n i cant download any song from Nokia music store whenever i try to download it it says Activation problem your phone is already registered to Nokia unlimited subscription..
so i uninstalled d app n downloaded it again but still it keeps showing d same dialogue box
is there anyway to fix this out?
please let me know..

Is your phone purchased second hand? Nokia Music Unlimited (NMU) licenses are activated by signing in with a Nokia Account. If the same Nokia Account is used to activate a second or third device, the NMU licenses are accumulated on that device. It's only the most recently activated device that can be used to access the Nokia Music and download music for free. You will be able to play already downloaded music on previously registered devices.
Therefore, if the device is bought second hand, and the license is still in use by the first owner, the second owner is not entitled to the Nokia Music license.
On the other hand, you might have allowed someone else to log in with your Nokia account on your device or someone else logged in and activated the license before you purchased your phone.

The first time the ervice is used, the phone's factory-provisioned licence is permanently linked to your Nokia Account used.
If a phone has been updated, reset, repaired etc. then when you reactivate the service you MUST use the same Nokia Account as before.
If you ot the phone second hand from a friend, relative et cetera who has already used the service, the we regret that the service CANNOT be transferred to a new Nokia Account.

Why do I keep getting a "your phone is already on a call" message in FaceTime on Mavericks?

My iPhone is on iOS 8.02, the mid-2009 MacBookPro is on Mavericks. I'm trying to get the new feature, of initiating a cellular call from the Mac, but I keep getting an error message, that reads: "your phone is already on a call" in FaceTime. the iPhone 5s and the MBpro are right next to each other, signed in with the same Apple ID and on the same wifi network....

No answer, I'm afraid, but I'm experiencing the same problem. Mid 2012 MacBook Pro, iPhone 4s, both fully up to date.
Any number I try to dial from my mac results in the error message "Your iPhone is already on a call"

You may have more than one Apple ID that shares the same email address.
Try one of the following to resolve the issue:
This error message means that your email address is already associated with another Apple ID. It could be tied to GameCenter, iTunes Store, or another Apple ID. Try using your Apple ID for those services to log in to FaceTime on your device.
If you wish to use a separate Apple ID for FaceTime, unlink the email address from any other Apple ID before trying to set it up as a separate Apple ID for FaceTime.
If you would like to change your Apple ID to another email address, go to My Apple ID and follow the instructions in this article to change your Apple ID.

If you registered it in https://supportprofile.apple.com/ you can log in there with your Apple ID and find its serial number.

Question about backing up the info already on your phone...

I just had to reinstall osx on my mac pro.
I have all of my contacts on my phone and nothing in my address book on my comp. How do I back them up to address book without loosing them during sync?

iTunes uses the iSync framework to sync with your phone. Whenever there are conflicts it will throw up an messages asking you to choose the correct entry (for Address Book or iCal) from your iPhone or your computer.
in iTunes when your iPhone is connected there is an option "Replace all information on this iPhone" which, if checked, will overwrite everything on your iPhone with whatever is in your computer. As long as this is not checked, I think iTunes should re-populate all of your entries.

Registering for music unlimited

anyone having problems? I have a new phone which is supposed to have unlimited music downloads via ovi music - each time I try to register it says 'you can't use this mobile for unlimited music downloads'. T-mobile have said to contact nokia, nokia say to contact t-mobile! Is there a server error? Is it my phone??

It comes down to asking the right questions. Why dis Nokia tell you to contact T-Mobile? What exactly did they say?
The reason I ask is that network operators have a habot of promising thise service then giving the customer a standard sales pack instead of a Comes With Music/Ovi Music Unlimited sames pack, I've heard of ignorant people in both T-Mobile and Orange getting this wrong.
If Nokia have already checked your IMEI number and established that this is not a phone provisioned for the service, and if T-Mobile promised you this service at the time of sale, then they are responsible for exchanging the entire incorrect pack that they gave you with a proper CWM/OMU pack.

yesterday I tried to extend my Ovi Music unlimited. There was no extend option visible to me, even though my subscription to OVI Music unlimited had ended one week prior. So I clicked on the respective link on the home screen of Nokia OVI Player and followed the steps. When I submitted there was a glitch and then I got a screen telling me to use the back button, which I did. I resubmitted but got the error message that the device was already registered.
Now is there anything apart from contacting nokia care that I could try for registration and extension of membership?

Right.. it's possible either you are entering in the wrong serial number or another person entered your serial number by mistake.
To change register the device you can simply call AppleCare and have them register it to you.
The call is litterally this easy:
"Hi, i want to register my device to my name."
"Okay, what's the serial"
"xxxxx blah blah, also can you verify with the IMEI or IMED to make sure we have the right one?"
"Okay, i see your device here, we can go ahead and register it do your name and apple ID''
"thanks..."
"Your welcome, have a great day"
If you're trying to register an AppleCare agreement, you NEED to call AppleCare and have them look at why the agreement is linked to another person.

Nokia unlimited music into Lumia 520

I have quite large collection of music lead using nokia music unlimited service. After moving my music into Lumia 520 with windows phone application no of the music plays on the device. If I use nokia music player to move my music it will give error message problem with transfer but no reason what problem. Now how do I get my music transfered into the device so that I can actually listen it.

When I try to create an e-print account, it says my e-mail is already registered, but it is not!

The system returns an answer that my email is already registered, then if I try to get a password reset, it replies "use the e-mail associated with your account"...so I'm locked out

Hi, have you created any other online accounts with HP e.g.. a Snapfish account? Sometimes you may not even have remembered doing this if it was some time ago and you rarely used the account subsequently. This might explain why the system is saying the email address is already registered. Try it again and when you click the Forgot Password? link and are prompted to enter the email address associated with the account re-enter the same email address the system is saying is already registered. If that is a valid email address you should receive an email from the ePC service with instructions for resetting the password. Check the spam folder in your email account if you don't see any message
If you can't recall ever creating an online account with HP before, your best option is to create your ePrintCenter account using a different email address to the one you had been trying. The following mail clients have all been tested with the ePrint service:
Outlook 2003, 2007
Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail
Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Macbook, MacbookPro)
BlackBerry mail client
Nokia/Symbian client (Nokia)
