I am finally upgrading from my Adobe CS6 to CC and paid for a Lightroom/Photoshop bundle. I am running the latest OS from Mac, Yosemite 10.10.1. But I receive the following error message when I try to download it:
You are running an operating system that Photoshop no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements for a full list of supported platforms.
Here is my system configuration. Can someone tell me how to download this app?

well not sure of what the problem is besides you running an operating system that adobe cannot work with. reply with that type info ie I am running windows xp home or OSX version 7.5.3 etc. Meanwhile here is the link for minimum system requirement for adobe's creative cloud products System requirements | Creative Cloud that should help. good day

Your operating system is too old to run Photoshop.
You are running 10.6.8. Photoshop CC 2014 only runs on OS X 10.7 and later.

Both CC and CS6 are available to Cloud members but you won't be able to download CC if you're on Windows XP.

It means what it says - your operating system is not compatible or it least it thinks it is. Since you haven't provided any exact technical details, we have no way of verifying anything here.
