I have recieved message : Your iOS Development certificate has been revoked.
iOS Developer Program
Expiration Date: jul 26, 2015
What can i do - can someone explain please step by step.

You have revoked your certificate, so it is no longer valid.
Certificate: iOS Development

Any provisioning profiles that include this certificate are no longer valid and must be regenerated for future use.

The thing is that we didnt do anything - just uploaded the latest update of the mobile app.
Any idea?

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your iPad then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have to iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order

Unless the device has been jailbroken, then it cannot be hijacked. It just sounds like it had trouble reading your fingerprint.
