Your apple id is disabled (Not due to security reasons)

Hello,
I get this message and although I reseted my password I still can't get any update from itunes.
can you help to solve this?

After resetting your password you've tried logging out of your account on the device (tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store) or computer's iTunes (Store > Sign Out menu option) and then back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it ?
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    I have redone my password numerous times, also the securty questions, but still get this message when i try to download apps....i am not getting the message with your apple id is disabled for security reasons...this is really frustrating....

    Did you ever find a solution?  I've been dealing with this for a week now.  I have a new Apple ID and a new password, but the ID is another (active) e-mail address and I can't get my Apple mail, can't sign in to iCloud, iTunes, into anything on my iPhone, or retreive anything from my old account.  My old account ID comes up as being a valid account - they just tell me the password is wrong.  After more than 20 years with the same ID and password, I certainly wasn't the one who got it wrong.  So many people in the last few days were having problems with iCloud, I was hoping Apple would recognize that there was a problem and fix something that might help, but I don't think that is going to happen.

  • Internet Connection - Your Apple wireless device does not have a valid IP.

    I just bought an Apple TimeCapsule and set it up normally, following instructions to my Arris cable network on the Videotron provider here in Quebec, Canada. The TimeCapsule did appear as a wireless device on my MacBook Pro (after updating the AirPort software from the provided CD - as was instructed). I went through the whole installation process to obtain at the end this error:
    Internet Connection - Your Apple wireless device does not have a valid IP.
    The only provided instructions were to check the cable and then contact your Internet provider. Well it seems clear to me that if I contact my provider and say that the internet connection works fine directly on my computer, also fine through my "normal" wireless router but not with my new TimeCapsule, I won't get much of a response.
    After a lot of research, a friend indicated the solution in my case.
    You have to really reset the cable modem to convince it to start giving out IPs again.
    To do this:
    1. Unplug your TimeCapsule (possibly you might have to reset to factory defaults - see the documentation)
    2. Unplug your cable modem
    3. Reset your cable modem by pressing the reset button with a pen (or something) for several seconds.
    4. Plug your cable modem back in and let it reboot/restart - until the lights are back on.
    5. Plug in your TimeCapsule
    Everything should now work and you can restart your AirPort set-up on your Mac.

    My ISP is AOL.  The service is DSL via a broadband modem.  Somewhere during the setup process there appears to be a communicatiosn issue between the Airport Extreme Base Station and the DSL modem.  When I hook the DSL modem directly to my iMac I can connect to the internet without any issues. 
    I tried the factory reset and the DSL modem reboot process described in other posts and seemed very close to success...until the internet setup step.  That is where this issue first presented itself.

    Some of the reasons your Apple ID may have been disabled by Apple is because of of an unauthorized purchase(s) or fraudulent activity. Their system follows a set of protocols to ensure the security of accounts. Another reason may be third party payment disputes and chargebacks such as with PayPal or a creditor. Another reason may be lack of compliance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions Agreement. If there are delays in resolving the issue, it usually is either because of identity validation or because of an issue internal with the Apple iTunes Security team.
    If you are willing to be patient and polite, they likely will be able to resolve the issue. You can help yourself by gathering information which is associated with your account before contacting Apple support: account password/passphrase, answers to security questions, credit card numbers, device serial numbers, etc.

    I'm growing tired of apple iTunes, my ID has been disabled because someone hacked my account and purchased a $9 app and I reported it. Ever since then, everythime I try to download anything, I get a reading saying that "my account has been disabled due to security reasons" and redirects me to a website with a walkthrough on how to fix it. I've followed what the forum said, and changed my password and reverified the email address, but it didn't fix the problem. When I called apple, they told me to go to the website, so I thought I decided it'd be better to just go to the local apple store and none of the employees knew how to help me. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work, I've changed my password multiple times, and even changed the cc# on the account and nothing is working, please help me, I'm about fed up with this and I've purchased to many items from the store to be able to just create a new account.

  • HT4623 My i phone was disabled due to "security" reasons. I reset my password, got confirmation, but I still get the message on my i phone and cannot update or purchase Apps.

    I woke up one morning and my i phone had a message for me: "your account is disabled due to security reasons". I follow the instructions to establish a new ID and password. It was confirmed on the i Phone, but when I try to download apps. or get updates it will not accept my ID/password which I have reset half a dozen times already.
    On the flip side, I can log on my MacBook Pro without any problems. Same ID/password combo.
    Technicians haven't been able to get this resolved. Any advice is highly appreciated.

    A friend of mine has an @icloud.com Apple ID. For a couple of days her account has become "blocked due to security reasons". We have no idea why, but that is besides the point.
    She forgot the answers to her security questions. And the only other option is to get a link in the mail. Which is obviously blocked because it's an @icloud.com address.
    So we have no idea what to do next.

    UPDATE: So, I used the online form that Niel provided and in 2 days I get reply, that there's nothing they can do and we need to contact Account Support and they gave me a link to Apple Support website. Which is useless for the country that I'm from (Republic of Moldova). I wrote them another email (an angry one I have to admit) and asked for someone to contact me or at least provide us a phone # or email where we could write and get help. And we've got the exact same template email back. This is one of the signs of very poor customer service.
    Alright, we decided to try and call their support from a nearby country. Russia sounded like a good idea. But guess what, they're not answering our phone calls!!
    My sister decided to just give up and create a new Apple ID (with a gmail this time). But hey, more good news, I couldn't install it on her iPad because Find My iPad is On and it can't be disabled because her original Apple ID is blocked.
    I guess you guys can see how seriously frustrating this is.
    Now our only hope is to try and reach their US support. Maybe they will be more responsive.
    Meanwhile, Apple if are readying this. GET YOUR **** TOGETHER!

    You do not.  Apps and any content purchased from the iTunes store are eternally tied to the Apple ID they were purchased with.
