Could somebody please tell what to do about this Pop Up
It won't let me make a purchase.
P.s. I have pressed refresh,but i just comes up with an error message.

Try iTunes > Edit > Preferences > Store
change to one-click
Don't worry, it won't buy anything automatically.
Save it, close iTunes, open iTUnes back up and change it back to shopping cart.

  • Your Shopping cart's contents have changed Message

    I've added things to my shopping cart and have been trying to purchase them and keep getting this error message with the above title:
    "Either the prices of some items have changed or items have been added or removed from another computer. Please review your shopping card and calick Buy Now"
    Then there is a Refresh button. Checked the cart, hit the refresh button and still keep getting the same message.
    Nothing has changed on this computer since Friday, when I purchased some items just fine.
    Any help or suggestions as how to fix this silly problem would be appreciated.

    A price might have changed. If something was from free download list that is not free anymore this might happen. I forget what day the free downloads list changes.

  • Your shopping cart's contents have changed

    Everytime I try an purchase songs in my shopping cart I get the message "Your shopping cart's contents have changed - Either the prices or some of the items have changed, or items have been added or removed from another computer. Please review your shopping cart and click buy now"
    I then press refresh, then buy now, and it all starts from the beginning again with the error message.
    I have tries removing all items from my cart, restarting itunes, then putting a different song in, and I still get this message.
    I guess I will just have to by my music from elsewhere, as Itunes does not wish me to buy it from them?

    I have been having the exact same problem for several days now - ever since I upgraded to 7.3.1. I get the same message about the cart's contents changing, and I've tried emptying the cart and adding everything again. I've also tried changing my preferences to "buy using 1-click" and back again. I only use one computer for all my purchasing/playing. Finally emailed Apple about it and quoted the error message, but I have yet to hear anything. I was just glad to finally find another person with this same problem! The only thing I can think is that the program is getting confused because of the price difference for the enhanced iTunes Plus content, but I've never enabled that option and I'm just using the .99 versions.
    Anyway, I'm in the same boat! I'll post again if I get an answer from Apple on this. Somehow I get the feeling that they've got their hands full with all the other errors that came with the 7.3.1 update...stupid iPhone is ruining everything!

  • "Your Shopping Cart's Contents Have Changed" and unable to buy

    I'm having a similar problem to what others have reported, but with a symptom I haven't seen mentioned. When I attempt to purchase the albums in the cart an alert is raised saying that, "Your Shopping Cart's Contents Have Changed". My cart isn't being updated from another computer, I can assure you.
    I deleted all items from the cart and readded them. That didn't help.
    I've successfully bought a lot of music through iTMS but over the last couple of days this problem has appeared. Very annoying.

    It may be that Apple is in discussions with that label/artist in about use. If that is the case one of the songs or the whole cd is not purchaseable but still listed in iTMS. I had it happen with me.

  • Copy shopping cart item (originally from catalog), able to change price

    We create a shopping cart item by selecting a catalog item from CCM 2.0. The price is not changeable, as we would expect.
    We then copy that item in the cart to create item 2. However, the price in item 2 is now changeable, even though it was copied from catalog item 1.
    We have implemented OSS note 693175 which gives us the ability to change the price of a catalog zero priced item, which is what we want.
    But we do not want to be able to amend the price of catalog items that have been copied to new items.
    Can we prevent a catalog item that has been copied from having its price changed?
    Thanks
    Neil

    Hi Neil,
    I think any item that is copied from another line item can be changeable irrespective of whether the first item was a catalog item or not.
    You are just copying a line item and is not directly taken from catalog.
    So the system allows you to change the item details.
    If you want to order the same item at same price then what is the need for copying it as second line item.
    Hope this makes you clear.

    Hi Gurus,
    I am facing an issue with rejected shopping cart. Rejected shopping cart cannot be changed. Change button is visible but after clicking, it shows all the fields in display mode. Do you know if there is any OSS note for this issue for the support pack- SAPKIBKT14 ( SRM 5.0)?

  • SRM 7.0 Shopping Cart Item - customizing Delivery Address Tab fields

    Hi experts,
    I have to make the fields of tab Delivery Address in the Shopping Cart (Item detail) only readable.
    In other threads I found similar questions: in SRM 7.0 I have to go in Customizing
    SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross Application Basic Settings -> Extensions and Field Control (Personalization) -> Configure field control
    and add fields for which I want properties to be changed.
    The problem is that at start of the SC creation the fields are blank again, they became gray only if, for example, I take an address with the match code on NAME field, that populate the other field of the tab. Or if I check the document after I've insert the address Name.
    Thank you in advance.
    Enrico Righetto

    Hello,
    Check here how the delivery address determination works:
    http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=230261594
    If field is made as read only when address is maintained, the best option would be to maintain a standard address number in ADDR_SHIPT attribute in PPOMA_BBP.

  • BC4JToyStore.jws: "Your shopping cart is empty."

