My online no has expired and I would like to move from my home skype account to my business skype account.
How can I do it?

Being a former Apple employee I restarted my machine. That did the trick. If you get the Session Timed Out Message I suggest you restart your machine. Leave your new iPhone plugged in.
Activation was very fast.

I have never seen such a poorly excuted VIOP system. I have had a online number for four years. I moved and needed a local number. I had 1 month left on the year and extended my subscription. Before the current year was up I needed to change my number. They refuse to do it. They will not refund the extended year I paid for and will not change my number. WTH! It takes 30 seconds to get a new number from Google voice or even Virgin Mobile. This will be be my last year with Skype.

Once an Apple ID is created for a child, the birthday on record for that Apple ID can not be changed. See this article for reference -

Specifically -
Use these steps to create an Apple ID and add the child to your family group:
Go to Settings > iCloud > Family, and tap "Create an Apple ID for a child."
Enter your child's birthday and tap Next. The birthday for a child's account can't be changed after the account is created. Be sure to enter the correct date.

Yes it is. You can choose either your Online # or your cellphone #.
Go to > Account Page > Set up Caller ID > Verify Number

Reclaiming a skype online number that has been por...

I recently purchased a cell phone and requested to use for it the number that used to be my skype number. That worked fine, except the skype number suddenly became inactive. I had been assuming that the number could be simultaneoulsy used by skype and as a cell number. I have since changed my cell number, and no one is using the (former) skype number, but skype customer service just keeps saying that the number has been ported out and is no longer associated with skype. Is this situation likely to change and is there anything I can do to reclaim the number as a skype number?

Assuming you checked the number and re-entered it and got the same result...
Either call AppleCare or make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and discuss the issue with them. Bring your receipt with you.

Today I received a refurbished P755-S5385 from Amazon.com Warehouse Deals. I turned on the computer per the instructions, and very carefully typed in the Windows product key from the "Windows 7 Home Premium Refurbished PCs" sticker on the bottom of the laptop. I then got the above error that the activation period had expired. I'm not sure what this means. What activation period. I'm sure at least several companies sell refurbished Toshibas. I first got my ph# 201-285-XXXX and had a 3mth online number subscription for it. ON Jan 8 Skype attempted to renew my 3mth subscription but i had insufficient funds. The funds are now available, and i have 18 days left before the number expires, but the system is saying i cannot use this number, i need a new one. PLEASE HELP ME KEEP THIS PH # ! Any way to retreive expired online number?

I have an online number for a few years, however I did not aware that the number has expired few months ago. I am wondering if there is anyway to retreive that number? Or how long will a number back to the pool in the market?

ONLINE NUMBER EXPIRED - CREDIT CARD DEBITED

My online number xxx-xxxx expired beginning September 2012 but my credit card was debited with 9.99 EURO for the 400 minutes. I have not renewed this number as I do not require it any longer. Could you, thus, return payment back to my credit card with immediate effect. Please acknowledge receipt of this email and confirm reversal of payment. Thanks

You have 90 days to reclaim your number after that it goes back into the pool of numbers.

Cancelling online number but want call forwarding

I have a Skype online number that is about to expire. I don't really need this number anymore, so I don't want to renew my subscription. However, I don't want someone calling the number I used to have and receving a "this number does not exist." Is there an option to forward the calls that are made to my Skype number to my cell phone/landline, even if I don't have the number anymore?

The only way you can control what happens to calls to your Online Number would be to renew the number for another 3 or 12 months. You can't have it both ways - not paying to renew the number, and forwarding calls from it to another number. It would be just like trying to do the same thing with a landline or mobile number - those carriers are certainly not going to forward calls to you for free. Skype is no different.

Online Number Subscription

I have a yearly online number subscription that is supposed to expire in November/2011. Last year I renewed the subscription in October using a credit card. Somehow before the subscription was renewed last year after my first payment, I was charged again through the auto-pay on a different credit card. Meaning I paid for two years instead of one. So my subscription should not expire in November/2011 but in November/2012. Please let me know how that can be corrected. Thank you.

Online number not reliable

I am just giving a try to the online number and I am really disappointed.
I got a UK number and testing the number from outside UK . I need to call 3 or 4 times before getting the number otherwise I have a busy network tone.
I can't rely on your online number service Skype...... it is unprofessional.

If people on telephones are seeing what you describe when you are calling from Skype, you need to make sure your Caller ID settings have your Online Number used for Caller ID. It is possible something changed the Caller ID settings. If the Online Number expired and then you renewed it, the expiration probably turned off your Caller ID. Caller ID is not enabled by default, allowing Skype users to make that choice.
