You do not have access rights to this network
I am able to fill out the form but when I go to submit it I get a message that says, "unable to sumbit form, you do not have access rights to this network." Please advise.
I am logged onto Adobe using my Adobe ID and the link was directly emailed to my email address. This form was created on Acrobat XPro.
How did you receive this form, or how were you made aware of it?

"You do not have access rights to this network resource" error message
I cannot collect responses to a form I have created through Adobe 9 / Acrobat.com, as every time I open the responses document, I get the above message.
I think this may be because my password seems to be incorrect, when I check in Preferences / Acrobat.com, however it does not update when I try to change...
I have collected data before using this program, and those forms are still working fine.
Please help - I need data by tomorrow morning or my job is on the line!
Thanks.
LDid you initiate the review of the document that you're unable to access or did someone else start the review?

On a Windows 2008 R2 server that had been working fine, all of a sudden some shared folders became inaccessible. Clicking on them returned the following: "<Folder> is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network
resource. A device attached to the system is not functioning."
If I create another share with a different name for that same folder, it works fine. If I delete the original share then recreate it with the same name, I get the same error. However, if I right click on the problematic share and select 'map
network drive' that works. So this would not appear to be a permission issue.
I discovered this problem because the path for mapping the home folder as a property of their AD account stopped working.
I have tried most of the common things found on the internet. I've tried accessing via IP, same issue. While I only have a couple 2003 servers, those can access this resource.
At this point, I'm pretty much out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated. I also have some reports of potential issues with some printer mappings too which I will have to investigate in the morning.
If anyone has a solution to this I would be extremely grateful. Thank you.Hi,
Can you access the shard folder locally? Is a specific server cannot access the shared folder? Please try to Boot your server in Clean Mode to check if some third-party software cause the issue.

I am trying to download free app updates using iTunes and I receive the following error:
"There was a problem downloading NAME OF APP. You do not have access privileges for this operation."
These are just the free app updates. I have no idea why this started to happen. Any solutions?
I have the most recent version of iTunes. When I transfer purchases from my iPad and iPhone, it does copy over the apps, yet the apps still appear in the list of errors. Any solutions? Thanks but it's still not working. Also every time I start iTunes it asks for my password. I also have my iTunes library on an external hard drive though iTunes 8 had none of these problems. Another problem I have is that the screensaver no longer sees my album artwork even though iTunes still displays it. Not sure if I should try moving my iTunes library back to my boot drive.

I'm trying to play the songs in my 80GB iPod through my computer at work. However, every time a new song comes on, a prompt screen pops up that says, "the ipod...can not be synced. You do not have enough access priveleges for this operation." I have all settings on manual. If it's because I have authorized too many computers, how to I reset that function without resetting the whole thing? This thing is driving me nuts!
I'm trying to play the songs in my 80GB iPod through my computer at work. However, every time a new song comes on, a prompt screen pops up that says, "the ipod...can not be synced. You do not have enough access priveleges for this operation."
I suspect this might be either a security software issue or a folder permissions issue.
What security software (firewall, antivirus, antispyware) do you have on the PC at work? Is it set to scan attached storage drives?
What operating system does the work PC use? XP, Vista or 7? Does your user account on that PC have full administrative rights, or do you have less rights than that? -
The itunes library file cannot be saved. you do not have access privileges for this operation
Help, I just cant get rid of this error message:
The itunes library file cannot be saved. you do not have enough access privileges for this operation. The location of the iTunes Library file may be read-only or owned by a different user.
Default locations:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<login>\My Documents\My Music\iTunes
Vista: C:\Users\<login>\Music\iTunes
Windows 7: C:\Users\My Music\itunes
Right click the iTunes folder and choose Properties
Look at the Attributes and see if Read-Only is checked.
Uncheck it and click OK, at the apply to all subfolders and files prompt, make sure all subfolders and files is selected and click OK.
If your iTunes library saves now you are done.
If it does not you will need to try on each directory above the iTunes directory.
Of course if you are not using the default locations you'll have to alter the path to the one you find in iTunes Edit->Preferences, Advanced tab. -
"You Do Not Have Access Privileges For This Operation"
Just yesterday I installed iTunes 9 on Windows XP SP 3 for the first time. I've never used any version of iTunes before.
Full disclosure: iTunes is not my default media player.
So far, things seem to be going okay. I've only encountered one weirdness: After I set my iTunes preferences (Edit > Preferences) I received this error message:
"An error occurred while updating the default player for audio file types. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation."
Why is that weird? Well...
First - I +did not+ try to 'update the default player for audio file types'. (Did iTunes try to make itself the default without consulting me?)
Second - I am using an Administrator account - no doubt about my "access privileges" - and my music is stored in my account.
I have searched for this error message on the discussion boards here and also Googled the message, with disappointing results. Apparently, this message appears under several circumstances, and there seems to be no obvious fix, only educated guesses that work for some but not for others.
What could be the reason behind the error message in my case? The only time i've seen that error is when updating the itunes library and can sometimes be caused by ESET anti virus / Smart security blocking access. Certainly can't see why you don't enough privileges to change default music player.

