I Continue to get the message my Apple ID is inactive. I have reset my passcode and this doesn't seem to help.
If you are still receiving that message after resetting your password, you need to contact Applecare and tell them that your Apple ID is disabled.

I purchased a movie using Apple TV. I keep receiving the same error message "An error occurred loading this content"
There may be network issues or issues with Apple's servers.
Personally I would unplug and restart AppleTV. If there are still problems and you can access the iTunes store sections to browse I would contact itunes store support.

I just got my iPhone 4 yesterday after having a Blackberry for 3 years. Everytime I try to download any type of application it keeps displaying "Your Apple ID has been disabled." Before activating my iPhone I downloaded the most recent iTunes. I even went back today I reset my password after some minor research made the suggestion. I sent an e-mail off to to Apple last night after their Apple tech was no help at all. He is the one that suggested the e-mail and that he could not help me. I am really frustrated at this point. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me out. I was extremely excited about getting my new iPhone 4 and now I am just over it! Help please!!!

You need to contact iTunes support and send an email by following the link I posted.

iTunes is updated and works fine and I am able to log onto my account. When I go to purchase a song, I get the error message "Your Apple ID has been disabled". I've tried different methods: changing passwords, making a new account with another email address, and emailing itunes tech support. I am curious as to how many others have been experiencing the same issue. When I googled the error, it seemed like it was happening extremely often with many people.

I had some fraudulent charges on my itunes account, so I call my bank and disputed the charges. Right after I did that, I started getting the message "Your apple ID has been disabled." I just realized today that the charges are not fraudulent, they are "in app purchases." One of my daughters downloaded the game Top Girl which is FREE, but in the game Top Girl you use money in the game to purchase things. It just so happens that the money you use to purchase things is real money MY Money!!!. My daughter thought she was using play money in the game and had no idea she was using real money. She spent $106.00 buying stuff. Now I have to call the bank and tell them to release the hold and pay Itunes. I'm hoping this solves the problem. Why does my ipod keep saying 'your apple ID has been disabled when i try to get a free app???
If you rest it on your computer's iTunes then try logging out of your account on the iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

Every time I try to buy a song, a message pops up stating "Your Apple ID has been disabled." That's it. Nothing else. I have changed and reset my email, password, security questions, and billing info. The message still pops up. I am just trying to buy some music. Any ideas?

i had a iphone in 2010, i purchased music which is still stored on my original apple id, but when i try to transfer the music ,and download apps all it says is your apple id has been disabled, i have tried re setting a new pass word but this has not solved the problem can any one help please
