You Tube videos stopped working as of today only on Firefox?

YouTube videos embedded were working fine until today? Now they error: "An error occurred, please try again later. Learn More.
The videos still work perfectly in Chrome, and work okay in Safari (by installing the "ClickToPlugin" extension to Safari, the videos now play in HTML5 mode but no longer link to You Tube).
In Firefox, they don't play or link to You Tube anymore. I updated to the latest Firefox and Flash. I've been researching this all day today and going back and forth with my hosting support team at Site Ground, but we have not been able to resolve this issue, so I am contacting you out of desperation.
Can you please help me to get the You Tube Videos working properly in Firefox?

I thought I had tried removing "nocookie" yesterday to no avail, so at first I figured since I had all ready tried it that it wouldn't help.
Today I thought what the heck let me try it again, as I am desperate for a solution. Amazingly enough it fixed the issue! Firefox is now playing the YouTube videos and linking to YouTube again. Hurray!
Also, in Safari, the YouTube videos are playing and linking to YouTube again, and the play button is back. That's just great!

For Firefox, In case one of your extensions is involved, could you test the page in Firefox's Safe Mode? That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]].
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
* Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run
After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset).

You tube videos freezing with ipad2

I am trying to help a friend with their ipad2. Here is what they have:
IPAD2
Comcast as their internet service provider
Apple AirPort Wireless Router
My friend does not have a computer so I used my laptop to set up his secure network. I had to download the airport utility software on my laptop. He now has a secure network. My question is this...when he is using his IPAD2, and watching you tube videos, the IPAD2 screen freezes...if I bring my laptop over to his house and he uses his IPAD2, the you tube video's work fine. I left this evening thinking everything was working properly...we tried the video's that were freezing..and they worked perfectly. I get home,,,and he calls to tell me the freezing is happening again...Does anyone out there know what I need to do? I am thinking something has to be turned on or off his IPAD2. I have not had any luck finding any documentation that points to this...

You Tube videos no longer work after Flash Player upgrade

I am running Win XP 2002 with SP3 and Firefox 3.6.15. I just upgraded flash player and now the You Tube videos no longer display. The You Tube sound works. IE has not be affected and I can see the You Tube videos. Firefox does display videos from Netflix and news sites but not You Tube. Your company wants $39.00 to solve a problem that is the result of your efforts, not mine. I think that is wrong. So what do I do so I can resume using Firefox to view You Tube videos?

I am having a great deal of issues trying to sort out the flash player. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling the flash player, however I still get the same messages on sites such as youtube, bbc that I do not have the correct version installed and to install version 10.
I notice that you have mentioned to right click the flash symbol and then on to settings on the link page that you provided, unfortunately, all i can see is a plain box with a cross in the top left hand corner, and when i right click, there is no Settings option. i have run malware and other sytem scans and have removed any issues that there might have been, all still to no avail.

Flash Player Update Not Working -You Tube videos will not play!!

I have just updated to the latest ver
sion of Flash Player (10.2.152.32) and now You Tube will not play videos - I get sound only. I am using IE8 and Windows XP SP3
Shockwave Flas Object is showing as installed and enabled.
What is wrong? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and all messages show installtion as complete but still no You Tube video although when I have click Adobe test aniamtion links these work OK

Hi, There is new Technology with the latest Flash Player version that you may need to adjust a Setting.
You may want to go to this site: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/. Right click on the Flash logo, Settings,
then UNcheck the hardware acceleration in Display Settings.
If that doesn't solve the issue, you may need to update your Video card Driver.
Now one thing I'd like to mention is that the Adobe Flash Player Team are wanting to document issues with the latest Flash Player version and issues such as you and others are having. If you would like to give them feedback directly, it would be appreciated as they are trying to duplicate these in house. The link to that is:

Standard definition You Tube videos will only play at 360p and 240p, no 480p. HD videos will play at 720p, no 1080p. It was working until yesterday. I have not made any changes to Firefox. I tried upgrading to the latest version. This is not helping either. I don't have this problem when using Internet Explorer. The problem exists on both of my computers.

Trouble playing You Tube video on iPad 2 - stops/starts - can't get through a single video. HELP.

I have the iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G but it's not currently on my Verizon plan - only connects via home wireless internet. I'm confused as to why I've never been able to successfully play/view any kind of video via the internet? The video loads and begins to play...but about 10 seconds in...it hangs up and then I have to play a cat and mouse game of pause/play to get it to 'load' a little bit more...and finally about 60 seconds worth I throw in the towel and head for the iPhone or my Mac. So what gives? My iPad does so much...even plays videos I TAKE. Why won't it play You Tube videos???!!! Is that Icon on my Home Screen just to taunt me and store the videos I'll never be able to view more than 10 seconds???
Please help guide me to the simple fix.

Try viewing youtube from the browser and going to youtube.com rather than using the YouTube app.
Also, try at different times of day and report back. Where I am, by 7pm the cable modem slows down considerably with all the Netflix viewing. I swear Comcast is throttling bandwidth for video streaming!

Audio and Video Stops Working

Hello,
My audio and video stops working. It starts working again when I reboot. I'll leave the computer for a while, maybe overnight, and when I return the audio and the video on the iMac will not function. When I click Play on iTunes or You Tube nothing happens.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated!

It gave me some of the links I had been desperately looking for. I have an intel on board GPU and the GTX 675 MX. Because of MSI's bios, there's not a lot I can do in there to ensure that the computer is using the GTX over the Intel. I found some settings which give preferences for which card to use for which programs. PPro had the Nvidia already selected, but I went so far as to completely remove the Intel from all of the settings. Still no change. Today I went as far as to actually disable the intel GPU in the device settings. I rebooted and I wasn't getting anything in PPro. I switched her to software acceleration and it asked me if I wanted to delete the previews. I said yes and now she can see again. Of course I have NO clue yet if this is a permanent change or not. I do want the Hardware Acceleration, so leaving it in Software Mode is not a long term solution. It gets her working tonight, so on that note I'm happy.
Time will tell if this helps or hinders, but it's some sort of movement.
