I am unable to login to portal, not even from "portal30" user and "portal30_sso" user.
I am receiving this error :
Your account has been account deactivated
'account_deactivated_err'
How to activate it

not even one username is connecting. not even portal30 and portal30_sso .
How to resolve it.

Hello, I'm having some issues with some users because when they try to sign on into Cisco Jabber or Webex Communicator the next error message is shown "User account has been deactivated". I was checking their Active Directory account and have no issues, everything works fine. If any of these users try to SSO on a different computer the same message appears, so I can discard a problem with the app, maybe we have to check something on the server but I don't know where to start or what can I do to solve and prevent future issues. I'm from technical support but if something has to be checked on the server I can involve the administrator.

Are you trying to SSO "users with problems" on a computer that works with some users? -
I have just received a second email this morning :

i'm trying to buy some music today and instead of just asking me to log in, itunes is telling me i must log in and click on billing to verify my info. this is the message I get when I am there.
"your account has been accessed from a new computer or device and you must verify your payment info"
Itunes wants me to input my security code. Everything that is filled out is correct. I'm worried my account may have been hacked? I was able to buy music just fine a few weeks ago. We just changed internet provider last weekend, could this be the problem? iTunes is recognizing the new internet provider as a "new computer or device?"
thanks!Pet peeve. I use multiple computers in the house, and when I go to another computer (tend to buy movies from living room) if I go back to my den and buy music, I get the message.
As long as they are of the 5 authorized allowed, I don't understand or see why, not like it is from a different IP address even.
I chalk it up to poor design and implemenation.
There are concerns regarding phony purchases and that iTunes is popular means there are scams, phishing and others.
So this may be one step, annoying one, to stem the thread detailed over the last months.

my apple id account has been disabled for security reasons. I have re-set my password numerous times but the system still will NOT let me sign in. It continues to say your account has been disabled.
CALL
1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753) let them know and they will helo you enable the account. even if you change the password 50 times the account will stay disable till you call them

i have received today an email from Apple adrees (Warning your account has been limited), Apple in this email requesting me to update my Apple ID information. After i updated that as well and follw up with instructions the massage bellwo was appeared to me(Apple ID doesnot have permission to access iTunes connect)

My partner and I shared the same itunes with different accounts. since we are no longer together she has cancelled her account so now some songs don't play. Is there a way to find every song on my itunes that has been deauthorized and authorize all at once? I'm aware there will be a cost through itunes store. It's driving me crazy finding these deauthorized songs.

ShaneI am not sure of a easy way - you can sort by 'Kind' - then 'Get info' - in the get info summary tab is the name of account holder that purchased the tune.
You can then tag the item using the notes box and again sort using notes to see which purchases are not yours.

Hi Debbio , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.?

The message does not say that it is for security reasons. I've already changed the password. I also contacted Apple by email, and they have not responded (it's been over 24 hours).
