I have a question in connection with which I am denied access?
Is my country banned the export of your products?
If so - and therefore the ban?

    I am having the same problem. It started on August 11, 2014.  I get the "Your request has failed. Please try again later." message when logging into the Verizon Messaging web application.
    Here is what I did to troubleshoot it:
    I verified that I can log into the MyVerizon account successfully.
    Verified that the feature was set up correctly.
    Cleared cache and history on my browser.
    Tried two different browsers - same result.
    Tried a different computer - same result.
    Tried from a mobile device - same result.
    It is definitely on the Verizon end.  I called their tech support and of course, got no results as usual.
    Verizon creates and promotes all these features, you get dependent on using them, and they stop working.  Then, of course Verizon can't resolve the issue.  I'm shopping around when my contracts are up.  For the premium price we pay for Verizon I would expect better stability and support in their service.

    My ITunes account has failed to open and reccomends a "re-install".  The apple support site instructs "create a new account".  Any knows what will become of my music collection and account $ balance?

    Under normal circumstances, an uninstall/reinstall doesn't touch your content. (That being said, it's still always a good idea to maintain a current backup at all times in case of disasters of any sort.)
    I've never lost an account balance after an uninstall/reinstall.

  • "Your account has been accessed by a new computer or device..."

    i'm trying to buy some music today and instead of just asking me to log in, itunes is telling me i must log in and click on billing to verify my info. this is the message I get when I am there.
    "your account has been accessed from a new computer or device and you must verify your payment info"
    Itunes wants me to input my security code. Everything that is filled out is correct. I'm worried my account may have been hacked? I was able to buy music just fine a few weeks ago. We just changed internet provider last weekend, could this be the problem? iTunes is recognizing the new internet provider as a "new computer or device?"

    Pet peeve. I use multiple computers in the house, and when I go to another computer (tend to buy movies from living room) if I go back to my den and buy music, I get the message.
    As long as they are of the 5 authorized allowed, I don't understand or see why, not like it is from a different IP address even.
    I chalk it up to poor design and implemenation.
    There are concerns regarding phony purchases and that iTunes is popular means there are scams, phishing and others.
    So this may be one step, annoying one, to stem the thread detailed over the last months.

  • A user on your account has purchased a new subscription?

    I received a text message from Verizon yesterday saying
    VZW FREE MSG:  A user on your account has purchased a new subscription.  Please visit My Verizon - My Media Page to manage subscriptions for your account.
    Two problems:
    1.  I can't find a "My Media Page"
    2.  I can select each line of my account and then then type manage media services into the "I want to" box - Alas no charges and no media purchases show up. 
    How can I find out why I received this text message?

    1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753)   let them know and they will helo you enable the account.  even if you change the password 50 times the account will stay disable till you call them

    Do you have a backup card linked to your PayPal account as well?  Only normally you can't use funds in your balance without one linked.

  • Twitter: Your upload has failed - always

    When uplaoding a photo with a tweet, I always get following error. I attach the photo, type the tweet and send. It tries to upload and after a few seconds get this error.
    "Your upload has failed."
    I'm using Twitter 10.2.1.2 on Q10.
    Any suggestions?
    BTW, it fails on Wifi, it fails on cellular network and it fails on 3 different isps.

    Hi and Welcome to the Community!
    With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
    1) Register HRT
    KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
    Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive
    2) Reboot
    Pre-BB10 Devices ONLY. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
    BB10 Devices. Hold the top button down until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the device to be fully shut down (e.g., nothing at all displayed on the screen, no LED lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red LED is lit. Wait through the full boot-up process. IF this fails, you can attempt the battery-pull method above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.
    See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
    Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
