You have been logged out error message.

When I launch Adobe Creative Suite Pannel, I get the login screen. When I log in I get a "You have been logged out" error message. I changed my adobe password but the error still persists.

Hi Copterdoc,
Please try the steps and let us know if this works.
Close the Creative Cloud application.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud.

    Hi,
Please follow the below steps to remove the error message of "You have been signed out".
1: Open Activity monitor from spotlight and end all Adobe related processes. You may find processes like AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon process.
2: Open a Finder window, select Go>Go to folder option, type in ~/Library and hit enter.
                             (Windows:  [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE)
3: Now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/.. folder.
4: Delete opm file under OOBE.
              5: Rename OOBE to OOBEold.
6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the same location.
7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
8: Click on gear icon on Creative Cloud desktop app and choose Quit Creative Cloud.
9: Then launch it, sign-in and click on Apps tab.
The error message will be removed.

  • You have been logged out because a consistent response...

When I login the VDI manager, have error tell me :You have been logged out because a consistent response could not be guaranteed. Why?

I have the same problem. You can find the following solution at the VDI 3.1 Wiki
    http://wikis.sun.com/display/VDI3dot1/I+cannot+log+into+the+VDI+Manager.
    Basically it suggests three things:
    1) ensure that you have enough RAM
    2) check the cacao
    3) that you should restart the vda-service as a last resort (/opt/SUNWvda/sbin/vda-service restart)
Options 1 and 3 didn't work for me. Option 2 is described in further detail here
    http://wikis.sun.com/display/VDI3dot1/The+system+is+not+reacting+as+expected.
I checked cacao and the service module on my first secondary and I got this:
    # cacaoadm status
default instance is ENABLED at system startup.
    Smf monitoring process:
    9278
    9279
    Uptime: 0 day(s), 15:22
This is right. Then when I checked the service module:
    # cacaoadm status com.sun.vda.service_module
Cannot execute command status: Module com.sun.vda.service_module has not been deployed.
This is wrong and certainly different from my other secondary VDI server (which is working just fine):
    # cacaoadm status com.sun.vda.service_module
    Operational State:ENABLED
    Administrative State:UNLOCKED
    Availability Status:[]
    Module is in good health.
So my problem (and maybe yours) is with the service_module, because it is not deployed. Now my question. How can I deploy the service_module? I do not know at the moment, but if it can help us get an answer...
Anyway, I will look at the logs in more detail and I will tell you later how it goes.

  • What does this statement mean: "There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue?"

I am able to make it to the site for about 2 seconds and then I am quickly logged off and the statement, "There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue."
I don't have a clue as to the problem but since this is impacting my participation in these classes and ultimately could have a negative impact on my grade, I am more than a little concerned!

  • "You have been logged out. Please login again."

I keep receiving this error when trying to login in with my Adobe ID and password via the BC Login Page . There is a green textbox which appears to have a successful login but it does not direct me to the BC interface page.
I've already changed my password once which had no effect. I'm going to open a ticket soon and will post back with my findings if any leads are found.

Have more then one person with that trying to login?
Only one person at a time can be logged in with the single login for security and people seeing this is often the reason.
The other reason is cookies, if you clear your cookies your login info wil be cleared and you will need to login again.

  • "You've been signed out" CC Message

My CC Desktop Application manager became signed out last night, and responded with the 'You've been signed out' message every time I tried to log back on.  So I had a Google and found the 'Delete opm.db' tip.  I tried to be caucious and just add a .bak to the file name, but I was not allowed to because it was in use.  I evntually just deleted it, and was indeed able to log back on to the Desktop Application manager, (DAm)
So all was well, except if I close the DAm for any reason, or restart the computer, I so far have to go back to App data\local\Adobe\OOBE\  and delete opm.db again to be able to sign in to the DAm.   That is not right.
I also found the Run the IMSLib Replacer (WINDOWS only) tip which suggest a link to USB devices being plugged in or unplugged, and I have a possible corilation with that because I had added another mouse (Razer Mamba) to the system not long before the initial problem.  I have not tried running ISLMLibReplacer.exe yet, although I have unplugged the Razer mouse.
So It looks like I can get by, but I would obviously like to be free of needing work-arrounds.
    I'm running 1.5.1.369
    Windows 7 Pro
    Full CC subscription
Everything is up to date, with the exception on an InDesign 9.2.1 update.  My bandwidth is pants, so I am leaving that update for when I can spare the bandwidth.
Thanks for any tips or suggestions
    Trevor

  • "You have been signed out," Signing out as soon as...

    Hello,
Starting today, my skype will log me out almost immediately after I log in, leaving the message, "You have been signed out." After several searches, I tried multiple solutions, including updating Skype, re-downloading it, resetting my password, deleting my Skype folder, and deleting the DbTemp folder in %temp%\Skype. None of these have worked.
I am on a Windows 8 HP laptop, running Skype 6.16. Any help at all is appreciated.
    Thanks!
