Hi All,
from SLFN notification in the action when i try to send message to SAP as OSS it generates for me this error message. i don't know exactly where else to maintain these information as they are already maintained part of the message.
i came accross one of the issue in this forum titled as "service desk. Sent to SAP does not work"

" yor answer was vey helpful. just needed to understand I had to select from ACTION __> GET INFORMATION TO SAP. Select one of the text previously saved in the description and SAVE. After process the SEND TO SAP from ACTION again "
hence it looks he is using an action GET INFORMATION TO SAP in order to pupulate these information. My question is how i get this function in the message, as it does not exists there..

The action should be available from the tool bar when your document is in status "in process".
You may also maintain the appropriate document section (text id SU15? - not sure)

You have not verified your account - Cannot connect to the iTunes Store

About a month ago I had an issue with my ISP in which I no longer had access to my email from them. Unfortunately, it was this address that I used to set up my iTunes account. After a couple days of no email access, I changed my iTunes account from my ISP mail to my GMail address via the Account setup in iTunes. Everything was fine, I changed the address, validated the email when Apple sent the validation and changed the login info on my computer and iPhone.
While I was able to make app purchases via both the phone and iTunes, I could not access my account information, as iTunes would tell me that my account had not been verified (despite having clicked the verification link). Now, since updating to iOS 4.2, I get the message that my account is not verified every single time I try to purchase or update an app, or try to view my account information on both the iPhone and Mac.
When the systems tell me my account has not been validated, they direct me to instructions on how to validate; BUT, the instructions simply state that the account IS validated. I do not have the option to send anther validation email, and if I go back to the original (sent from Apple on Oct 12) and click the validation link, I'm informed that the address/login is valid.
The Apple Support page simply leads me through various common account problems that have nothing to do with my issue, and there seems to be no way to contact them directly about the account issue. I'm at a bit of a loss on how to proceed; any ideas?

Uploading another person's spreadsheet generates You have not signed on to the required Applications Database error

We are using the 7.2.12.04.25 32 bit version of ADI on an IBM P750 machine running AIX 5.3. The Oracle proper application is version 11.5.10 on a 10G database. We have two users that are unable to upload each others spreadsheets but are able to upload their own. A different user is able to upload the spreadsheets created by both of the users that can't upload each others spreadsheets. The ADI settings appear to be the same and the users are selecting the same responsibility. The database properties seem to be the same inside the spreadsheets as well. An option would be to copy the contents of the other person's spreadsheet into one they created and then upload it but that process is too cumbersome to entertain. Has anyone run into and resolved this issue? The error they are seeing is "You have not signed on to the required Applications Database".

Do the users need to sign into the same responsibility to upload a spreadsheet the other created? They are both signed into a GL responsibility but not the same one.
Since they are two different responsibilities then I'd give it a try (ask the other user to login to the same responsibility) and see how it behaves.

I have a user who is trynig to use ADI to upload a journal from Excel.
She receives an error stating "You have not signed on to the required Applications Database"
Any suggestions?

Thanks for your reply. I read that article. At this point I've tried lots of things to get this to work. This user has multiple ORACLE_HOMES on her PC, with different Oracle versions.
I think the user did try creating a new spreadsheet and pasting the data into it and it did not work. At the time I was not familiar with the Windows Service and the DBC directory with the DBC files in it.
I have copied the files to each Oracle_Home so my next step may be to have the user try using a new spreadsheet and using the cut-paste option.
If I get something to work I'll try to update this thread with what I learned.

Can not update since you have not owned the major version of software.

The forums have multiple posts regarding the error "You can not update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software."
Apple's solution is to archive the message without any comment or solution. Some people mention that Apple does not want people to have multiple accounts. We have multiple devices, why would we not have multiple accounts. I do not want all of my sons games on my phone. Could someone please offer a solution without deleting my post like last time.

Ok, I had a glitch, forced to restart, and lost my train of thought.
Reinstalling iTunes should fix the major issue that might have gone wrong, perhaps your explaination points will disappear and everything will be peachy again.
But if they don't, you can open the XML file in iTunes Folder using a Text edit program to see what the common pathname is to the iTunes Music folder or where your content is located.
If you moved the itunes folder, it needs to go back.
I can't download iTunes to my Vista virtual machine to test it out right now because iTunes is down, so I can't verify the pathname, perhaps your issue and the iTunes being down are related somehow?
You don't want to import all your music again, but it's a option, but you lose all your playlists, that's what I'm trying to recover.
If oyu don't have a whole lot of playlists, then simply select all the explaimation point music and delete, select File from the menu and import your itunes folder again.

as description is mandatory field while creating material, you need to assign description text.
also check are you maintaining multiple langauges during this material xreation , if yes, you need to give discription for all langauges.

When Cross company document is reversed with FBU8, Only one (1) leg is reversed and another (2) is not.
For internal audit purpose, when any document is reversed, User should attach some proofs and then he should reverse it.
When I tried to reverse only (2) leg through FBU8, I am getting this error – “You did not select all the docs belonging to the cross-co code transact Message no. F5876”.
Pls give me some inputs how to reverse (2) leg.
