You are losing me as a user-no way toi contact you. Latest install bummer

Been using Firefox for three years or more. Upgrades are automatically done.
Latest upgrade to 23.0.1 seems to have knocked out my preferences and none of the search windows works.
I had nice permaent tabs to click for easy web access, now gone.
Explorer and Chrome work fine.
So, my nice experience with Firefox is now a mess.
I have SP3 on Xp but when I tried to downgrade to 22.0, Firefox said can't do it.
Tried to re-start, ran male\ware, changed log in and nothing helps.

I also notice you have 2 flash players installed so something went wrong when Adobe Flash updated, you can clear the plugin database when firefox is closed, see below.

    Hello,
    Suddenly the working CRM is being stopped for some group of users.
    I drilled down to the issue and have checked that the users from Domain in which CRM is installed are having CRM access.
    But for other domain user having problem to access CRM.
    I tried to add a user from a domain which is not of CRM domain then it gives following error.
    "Business Management Error: You are attempting to create a user with a domain logon that does not exist. Select another domain logon and try again.
    <Message>LookupAccountNameW failed with error</Message> "
    The change is made - AD group have upgraded Activer Directory server to 2012 R2
    Please help as the Production CRM is not working for other domain user.

    We have Activer Directory Structure like below.
    One Root Domain says A
    and there are multiple child domain like B,C,D etc...
    B,C and D are all in same level,they are child of A domain.
    There are two way transitive trusts between A and all the child Domain.
    But there is no trust in between B and C and so on.
    Our CRM server is in B domain and B domain's user can access CRM but users of Domain C,D and so on can not access CRM.

    we are in OSS registered as CCC. I am able to send notifications from our SolMan to OSS with components(instalations) which are registered under out SAP customer number(our SolMan instalation etc.).
    When I want to sned notification for our customers to OSS but with component of our customer(he has another SAP number, his instalation) then I got an error message

    Diagnosis
    No address data exists for this logon user in the SAP problem notification system.
    The function you activated could not be executed.

    reflect the SAP version.
    Check for changes The system cannot compare the notification

    Hello,
    I ran a report. Within that report, a BAPI is called. It's name is user_change.
    That BAPI enables you to change user details like passwords and so on...
    When I tried to change the user's password, an error message occured.
    "You are not authorized to change users in user group XY"
    The user belongs to the group XY.
    After an unsuccessful pwd change, there is no SU53 file!
    So how could I solve that?
    Could I explicitly define for which user groups, passwords can be changed?
    Any other ideas?

    I've read some posts about my problem I report here, but have not found the solution.
    In transaction SE54 -> V_T011 -> Generated Objetcs -> Create / Change I can not save the data transport details dialog for standard recording routine.
    The warning "You are changing the function group Which does not belong to you" is shown. The change is not saved.
    Can anyone help me?

    Applying note 123383.  Got SSCR keys from SAP to modify the identified tables.
    When trying to save changes, get error message "You are changing a function group which does not belong to you".
    I changed Function Group ownership to myself, but still get error message.
    Anyone have an idea how to resolve?

    Just in case... did you do the following?
    "If, when you are maintaining certain views, the error message DS138 'Changes prohibited by user ... ' or error message EU522 'Changes to ... are prohibited by ... ' is generated, remove the <b>editor lock</b> from programs L0GFNTOP and L0GFPTOP as described in Note 37900."

    First off, iOS 5 will not run on Macs.   You need to give us your Mac OS X on your Mac to determine which security update you need.  Go to Apple menu -> About This Mac.     And then read the link here:

  • Why is there no backwards compatibility? It seems blatantly obvious you are trying to force your users to upgrade in order to increase profits.

    It is very frustrating when you purchase a VERY expensive software package that is the latest version only to start receiving "You can't open this because there's a newer version out" error messages less than a year later.
    I know you're going to defend yourselves with some stock BS such as "Newer versions have capabilities that older version don't have", but I know this isn't the case. Illustrator could just open the newer versions and you know what, if there's some effect that isn't supported, just let it display it incorrectly. I'm almost positive that you've purposefully programmed your software to detect if a file is a newer version and then force illustrator to display the error and not open it.
    I believe you are using dishonest and shady tactics to increase revenue, and I am very displeased.

    To a large extent, you are preaching to the choir here. Many long-time helpers in these fora have left in recent years, often over disillusion re: Adobe and it's current course in many areas.
    While it is little consolation regarding the question/ problem in your initial post; if the newer AI file was saved with PDF compatibility ON (the default, I believe), you MAY be able to PLACE the file into an open Illustrator document. Exactly how editable it will remain is questionable, and depends on the file and what tools and effects may have been used. It is not backward compatibility, but it is (like so much in Adobe software any more) a workaround.
    And, of course, one can always ask whoever supplied the file to save as an older format, but see my note above re: workarounds.