Help please,
On trying to sync and iphone with itunes, I get the following popup message:
Attempting to copy to the disk "..' failed. You do not have enough access priveleges for this operation.
The sync is at stage 6 of 6. Syncing Genius Data to "...." (step 6 of 6)
Any ideas on how to have the sync complete?
Thanks in advanceI didn't put all of the movies into iTunes at the applestore. I fixed the problem. my external hard drive (where my movies are stored) was read only for some reason. the last time i was in the store, they must have changed it. thanks though

When I try to play songs from itunes, I get an error message that my computer is not authorized. My songs have all played in the past. This is something new. I verified my computer is authorized, and when I try to re-enter the password, it tells me that I am already authorized. Makes no sense at all. It's an endless circle. Also, my shuffle will not sync due to access rights denied. I did nothing new, I always take the updates. My shuffle and compter are the same, no changes. Everything is verified in my itunes account. For some reason, it is blocking me from half of my music. Help!
It's an endless circle.
See if these instructions help: iTunes repeatedly prompts to authorize computer to play iTunes Store purchases -

New to Windows Server 2008 R2 Administration.
I setup this Windows 2008 R2 Server on a Dell 2950 Poweredge server and have been migrating users off of an old NT style domain running on Samba 3.6 on CentOS.
I have the domain setup (nicholas.sacredheartsaratoga.org), added users, and have moved users / computers over to the new domain and working.
When attempting to setup Group Policy Objects, I continually get the "Failed to Open Group Policy Object" Error. This is driving me nuts and seems to be a 49 error.. which I have done a ton of research on but none of the suggested fixes seem
to be working.
I've been working at this for a couple of weeks and really need this fixed to be able to set GPO's correctly.
Here is my IPCONFIG /ALL

Tecra M2: Power Saver - Do Not Have Access Rights
Hi,
I'm running a Tecra M2 with Windows XP SP2 and I recently installed Toshiba Power Saver as I want to get the best out of my battery on a flight I'm taking. However, when I try to run the Toshiba Power Saver from the Control panel I get a window with the following error:
Cannot open because you do not have access rights to use "TOSHIBA Power Saver".
I'm logged on as administrator, but I still get the same problem. I've even re-installed Windows XP, but after installing all the drivers I get the same error. I've tried installing the Win2K version of the app, but it gives the same problem.
Any help much appreciated as I'd like to get the best out of my laptop power wise.
TIA
KlausHi
I dont know what happen in your case but if you are logged as administrator start please Power saver utility and go to SETUP OPTIONS. Check SETUP PROFILES and activate both options there. -
When I try to login to the website of my bank, I get the following error message:
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
I have a new MacBook Air with OS Yosemite installed.
What is the problem and how can I solve it?Some websites require a special client certficate for access. If you don't have that certficate, you'll have to contact the site operator to find out how to get one.
Sometimes the problem is caused by a web server that is configured to request an optional client certificate. Safari treats the request as mandatory. In that case, other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome may be able to connect to the site, because they ignore the request.
The first time you were prompted for a certificate, you may have clicked through a dialog that requested access to the Apple certificate in your keychain that is used to secure the iMessage service. In that case, you may be able to regain access to the site in Safari by doing as follows.
Back up all data.
Double-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
com.apple.idms.appleid.prd
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Paste into the search field in the Keychain Access window by clicking in it and pressing the key combination command-V. An item may appear in the list of keychain items. The Name will begin with string you searched for, and the Kind will be "certificate."
Delete the item by selecting it and pressing the delete key. It will be recreated automatically the next time you launch the Messages or FaceTime application.
The next time you visit a site that prompts for an optional client certificate, cancel out of the prompt. You may have to do this several times before the server stops asking.
