You can't log in becuse of a server error

when i try to log in i get a message saying 'ou cant log in because of a server error', i have tried to disactivate my firewall but it still doesnt work. av also tried other stuff which av seen and non of it works

How do you correct Windows 7 "you can't log in because of a server error"? I have tried all suggestions on this forum and still continues to be a problem. All my other computers and devices are fine.

I have reset winsock, I have disabled firwewall, virus program, - tried everything. Still no luck. Looks like many people are havoing the same problem. What IS the problem and how can it be fixed?

I'm trying to log into iCloud on my PC (Windows 7) with my Apple ID (I've checked my ID and password, and both are right). I receive this message:
"No se puede iniciar sesión debido a un error del servidor" (You can't log in due to a server error ...).

Are you running any Anti-virus software or do you have your firewall turned on? If so, disable them and try again. If that doesn't work, delete the iCloud account and then sign it back on again.
Make sure you are running the most current version of the iCloud Control Panel:

stop and started the bonjour service
done the "netsh winsock reset"
updated all the drivers
I can login to icloud.com with no problem and view my calendar.
Apple chat also provide me with a test id and password to try to install the icloud panel, I got the same error message???

To solve this problem you can:
Windows 7
1) Click on Start
2) Type cmd and press enter
you will see a new window
3) type "netsh winsock reset"
4) restart the machine
should work.
If still does not work you must disable the firewall and antivirus

en Windows 7
1) click en Inicio
2) escribe CMD y pulsa enter
te va a aparecer una nueva ventana
3) escribe "netsh winsock reset"
4) reinicia la maquina
deberia de funcionar.
Si aun no funciona debes de deshabilitar el firewall y el antivirus
