First, please check if there is a transport rule blocking you from send email to the particular recipient. Besides, please check for any third party transport agents, I recommend you disable third party transport agents temporarily. If there is any AV/AS
scanning on your Exchange server, please disable it temporarily and test again.
If the issue persists, in order to troubleshoot the problem more efficiently, I need to clarify some information.
1. Did you send emails externally or internally?
2. How many recipients were affected?
3. From "Some time we are getting error while sending mail to particular recipient", do you mean all users couldn't send emails to the particular recipient or just some users of all couldn't send emails to the particular recipient?
Sometimes message tracking log is useful for us, to narrow down the issue, I recommend you check message tracking log for related error message.

After adding a new acquistion company to our network the company is now receiving a undeliverable error message when trying to email Parent Company. The acquistion company is still hosting there own email. Emails do come
through sometime though. Odd thing is the part where it says "The following organization rejected your msessage because of relay. The server that is asking for relay has nothing to do with Exchange and is a webserver.
Your message wasn't delivered because of security

I had EVERYTHING removed from the computer before I gave it to her (long story), but since I hadn't deauthorized the Mac,I'm assuming even without the itunes password the iCloud material would had loaded onto her computer.My iCloud had somehow included personal voice mails under Unknown Artist that I did not want on there or shared. How can I deauthorize the Mac Laptop without having the machine available to do it on? Change the iTunes/iCloud password? I should now have my desktop computer, new PC (Aspire) laptop,Ipod Touch, and if possible my Evo 3D as well as my boyfriend's Samsung smartphone being able to access the iCloud account/library--whatever it is called. Thanks, I appreciate the help. I think this is one of the problems Apple is creating by changing the OS so often. I had fomer colleagues at [a major aerospace contractor] who told me that so many original files were ultimately lost because of the deadly change in the "Save As" operation that they are now afraid of every OS update. Apple has badly damaged their support base with that very prominent company (they won't update now until they've fully examined and understand changes in the pre-conditioned nature of OS computer functions), and they are a whole lot less enthaled with Mac-related equipment/software. Can't blame them, I too used orginal files that way (as easy-to-use templates), and lost some important files before I realized what was happening (to late to revert). Companies should not have to retrain employees each time an OS gets an update, it's can be very expensive several different ways. They learned a painful lesson with that one. And because I'm now retired and don't use multiple devices, I need iCloud like I need a hole in the head... but I'm told there's no way to keep Apple out of my computer. Fortunately, because of major problems when initially installing Mountain Lion, one hold-over of the hardware/software damage I experienced was that iCloud can no longer access my computer even though everything else is working fine again. That was the only "good luck" I had as a result of that expensive nightmare.

Can we eliminate one minor possibility: are you in the UK and using Virgin Media cable connection? I ask because the latest 'Superhub' firmware is corrupting large downloads for some people.

Do you mean you want to hide these e-mail addresses of members when the sender get NDR information? If so, I'm afraid that there is no way to realize it.
Considering security, I recommend these users change password regularly, and enable anti-spam agent.

no, this is not related to your Action pack subscription.
If you are the administrator of mel-relay01.ispone.net.au, verify your server logs to determine the cause of this denial.
More likely: if this is the smtp relay of your provider, contact them to check why your messages are rejected (probably you ended up on some blacklist) and how to resolve.

Error: Data may have been lost

Hi All,
I have a typically issue with the crystal reports 8.5.
Below is details :
I have application which is built using ms access and crystal reports 8.5
When i run the application and download the reports in the form of excel, i get a error saying that data may have been lost when i open the excel file. This happens only when i open the excel file in excel 2003 service pack 3, when contacted microsoft they said that this is a issue with the crystal report and not with the excel.
So does any one have a idea how this issue can me resolved.

How many records (rows) and columns are you exporting to Excel?
Excel does have limits on both.....AND if you check the supported platforms document for CR8.5 you will notice that Excel 2003 is not supported. May be time to move up to a newer version of CR.

I have searched to forum for similar issues, but none seem to apply to the errors I get in the CDS log.
When try-ing to view the Orgchart, in the Orgchart Console I get the following message "Cannot find the root of your orgchart. The orgchart box may have been deleted or incorrectly specified."
This is the entry in the CDS log.

Hi Spike,
There could be a number of reasons why the PositionEmpHierarchy table has not been created. My advice is to run an extract and then run each line of your join statements in your DB. This will highlight where the problem lies.

Have just started using iweb and have small site of about 5 pages, plus blog. I have yet been able to publish, each time I try iweb crashes and receive following note -
The application iweb quite unexpectedly. The problem may have been caused by the FTPKit Plug-in.
I have tried a few troubleshooting methods recomended on other threads, ie. deleting caches, copying domain and reboots... but no luck.
Any help very much appreciated.

Reinstall iWeb from the source you got it from originallhy. Or, if you're running iWeb 3 download and apply or reapply the iWeb 3.0.4 updater. It included that plugin.

Network Place to SharePoint 2010 unable to access sub sites with error: "The folder may have been moved or deleted".

I am working on SharePoint 2010 Enterprise and had recently upgraded our site from Sharepoint 3.0 Services to SharePoint 2010 Enterprise. Everything seems to be working fine for the site, but there is one issue. The problem I am running into
is when I create a Network Place, I am able to view the documents and lists of the main page, but if I click on a folder for a sub site, I get the following error:
"Documents in this folder are not available. The folder may have been moved or deleted, or network problems may be preventing a connection to the server. There is a problem with the web server. Please try again later or contact the
server administrator."
If there were a network issue, I would not be able to navigate around on the main page to lists and document libraries. This seems to affect all of the sub sites on my site. Explorer view works if that information is required and I do not get
error messages using Explorer view.

It means you need to troubleshoot the Flash plugin...
Now uninstall the Flash plugin then reinstall new > Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS
Launch Safari From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Empty Cache
Now try a video.
BTW... if you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
And check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info. If the box next to: Open in 32 bit mode is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safa

IPod may have been exposed to water, now breaking.

Before, my iPod would begin to make large clicking noises, so I had to deliver it to Apple twice.
Since then, I took very good care of my iPod when dealing with it in most circumstances, but at a particular swim area, the iPod may have been exposed to some minor amounts of water, nothing submerged or anything.
I haven't used corrupt data or poor USB cables at all. Could the water exposure be the problem by any chance?

I doubt that apple team sends this kind of emails. At the best, they may ask you to change your password, but not to reaquest to provide one.
