Thanks for the prompt reply. The interesting thing is that my Macbook Pro was upgraded today to Yosemite and I still have the spinning wheel on the start up screen before the login page comes up.

Need help making my push notifications and facetime work.
Contact AT&T. Make sure your account is provisioned properly for an iPhone (use those words... otherwise all they will do is look to see what you're paying for, which is not the same thing).
It should work just fine so long as you're not trying to use a go-Phone SIM. -

I had a problem with the Apple Sync Notifer.exe showing up every time I signed in. I finally found a location and
deleted it and it went into my recycle bin. I was going to clean out the recycle bin and it asked if I really wanted to
delete the Apple Sync Notifer. I am wondering if it is safe to clear it or did I make an error and should keep it??Windows 7 can't run on Powerbooks. The name of the computer is under the display on the frame. Are you running some software in Boot Camp, or another virtualization engine?

I am having this problem. At first with the new iPhone 5, and then with the iPad 2. I am not sure why this is happening.
My gut feeling is this is an iO6 issue and here's why -
The problem mainly occurs with apps. I have about 150 apps, and when I plugged in the phone, iTunes went to sync all of them. The process would hang up after about 20 - 30 apps were loaded onto the phone. I could tell where about the process hung up because the apps on the phone showed up as "waiting".
Then on the iPad 2 I plugged in to sync and saw there was a huge "Other" component in my storage. It required me to restore the iPad 2 from backup. With this restore the same issues occurred - putting the apps back on the iPad would hang up. The videos on the iPad also got stuck - maybe after about 10 hours of videos transfered iTunes crashed.
My solution has been to soft reset the device, restart Windows, and continue the process until it's complete. This is remarkably inefficient and time-intensive but everything works with patience.
I have been wondering if others have had these same problems. -
my new macbook pro is giving me hardtime. even apple team is not being to solve it. they replace the motherboard first it didn't work. second time they formatted the computer and that also didn't work. every time my mac showing different problems.
At first my computer had issues. Once it go to sleep it will not back again. I dropped my laptop at apple store to fix it. After 10 days they returned my laptop saying they were no able to fix the problem so they replaced motherboard aiming if that might help. Acttually that didn't help.I had same issue again. I visited apple store again. This time they said they could fix, if I will allow them to format the harddrive. I said ok. They formatted it. It was working fine for few daysAfter few days compter is taking.even more than 15 min to shutdown. Now computer has another problem. It is being hang frequently like every 20'to.30 min.
I don't know what to do? I still have one month left on first year warranty. I have requested couple times to apple associates either to fix or replace or refund. They are showing me rude behavior. They are not understanding my situation. I am a student. I need to do lot of home work. Since last three month my mac book and apple associates giving me hard time. Be patient, be calm, and tell your story just as you have here. I get the sense you are not in the US and don't have access to an Apple Store but are going to an independent shop. This makes using Customer Support all the more important. If phoning isn't viable, use registered mail.
Since time is running short, be prepared to purchase AppleCare to exennd your warranty 2 more years. Yes, you shouldn't have to do this, but it gives you added protection and more opportunities over the next 2 years to claim a replacement computer if you don't get one immediately. After dealing with a similar unhappy situation with a Mac in the late 1990s I finally got a replacement computer and reimbursed for the AppleCare policy. -
My itunes button seems to not be working. Every time I open the app, it closes and goes back to my home screen.

Have just down loaded Yosemite over Mountain Lion, Indesign CS5 does not work ( Am dependant on it) although Bridge , Light Room and Elements operate OK How do I solve this rapidly. Can any one help on this issue. Thanks
Sorry to say it, but I think you can see from Bob's response that there's no way to solve this rapidly.
Did you take an image of your Mountain Lion install before upgrading to Yosemite? Roll back to that. If you're not in the habit of taking a snapshot of your system before performing operating system upgrades - get in that habit. If you are dependent on anything at all on hour computer, having a reliable backup method in place is essential. If you don't have a Time Capsule, or some other way to run Time Machine onto a disk that's not in your computer, go set that up yesterday.
If you can't just remove Yosemite and roll back to Mountain Lion for whatever reason, you can partition your drive so that you can install both Yosemite and Mountain Lion on the same drive, and then boot into Mountain Lion when you need to work in CS5. Or you can take your Mountain Lion disc (I assume you have one, no?) and then use it to create a virtual machine in something like VirtualBox to run Mountain Lion from inside Yosemite. -

Please help to fix it...:(Does the charger-cable that came with the iPhone 6 work properly, does the extra charger work correctly with other devices? If so, could be an issue with the extended cable matching the new iPhone. You could take it to an Apple Store Genius Bar and have the techs check it to see why it won't work with the new iPhone. Could be the resistance is too high for the new iPhone.

Thanks so much!!Turning off auto sync is probably the first thing you should do before you start to experiment. Launch iTunes and go to Edit>Preferences>Devices>click on the box at the bottom that says - Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from automatically syncing. Then click OK and quit iTunes
If your Comcast address book is in an address book on your computer - you can select it to sync in the Info Tab in iTunes - under the heading - Sync Address Book Contacts.
You should make sure that the movie is in the correct format before you add it to iTunes or before you drag and drop. You can add the movie to iTunes via File>Add to library and if necessary click on the movie in the library and go to Advanced>Create iPad or Apple TV versions. I believe that you can drag and drop if you manage content manually.

As you give no background info nobody can possibly guess.
However, have you tried trashing the preferences?
Many weird things happen as a result of corrupt preferences which can create a vast range of different symptoms, so whenever FCP X stops working properly in any way, trashing the preferences should be the first thing you do using this free app.

Shut down FCP X, open PreferenceManager and in the window that appears:-
1. Ensure that only FCP X is selected.
2. Click Trash
The job is done instantly and you can re-open FCP X.
There is absolutely no danger in trashing preferences and you can do it as often as you like.
The preferences are kept separately from FCP X and if there aren't any when FCP X opens it automatically creates new ones . . . instantly.
