I can see that you have tried to call mobiles in Sweden, this is not included in your Subscription, you can call only landlines.

I'm living in the U.S., and I've changed every single location/address setting I could find to reflect that, but Skype still thinks I'm in Taiwan and requires me to enter in Taiwan-related information that I do not have. That's because you created your account in Taiwan. please contact Skype customer service and ask that your account be unlinked from our Taiwanese Partner.

PURE MICROSOFT ACCOUNT NO OTHER ACCOUNT LINKING.I had to change the primary mail of that account.I was told "no can do" by skype support.I found that if I went to account settings and clicked on the link on the line below the one that said "MICROSOFT etc" (labeled something along the lines of "TV or Device") I got the opportunity to set the password of the "live:username" account (WHICH YOU COINCIDENTALLY HAVE TO DO IF YOU WANT TO USE SMART TVs ETC).Once that was done, I COULD SUCCESSFULLY DO WHAT SKYPE SUPPORT SAID WAS IMPOSSIBLE- I could change the primary mail address. once that was done, and NOT BEFORE, I linked the account to a facebook account as well, just to be sure I have more than one way to access the skype account. The skype account was created last summer using my microsoft account, and the microsoft account is the only means I have for accessing the skype account. So I logged on and opended the profile page, went on to edit the info and marked my outlook mail as the primary, clicked save and got the password question. I entered the password I use for logging on (ie the microsoft account password), but was told that the password was wrong. Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

I have recharged my Skype credit, but still can't make a call

I was previously subscribed the Malaysia 400 mins, 1 month call to mobile numbers, and it worked totally fine. But after I finished the minutes, I did recharge again to get another 400 mins call, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. It means that Skype has received the payment. But, I still couldn't make the call, and a message says that I need to recharge appeared after every called I tried to make. Somebody please share a solution. Thanks in advance.

Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts on August 16th 2015.
Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.

I have skype credit, 5,10EUR, that has been in my account for quite some time now, and I know that Skype sent me an email 1 year ago telling to send an sms to "activate" the credit, which I did.