  • Firefox MAC v30 with proxy needs authenticate"Cache Access Denied" sorry, you are not currently allowed to request: from this cache until you have authenticated

    Firefox was working perfectly before we've updated it to version 30.0. It seems that the new version does not like our Proxy setting which needs users to auth with their AD accounts.
    In the past version, Firefox will pop-up a box that allow you to type in the username and password, which works perfect. However, it does not pop-up anymore and gives me this error message.
    The following error was encountered:
    Cache Access Denied.
    Sorry, you are not currently allowed to request:
    http://www.google.com.au/url?
    from this cache until you have authenticated yourself.
    I try to manually set up the username in key chain and allow firefox to access it but Firefox seems do not access that key chain at all.
    Is anyone have the issue with the proxy which needs authenticate in Firefox30.0? Does anyone know the possible solutions?

    Quite interestingly, Firefox will work for 1 minute after I am using Safari with that Auth proxy. However, if I am not touching Safari for 1 or 2 minutes, Firefox will stop working and pop up the similar error message.

    We have solman 7.1 system.
    CCMS_CPH_RAW_DATA_UPDATE BG job has been triggered in every one hour once and it is finished successfully.
    But in SM21 we are receiving the message like that, It is in green color anyway we need to fix it.
    I have searched in SMP and http://scn.sap.com/thread/90664 as well I’m not getting anything. Kindly give a suggestion to fix this.

    I have checked the SM_EXTERN_WS user role.
    The two roles are in the security document: 
    1)      SAP_SM_EXTERN_WS
    2)      SAP_J2EE_ADMIN
    These two roles are present in the user SM_EXTERN_WS with the name
    ZSAP_SM_EXTERN_WS
    SAP_J2EE_ADMIN
    Weather ZSAP_SM_EXTERN_WS role is there instead of SAP_SM_EXTERN_WS .
    Is it creates a problem?
    In solman_setup TC where do I need to check the user details in step1?

    I have been trying to find an e-mail address for Apple problems that are not on your list of questions usually asked. Could you therefore let me have an e-mail address for being able to sort a problem I have with i-tunes purchasing for audo books as I by mistake downloaded a book instead of an audio book and would like a refund for The One I Love by Paul Pilkington so that I can download the audio book.   • You are not authorized to execute this application in SAP E-Recruit

    Hi,
    We are getting the below error while going to recruitment page for recruiter:
    "You are not authorized to execute this application"
    At the same time when we check in SLG1, we get the below errors:
    No candidate could be found for US E0023127
    The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE============CM003 line 361
    Apart from this we are not getting any dumps/traces in ST22/ST05/ST01.
    When we encountered this error for the first time, we executed the report RCF_CREATE_USER in SE38 and the problem was resolved.
    We got the error again 2 days back, after that also it got automatically resolved. But, now we are getting this error continuously.
    We also tried re-executing the report RCF_CREATE_USER and HRALXSYNC but no use.
    The service user (for recruiter) is a reference user from RCF_CAND_INT.
    We have also tried giving different roles and authorizations to the user.
    SAP_ERC_RECRUITER_CI_4
    SAP_RCF_RECRUITER
    SAP_ERC_REC_ADMIN_CI_4
    SAP_ALL
    We are in ECC 6 EHP 6 and we have a standalone EREC system with ERECRUIT 617 SP3.
    We are stuck at this point in our EREC project.
    Kindly provide your valuable suggestions for this issue.

    Hello Khushboo,
    the message you are getting is a bit misleading as it is the standard behavior of the quick search if the user you are logged in as recruiter does not have a candidate assigned. So the message in SLG1 points into the correct direction.
    I am not sure what you are meaning by "the service user (for recruiter)". Although table T77RCF_ROLE allows to specify a reference user for all roles in eRec only the entries for internal and external candidates are actually used. So the authorization assignment for the recruiter specific roles has always to be done directy for each user. A reference user could be overwritten / reset to RCF_CAND_INT by the ALE.
    What bothers me a bit is the user name and that you mention RCF_CREATE_USER and HRALXSYNC at the same time. This might be the reason for your issue. Looks like you created a candidate for a user using RCF_CREATE_USER which is later transferred in the ALE from HR Core to eRec. This was not a good idea. RCF_CREATE_USER is only for creating project users when the HR core to eRec and for special users who need a candidate while do not have an employee id in HR core (e.g. WF-BATCH). This is why I always recommend to use non-production user Ids for everyone during project phase. Its been quite a time some of my projects did otherwise and I remember a similar issue with one of the customer admins. Everytime data for the user / employee was send in ALE the candidate / user was messed up.
    Getting this fixed was quite troublesome. In the end we had to dump the original candidate. We deleted all records between candidate object, central person, business partner and person object in HRP1001. By that time the customer was still on the old ALE version so today I would also delete all entries in HRP558X infotype tables for the employee. Then I would first try to finger the employee id (e.g. change the name, save, directly change it back, save again ) so it is transferred during the nightly processing of the change pointers and put in the IDoc. If this is not working I would try to transfer it again using PFAL.

    If it's a debit card that you are trying to use then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
    If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ?
