'Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed' Error

Hi,
I get this error maybe for 20th time. Last time I send an e-mail to support and they fix it. But now It’s happening again. Some of support team members say something about terms&conditions, some of just fix it. How can I remove that error completely? I’m tired of sending e-mails before my purchases. Please help me, I need permanent solution.
I get that error on my iPad and Macbook, but not on my iPhone. I make purchases with my iPhone without any problem. What’s the reason of this?

We are fellow users, we won't know why you are getting the message, only iTunes Support might know and be able to stop it reappearing/.
If store's terms of use have been mentioned then you haven't, and aren't, tried to access another country's store when not in that country ? One of the store's terms is that you have to be in a country to use its store.

    normally i would contact custommer support but i m using US account and i m not from US. anyway my US account is charged with money and it workes perfectly for all my other friends using this method ( we got some free US vouchers so we needed US accounts)
    Any advice?

    I'm receiving an error " your purchase could not be completed"any asks that I contact support at itunes...( at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/. ) this is happening on my laptop on itunes and on my iphone(app and itunes app). Free apps download fine but fee apps get this error. I check my credit card info associated with my itunes account and it looked fine but deleted it and re-entered it. any help?

    I want to buy final cut x pro, last version,  but I got an error:Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed (There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (null)

    1. the PC has final cut pro 7.0.3 installed
    2. Im using  another apple Id

    That cryptic error message might mean that the payment information in your account is invalid. Check with your credit-card issuer to see whether a charge was denied. If not, please sign out of the App Store and sign back in. Try the purchase again.

    It's been a couple of days since I made a new apple id. And since then I have added iTunes credit to my acc. But unable to use it as the following error appears: "your purchase could not be completed, contact itunes store support to complete this transaction"
    Anyone have any luck. I've emailed the relevant support team several times and still no luck, they haven't found or provided me with a solution.

    About three months ago, I when I started playing Hay Day games, I could not purchase addional coins (in-game purchase) through Itunes store. When I purchased, I got this message "Your purchase could not be completed. Connection Lost. Cannot connect to Itunes Store", even I could buy other apps without having any problems. I gave up. About couple weeks later, even I did not do anything, the game started let me purchase coins games. That lasts for two months. Yesterday I have the problem again. Please advise. Thanks.

    Itunes support will solve your issue. 
    You must contact them, just as it told you to do.

    I have checked with another team on this, and it appears this is due to your account being in violation of our terms and services. I can't not be fully sure, but I suspect that this may be due to the fact there are numerous country changes on your account recently between the US and Thailand.
    I do know that your country's nationality of your account should be the same as the country of where you are currently located. Could you make sure that things are correctly adjusted here, and get back to me? I will re-consult at that point to see if we can then continue to get this resolved for you.

    We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
    You can only buy from the store in the country where you are i.e. to use the US store you need to be in the US, if you aren't then that is against the store's terms of use which you agreed to. If that is the case then there is nothing fellow users can do for you.

  • My Experience With "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed"

    About two months ago, the Apple store hit me with the, "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed" message when I tried to rent a movie. I tried the obvious remediation steps, like switching the credit card, changing the device, and even trying a different Apple ID. Nothing worked. I contacted Support, and initially, I was told that I violated one of the T&Cs in the Apple Store agreement. I pressed a bit on Support because I was confused (what did I do wrong?), and then I received a message to try my purchase again in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the problem went away. Hurray!
    Since then, I have run into the problem perhaps 15 times. Each time, I have contacted Support, and each time, I am told to wait for 30 minutes as the appropriate changes had been made to my account. I've asked, but so far, I haven't received an answer to my question about the core of the problem.
    One thing to add -- when the problem pops up, usually one week after the previous occasion, the problem affects every device and Apple ID in the house. I wonder if the problem is related to me.
    When this probem first occured, there were very few mentions of it on the Internet. Now, two months later, there are 2 pages of Google hits.
    I hope this helps! Hopefully the good folks at Apple get enough support calls that they triage this weird problem.

    Were u charged for it? If not, it shouldn't matter. But if it was charged, u can send supercell a bug report. In clash of clans, go to Settings -> Help and Support -> Report an issue -> purchasing issue
    It will take u to ur mail and u hv to send an email to supercell giving an account if what happened. If u hv any proof like a screenshot of your credit card bill and that of the pop up box, u can send it in ur mail. As it is a purchasing issue, it should be looked into soon. Hope this helps.

    recently installed Apple TV, worked fine last evening to buy and watch a movie, tonight can watch a preview but when I go to buy I'm rejected with teh message
