.

MSI 865PE NEO FISR2 Audio not working properly

The audio on my board is not working properly. I have it set for 6 channel and am using Creative Labs Inspire 5.1 Speakers that have 3 inputs that match the 3 output jacks on the mobo. However, its just not right. It is sending anything to all 5.1 speakers and also to the proper speaker at same time. So every sound is coming through all speakers and it a tad louder on the speaker it should be coming out on. Anyone else have any clue as to what setting I can change to correct this or is this something wrong with the cmedia drivers?

The answer to all your suggestions is yes, already did it and in the demo app the sounds work fine. Its just so odd, I may just go to Circuit City tomorrow and buy another set of speakers and see if it is possibly them that are causing the issue. Then if so, I'll just return the Creative Labs ones as I just bought them 2 weeks ago and CC has great return policy

Did you enable the output port correctly - LR to LR, surround to surround, center/lfe to center/lfe
The only thing I see is setting phones, 2, 4 or 6 channel in the cmedia control panel and then I plugged in the proper cables.

New laptop - beats audio not working properly

Product name:HP Envy dv7t-7300 Quad Edition
OS: Windoze 8
Issue: This is a brand new notebook. We were using Skype video and the sound volume was very poor (very low). So we decided to plug in the USB-powered speakers we have used on a Dell laptop for hte last year. There was no sound. We unplugged the speakers and there was no sound from the notebook. On a whim, Iplugged the speakers back in and out and suddenly the enhanced (beats) audio started to work, but we could not control the voilume (the volume bar showed 0% but the sound was extremely loud. I played a youtubs video and the sound was still loud. I played a system sound from the control panel and the sound was extreme;y loud.. I plugged the speakers back in and there was again no sound. I unplugged them and again there was no sound.
No sound. I have rebooted twice and still no sound. Windoze 8 shows everything working fine. It apperas that ther is a hardware mechaniscal issue in the headphone plug. Also, when watching the sound controls on Windoze 8, Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound, there are currently three sound devices onthe Volume Mixer display: S235HL, System Sounds, and HPConnectRe..... When I plug in the speaker mini-plug, the S235HL panel disappears. When I unplug the mini plug, the S235HL display momentarily (1/4 second) appears and then disappears. When I do it a third time, I get a pull down on the System Sounds which allows me to make the S23HL display appear again.
I'm pretty sure that there is supposed to be some way to control the volumn on the beats audio, and I'm pretty sure that the headp[hones jack is supposed to work properly like it has on my presios 5 or 6 laptops. Is this a mechanical issue? Or are we doing something wrong?

Hello nancyes. I understand you're having trouble with your sound.
Have you tried uninstalling the device's drivers and allowing Windows to reinstall them? Try the following.
From either the Metro or Desktop views press the Windows+X key combination. This opens the Context Menu.
Select Device Manager.
Expand the "Sound, video, and game controllers" section.
Right click on your audio device and select "Uninstall."
Now reboot your PC.
Windows will automatically install the device when it loads.
Verify whether the problem persists.

Audio not working properly

I've been having a slight problem with the audio on my iPad. I honestly can't say how long this has been going on, because it hardly does it. If I had to guess, I would say about 2 months or so. When the audio is working, it works perfectly fine. Every so often I go to listen to music, play a video, or use my sleep machine app and it does nothing. This is exactly what happens... I can use it and it works just fine, put it down for a few hours and come back and when I go to play music I tap the triangle (play symbol) and then it shows the pause symbol like it does while music is playing, but instead of staying that way it automatically goes back to showing the play symbol as if I paused it and it won't play any sounds while this is going on no matter if I try another song, a different app, or a video online. I've had someone tell me to check my volume buttons, but that is not the issue. When this happens the controlls are no different than they were when I was using it and it played just fine and I live alone so I know no one changed the settings while I wasn't using it. Also the fact that it doesn't even stay on play leads me to believe that the problem isn't entirely in the audio. It's an easy fix when this happens, I just turn the iPad off and then turn it back on and it works as if nothing ever happened. I've considered restoring it to see if that helps, but I wanted to check and see if anyone else has had this problem before. And then even if I do restore it, it may take a while to know if it solved the problem, because this doesn't happen all the time. I'm trying to avoid going to the Apple store at all costs because there isn't one where I live so I would have to drive about 2 hours or so in order to take it to one. I only want to do that if it's absolutely necessary so any and all help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Audio not working properly on exporting keynote to Quicktime

