    so the thing is when i want to download an app from the app store from my ipad 2, i was needed to verify the id thing, i followed the steps and everything was fine. even the apple id control panel says my id has been verified, but when i tried downloading again the same thing pops up.

    Try logging out of your iTunes Store account and then logging back in. If that doesn't help, you may need to contact Apple support to have them help you with that problem.

    I just got back home from Apple Repair Center. They have no idea in my problem either, and, suggested to re-install whole device. Well, if re-installing, I can do it by myself. Why do I need Repair Center do it?

    My iPhone 3GS has been used for two years more. Of course, the App Store Updates has been used many many times. No problem at all! Couple days ago, I found I was not allowed to update the apps. And, as previous message I wrote, my Apple ID is not correct and need to verify......
    After back and forward checking, I found the user's account has been change in Updates ONLY. The correct account shall be sytang0106@xxxxx, but, it becomes sytnag0106@xxxxx ONLY when I use Updates. The rest of functions, such as buy other apps, are remained in sytang0106@xxxxx still.
    I don't know where and whom I can report to.
    BTW, once I'm wondering the problem is caused by old iSO, therefore, I upgraded to 5.0.

  • You have not verified your account - Cannot connect to the iTunes Store

    About a month ago I had an issue with my ISP in which I no longer had access to my email from them. Unfortunately, it was this address that I used to set up my iTunes account. After a couple days of no email access, I changed my iTunes account from my ISP mail to my GMail address via the Account setup in iTunes. Everything was fine, I changed the address, validated the email when Apple sent the validation and changed the login info on my computer and iPhone.
    While I was able to make app purchases via both the phone and iTunes, I could not access my account information, as iTunes would tell me that my account had not been verified (despite having clicked the verification link). Now, since updating to iOS 4.2, I get the message that my account is not verified every single time I try to purchase or update an app, or try to view my account information on both the iPhone and Mac.
    When the systems tell me my account has not been validated, they direct me to instructions on how to validate; BUT, the instructions simply state that the account IS validated. I do not have the option to send anther validation email, and if I go back to the original (sent from Apple on Oct 12) and click the validation link, I'm informed that the address/login is valid.
    The Apple Support page simply leads me through various common account problems that have nothing to do with my issue, and there seems to be no way to contact them directly about the account issue. I'm at a bit of a loss on how to proceed; any ideas?

    After calling Apple Support and speaking to the expert, we were not able to resolve an issue where we were not getting a verification email for ICloud. Support had no way to access any Apple ID.     If the password for your old ID does not work when you try to delete the account and turn off Find My iPhone, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    You are logging out from
    Settings -> FaceTime, right?
    My guess would be though, that the FaceTime history is stored locally on the device, so anyone using it will see the entire device history (I cannot imagine that FaceTime uploads the history to an Apple server anywhere - I'm sure it is just logged locally on the device - based on my iPhone and iPad show completely different histories, for example).

However, the driver "Microsoft teredo Tunneling adapter" has a yellow exclamation mark, which i believe means it's not installed correctly or something is wrong with it. This driver is under the Network Adapters (Please see picture below).
    This is what happens when I connect my iPhone 4s to my laptop (Windows 7 Starter 32-bit)
    1. The phone charges it's battery
    2. I can open it in My Computer and import/export media files.
    In iTunes
    3. It start to sync until step 3 then stops.
    4. The iPhone option with an arrow appears beside the iTunes Store, but when the arrow is clicked it disappears.
    I hope you can provide me a solution for this problem.

    For your iTunes issue with it not recognizing your iPhone, I would go ahead and suggest deleting iTunes and all of its components from your Windows computer and installing fresh.

    As far as the arrow button that you click and the iPhone disappears, it sounds like you may be clicking on the eject button. Please take a look at the following article for information on the eject button in iTunes.
