You Tube does not work!

I have a new build and flash player does not work, it is loaded as I can see it in Manage add-ons. you tube will not see flash player as I keep getting an error message saying "The ADobe Flash Player is required for video playback" with the option "get the latest flash player". I tried downloading, unloading and downloading and nothing works. I have Windows 7 64 bit, Explorer 9. I have never had this problem before loading Flash Player on a new system. I also have Adobe Acrobat Standard x loaded, if that makes any difference. It worked fine on my old system with Flash Player. Any ideas?

Can't say for sure that it is permitted or works everywhere, but most countries include a YouTube app on the iPad. Links to non-flash videos on YouTube, and works beautifully.

What iPhone do you have? You can check in settings>>general>> about.
If you have a 3G you cannot update beyond iOS 4.2.1. The 3G is over 4 years old an was discontinued over 2 1/2 years ago. You need the latest ios to run the latest versions of some apps. If you have a 3GS you can update.
If your phone is not responding, reset it by pressing and holding down both the home button ad lock/ sleep button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears.

You tube search not working

I just noticed my You Tube Search is not working on my ATV2. I type in a search, and nothing happens. If I go to other menu options, like most viewed, recent, etc, I am able to stream a video.
Has anybody else noticed this problem? I received an update to me ATV2 just the other day, and can't help but think this is related.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

You need to update or reinstall Flash Player:
The latest version of Adobe FlashPlayer can be obtained from here:

You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

and also that you follow the instructions closely, such as closing ALL applications first before installing. You must also carry out a permission repair after installing anything from Adobe.

Error 16 , the help that you suggest does not work!

I had Acrobat XI monthly subscription, computer crashed, when I open my Adobe ID to download on new computer XI is not there anymore it is DC and it downloads but I get error 16 when I try to open it. Have Windows 7. I have done all the suggestions on your web site and but it still will not work. Getting very frustrated as this has been going on for 2 weeks now.
What other suggestions do you have besides: Set permissions. Did all that and that is not the issue!

Since you were using Acrobat XI subscription, you are eligible to upgrade to Acrobat DC without paying any extra charges.
As you are using a subscription, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat DC from the below mentioned link:

You will need to activate your subscription using the same Adobe ID credentials.

I know I'm replying to an out-dated post. But problems are never outdated.
I had done all the above too. But the answer to my problem was to change the DNS server number (should have done this first when the "playback error" persisted.:/). You tube app not working on apple tv

Would appreciate help with this issue. My apple Tv works fine except for the youtube application which returns a "No content found! There is a problem communicating to YouTube. Please try again later." I am on wi-fi and was wondering if any of you have seen similar issues. Thank you!

Same problem. Apple TV 2nd Generation. Canada. Tried to reboot. Netflix working fine. Seems to be only YouTube. No history, no favourites, no subscriptions, can't search.

QuickTime 7 Pro Key Does Not Work

Apple Store sent me a QT Pro "key" and link to on-line instructions. Nothing works. My System Preferences QuickTime dialog/panel does not have an OK button (or a Register button). It's a dead-end dialog. Email reply to my plea for help from Apple Support said I cannot use the QT 7 Pro key on a Mac with OS X 10.3.9 and QuickTime 7.0.3. Said to reinstall 7.0.1 (downgrading from 7.0.3), which I have done, to no avail. Next, I'm supposed to reinstall QuickTime 6.... MEANWHILE, on an Apple QuickTime Web page, it says that QuickTime 7 Pro REQUIRES QuickTime 7. The Apple Support email also suggested that I cannot use QT 7 Pro unless I have OS X Tiger. The email seems fat fetched, but the on-line info doesn't help either. What do I have to do to get QuickTime 7 Pro running? I've paid in full for the privilege. Thanks.

I appreciate your taking time to reply. Unfortunately, the circumstance you describe does not work on my system, and no one can tell me why or what to do to fix it. Before I went to the Apple online store to buy QuickTime Pro, I already had QT 7.0.3 on my Mac OS X, 10.3.9, system. I paid for QT 7 Pro and got the "key"/registration email from Apple. The email included a link to online installation instructions which do, in fact, tell me to click OK in the System Preferences QuickTime panel (though there is no OK button). I tried again, using your advice, and simply quit System Preferences. Still no QT Pro. When I do a find, Sherlock returns 71 items whose names contain "quicktime." Only one is an application, QuickTime Player v. 7.0.1, No QuickTime Pro. [FYI, though I had QT 7.0.3 on my Mac, the Apple support email told me to "reinstall" 7.0.1, which I did. They actually wanted me to reinstall/downgrade to QuickTime version 6, but I have not done that.] My reason for wanting QuickTime Pro to work is so I can convert AIFF audio files to MP3 audio files. If the page you linked does not work then it should so what happens when you try? It is possible that it might be a simple matter of you enabling cookies or trying another web browser.
You can also try to download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