Hello everybody,
I've created a Keynote presentation, with voiceover. It runs perfectly when launched in keynote, standalone, but as I try to export it to quicktime, the audio from an embedded video clip (just one out of 3 clips embedded in the whole presentation) stops after a few words (while the other work perfectly).
I'm going nuts! I tried saving the file afresh under different name, redoing the voiceover, tossing and reinserting that clip that stops, and save again, no luck!
Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hello, I have the same problem, my Quicktime movie has some of the audio files but not others. This is for a professional job so the delay while I try various settings is not helping my cause. I thought Quicktime was a well-proven solution!

Audio not working properly in U410. Need to retry several times, and then it works

I have an U410 with Win 8.1. I went throught the troubles upgrading to 8.1. Installed the Conexant driver 8.65.3.53, and then de Dolby Gui.
However, when I want to: listen to music, see a film with WMP, or see a youtube video, the sound doesn't work and hence, the video doesn't start. If I click retry (or reload the web page) several times, in the end it starts working.
Any clues??

It seemed that the AUDIODG.EXE memory leak issue was unrelated but...It showed crashin in the event log, and the solution for such service has sorted my sound problem
Disable the sound enhancements:

It was working fine one minute and then I seemed to lose the functionality. Also editing a photo in a photo or getting rid of ken burns effect etc does not seem to work. help

"Itunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video may not work properly".

Turned my Dell running windows 7 off 2 days ago. Turned on today. Launched ITunes and got message "Itunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video may not work properly".
All my albums are there but won't play.
Deleted Itunes and reinstalled. Same as before.
Any ideas ??

I was able to find an article that included the same error message you're experiencing:

According to that article, if you see the error message "iTunes cannot run because it has detected a problem with your audio configuration," QuickTime may need to be reinstalled. Please follow the steps below to uninstall QuickTime and then download and install QuickTime using the QuickTime standalone Installer.
On the Start menu, click Control Panel.
Follow the steps appropriate for your Windows operating system below.
Windows Vista and Windows 7: Click Uninstall a program (or if using Windows Vista's Classic View of the Control Panel, click Programs and Features) and select QuickTime in the list of currently installed programs.
Click the Remove button (or Uninstall for Windows Vista and Windows 7) and follow the prompts to remove QuickTime from your computer.
Download QuickTime. Note: There are two options for downloading QuickTime, be sure to select the option that does not include iTunes.
During the download:
If you choose to run the installer, proceed to the next step.
If you choose to save the download, double click the QuickTimeInstaller file, then proceed to next step.

Flash player does not work properly on Windows 7 32 bits

My flash player does not work properly on Windows 7 32 bits with Firfox and IE8 (lasts versions).
My Flash player version : 10.0.45.2, but I tried with version 9 too, with same problems.
I have tried to uninstall, reboot, reinstall several times, ... witch did not worked.
In fact, it works correctly on some sites, like youtube, but not on some others like :
http://www.dailymotion.com/ => black screen instead of videos, right click gives flash context menu
http://www.canalplus.fr/ => videos does not load, right click gives flash context menu
http://www.myspace.com/ => no audio player, right click gives flash context menu
some games in http://www.kongregate.com/ => black screen instead of games, right click gives flash context menu
I have no problem with shockwave in http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/
No problem too with flash player on http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
But in the Global Privacy Settings panel (http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager02.htm l), I cannot change any settings :
I cannot check boxes,
My changes are not saved.
In most of flash animations, videos, ...,
when I click on parameters, I cannot do anything, even closing.
when I am in full screen mode, the message "press escape to exit...." does not disappear.
Last thing, all those problems was not there when I was on Windows XP, few weeks ago, and appear with my registered Windows 7 premium familly edition, with the same hardware configuration...

