I keep getting this message and I cannot download what I just paid for. My operating system is Fine and up to date. Can any one out there heo with this?

NOt sure what else I need to download

Photoshop CC (released June 2013) is the next major version of Photoshop after CS6 (released May 2012).
Both CC and CS6 are available to Cloud members but you won't be able to download CC if you're on Windows XP.

You need your CS6 serial number to complete the installation. -
