"Your purchase could not be completed" what can I do to fix this?
Im having this problem over and over again when trying to buy gems on clash of clans with my 50$ credit on my account so I tried to contact itunes support and they only telling me they cant do nothing so now I ask what do you except me to do with this 50 bucks just to throw it to the trash can??
Sounds like a case for the iTunes store support.
Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and click the blue link next to the green shopping bag. Follow the steps and send the iTunes store support en email explaining your situation. They should be able to look into it.

I'm having the same problem with Hay Day. I was able to redeem iTunes cards with no problem, but I'm getting the same error messages when I try to buy diamonds and I'm not able to make any purchases. Unable to get any assistance from apple support until 12/30. I'm hoping somebody can offer a remedy before then!