I tried (uninstall, install and run) without Avast.
I have windows 7 firewall. I do not know where I can allow ActiveX controls and Flash (SWF) content. I do not see anything relative to ActiveX an Flash in allowed program list.
Fix machine crashes when displaying Flash content
I have no freez or crash.
Using IE, Shockwave Flash Object is Enabled and vs 10.0.45.2
Using FF, I have SWF vs 10.0.45.2 and it is Enabled
I really do not understand !!

JSP-Editor not working properly

Hi everybody,
I am working with ISA5.0 and NWDI. I have checked out the Web-Module Project crm/isa/web/b2b.
Now I would like to modify JSP-Files. Unfortonately the JSP-Editor is not working properly.
The JSP-Editor cannot resolve references to Tag-Libraries like
<%@ taglib uri="/isa" prefix="isa" %>
Furthermore I get Errors with JSP-Includes
<%@ include file="checksession.inc" %>
The JSP-Editor does not show any other compile errors until the above mentioned errors are resolved.
So the JSP-Editor does not help with compile errors.
I have tried to use Lomboz instead, but due to the modularization in ISA5.0 and NWDI (ie the Taglibraries are defined in a separate module) I did not get it to work either.
Does anybody have experience on how to get the JSP editor to work properly?

Highlite the clip in the timeline, control click on it and choose "send to soundtrack as an audio file project" in the pop up menu. Don't do an "open with editor". This should work.
If it doesn't and it's just the one clip, you could launch Soundtrack and then open that clip as an audio project . . . don't do a open with editor, just open it directly. Make your adjustment and save over writing the file with the new audio. You may want to copy the clip first as a backup. When you open your FCP project, you'll have to re-link the clip. Once you do it will show up with the new sound.

Windows 7 Brightness and Function key not Working Properly

i have HP 15-af024AU APU Quad Core A8-7410 - (4 GB DDR3,1 TB HDD) Noteboook and it came with windows 8.1 preinstalled than i installed windows 7 ultimate.
i have problem in Display Brightness i am not able to change Brightness by function key or by manually from windows settings.
2. my Function key are not working properly . all key are fliped whiout holding function key it work as function key. 3. bluetooth is not working when i search for new device not able to find any available discouable bluetooth device. 4. wireless button software is not wokring in windows 7 i already updated my bios that available in drivers support and install alll drivers too properly so please give proper drivers for windows 7 for this product that works perfect.

Auto-Brightness on iPad mini Retina is not working properly.

Hello! Noticed that the Auto-Brightness on iPad mini Retina is not working properly.
It works correctly only when such a dark place, then unlock the iPad brightness will be at a minimum. Likewise, if unlock iPad in a room with light, the brightness will adjust to the surrounding space.
If I turn light into a dark room, the brightness slider does not move, and stands on the site. Checked on the iPhone 5S, there problems are not present. Auto Brightness is working correctly.

iOS 8 isn't even out yet. If you are running iOS 8, I assume you are a developer and if you are, you are in the wrong forum to try to get help. If you are not a developer and you're running iOS 8, maybe that's why you are having problems on the iPad.

The type that I made bold doesn't make sense. Is this a typo and you mean that " headphones are not in"?
I did take it to an Apple Store, but the inncorrectly insisted that my speaker was bust and it would cost £250 to replace the whole iPad!
And you know they are incorrect because you get sound here and there from time to time? That fact doesn't prove that something isn't working correctly inside. You could very well have a bad connection inside the device causing this, but somehow you seem to know that's not the case.

Microphone is not working properly

I have bought a laptop 7 months ago and the microphone was working good at that time but 2 weeks ago I discovered that its not working properly I need to put my mouth in front of the mic and shout to hear a very low voice my laptop is Toshiba L850 PSKFWA-01R012 what I've done so far:
checked the levels of the mic-reinstalled the drivers(Realtek HD audio)-I even made a reinstall for the windows...still the same problem that I need to blow or shout in front of the mic to have a low voice
