i have changed the store to saudi Arabian store and it have been changed successfully.
also, i sign out of apple store and resign again.
but still i cannot update (what'app) becuase the same massage appears ( Your account isn't valid for use in U.S store.you must switch to saudi arabian store before purchasing.) i chose change store but this massage appears( this page is temporarily unavailable).
What is the soultion my problem ?

Common problem, you will have to re-install the apps you downloaded in your previous store (country) in order to get updates.
So, delete your WhatsApp by pressing the app icon for a few seconds and then click the cross.
When done, go to the App Store and download WhatsApp again, now you can use WhatsApp and you will receive updates.

We do have a place in the UK which we could use as an address, but for various reasons it gets a bit complex even though we still have a UK bank account. We moved to France when there were no iDevices and apps around, just bought the occasional music, so it wasn't a problem. Funny thing is I can't even download the free UK bank app because it's not available in the French store .
I'll live with the problem for now as we plan to move back to the UK in a year or so - we miss the weather .

I just read this solution, tried it & now it's working...
I think I found a fix...I went to Settings, iTunes & App Stores, then click on your Apple ID...view Apple ID...change country region to USA (even though it was already USA...just do it again...go through the steps making sure the United States store is selected...agree to the Terms of Service, THEN I think what the key is is to RE-auhorize your credit card...in my case all I had to do was enter the security code...and it worked...I am now able to download the YouTube app for example...couldn't do it before.

Ysterday I updated to the new IOS6 on my Iphone 4. My app store and itunes store are stuck in Japanese store. I already moved to the Philippines for about a year ago and my stores still won't change its location.
I already changed the region/country in my apple id. I tried to sign out and sign in back to my account. Tried it in app store, in itunes store, in settings app, in itunes in my laptop, in the apple website. It shows that my apple id is already set to Philippines, no matter where I sign in my account.
The problem is when I open my app store (or itunes store) in my iphone, it appears that it is in the Philippines store; however, when I sign in my account (and I tried to sign in everywhere), I cannot download any app from the Philippine store. I have read everywhere and most of the answers say that it should automatically direct me to the correct store. It doesn't happen to me, apparently.
I have the same problem in both my iPhones. Both are iPhone 3GS and in version 5.1.1. I don't want to upgrade to iOS6 so please don't tell me to do so. Thanks!

Are you certain that you are signed onto iTunes & Apps in the Canadian store?
Settings>iTunes & App Stores, click on your AppleID, and then click on View AppleID. Type in your password, then click on Country/Region. Once there, follow the prompts and then select the Canadian Flag.

Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your device and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select Ireland.

i have the same problem. but, as a temp solution try to use iTunes in your pc/mac & sign in with your device's iTunes account and change the store location to US store & download the app to your (iPhone-iPod-iPad)*
* you must enable Automatic Downloads (Settings ==> iTunes& app stores ==> Automatic Downloads ==> switch apps to ON)
