Yosemite is rubbish anyone know how I can re-load mavericks ?

after loading yosemite, is it possible to go back to mavericks ?

I HAVE to update in order to test new machines that will be deployed. I can't stop someone from working on a brand new system so I can abscond with it and troubleshoot while they sit around unable to be productive. Non productivity will foster the idea around a corporation that if new computers from one vendor are not going to work in this environment then the solution is to deploy something else.
If I update half a room and half of the people can work in one OS and the other group can not function key procedures in the other newer one we either freeze deployment of new machines or go elsewhere. I'm the IT specialist and that translates to the lowest Native American on the totem pole, someone in a corner office will go over my head and we'll have wall to wall Lenovo's in here and that's not where I want this to go.
I understand all OS's have a rocky period but some worse than others, these last two OS's and the last IOS have had more rocks than I have ever seen before and without trying to distract Windows 7 was highly functional out of the box when it came out, it was a rock for production systems.