    Is anyone else getting this error -- does anyone know the fix?
    BC4JToyStore.jws: "Your shopping cart is empty.", Non working shopping cart "Check Out" functionality.
    I have downloaded and setup the BC4J Toy Store demo -- also completed JUnit testing (zero errors).
    When user chooses a product and clicks "Add to Cart" followed by Proceed to Checkout", the application fails (the message "Your shopping cart is empty" appears). I logged in as "j2ee" (w/pw "j2ee").
    I'm using Jdeveloper version 9.0.4.0.0 (build 1347)
    w/Business Components Version 9.0.4.13.4
    on Windows 2000 Professional w/ Java version 1.4.1_05
    Also, when I rebuilt BC4JToyStore.jws, I get the following warning;
    "Warning(38,33): variable LOCALE_KEY in class org.apache.struts.action.Action has been deprecated"
    In ToyStoreRequestProcessor.java, I changed the line;
    "session.setAttribute(Action.LOCALE_KEY, null)"
    to;
    "session.setAttribute(Globals.LOCALE_KEY , null)"

    I wanted to let you know the good news that the problems I had been having with BC4J /JDev have resolved themselves.
    You may recall that on my machine (IBM ThinkPad running Win2K and JDev 9.0.3.3), I was unable to “commit” a record from a JSP -- if the JSP was build in JDev using BC4J. Also, the BC4J DataNavagate Scrollbar would not work for me.
    When I tested these issues on Oracle’s machine in your lab/classroom there in Belmont, they all worked fine.
    Sunday, I tried demonstrating my troubles with JDev/BC4J to my spouse -- and, surprise, everything I previously had had problems with, now worked fine! The problems I had had with the BC4JToyStore website demo application example also disappeared.
    This morning I tested the Practice14 solution JPR (JSPClientSoln.jpr), everything now works on my machine -- just as they did on your machines in Oracle’s classroom.
    I’m trying to think of what I have done that could have changed the system/development environment on my machine.
    I really have no firm idea, but my best guess is that I recently removed some obsolete Java SDKs and J2EES.
    Needless to say, I now have a much better attitude about the JDev/BC4J product.

  • Shopping Cart Item types

    Hi Experts,
    While creating an item in Shopping Cart, the drop down shows different items like free text, internal goods and services , as service order etc.
    Can someone explain me about it and which one should be chosen for which requirement?
    Thanks,
    Parthi

    Hi Parthi,
    You can request or order external staff or services using the professional shopping cart. Depending on your requirements, you can use one of the following options:
    To decide on a supplier, or to request more detailed information from a supplier before ordering, you can send a service request to one or more suppliers by adding a service request as an item to your shopping cart.After selecting the product category and entering the required data, the system displays a list of suppliers based on the approved supplier list and contracts. You can add service agents here, if required.Once you have completed your service request by adding it to the item overview in your shopping cart, the system generates an RFx and sends it to the relevant suppliers. The suppliers enter their RFx responses in SAP Bidding Engine. They can name the service agents and they can reject individual items in the request. Based on the supplier responses, which are now displayed in the item details of your shopping cart, you can select a supplier by choosing Commission and the system creates a purchase order for the service.
    If you already know the availability of staff or services and have all the details you require, you can directly place a service order. You order external staff or services by adding a service order as an item to your shopping cart.

  • Get your shopping cart back

    OK everyone. I have the answer. Itunes 9 doesn't have the function of buying all.
    You'll need to go back to the previous itunes 8. I downloaded mine from here.
    ww.mydigitallife.info/2009/06/28/apple-itunes-8-2-and-quicktime-7-6-2-direct-dow nload-links/
    Then it will say your library is not able to be read because it was created by a newer version of itunes.
    Just go to the folder "previous itunes libraries" pick the latest one from before you upgraded. and rename it to "itunes libraries.itl" replace the file with the same name in itunes 9 with this one and you'll get your shopping cart back.
    Personally I convert every itunes song to mp3 with a media converter to avoid losing songs if itunes ever does something stupid like this.
    Hope that helps

    I have been having the exact same problem for several days now - ever since I upgraded to 7.3.1. • Shopping Cart Item deletable after approval

    Hello all,
    I have an issue regarding Shopping Carts: When a Shopping Cart is approved, gives a Purchase Order which is sent to Vendor, Requester can still delete Item of Shopping Cart, which has effect to delete Item in Purchase Order. I opened a message for SAP but they tell me this is the standard behavior which is for me a non sense!
    I would like to know if you already met the fact that Shopping Cart Item being deletable after approval and if you corrected it, how?
    Thanks,
    Patrick
    PS: I am working on SRM 5.0

    Hi,
    Yes this is a standard behaviour.
    The business case is a user who made a mistake and do not have access to PO due to lack of authorization.
    He should be able to delete his SC which trigger a delete status at PO item level.
    Then , if system is well configured, an update output is triggered to communicate to the vendor taht the line item has been deleted.
    If you do not want this behaviour, just modify the roel authorization in PFCG transaction.
    Kind regards,
    Yann

  • BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK & shopping cart items

    Hi,
    How do I identify in BADI BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK
    which purchase order item relates to which
    shopping cart item ?
    eg SC has 3 lines :
    1. widget      ->  purch req
    2. red thingy  -> PO item 1
    3. blue thingy -> PO item 2
    In the above-mentioned BADI how can I tell that PO
    item 1 came from shopping cart line 2 ?
    ( BADI logic needs to go back to SC item.... )
    Message was edited by: Ian Huxley

    Hello Ian,
    what do you want to do ?
    - send sc item reference to R/3 PO item or
    - identify originating SC item to complete some PO data before sending data to R/3
    During SC transfer, the Backend ref is stored at SC item level in BBP_PDBEI (business object BUS2012 & backend obj ID). Backend PO item # is not yet stored (done later by CLEAN_REQREQ_UP), but in fact PO & SC items are sorted in the same order.
    Ex:
    Order a SC with 5 items, at the beginning of the transfer, SRM groups SC items and stores PO ID for each SC item:
    SC item 1 --> PO 5000000001
    SC item 2 --> PO 5000000002
    SC item 3 --> PO 5000000001
    SC item 4 --> PO 5000000002
    SC item 5 --> PO 5000000001
    This will create 2 PO in R/3:
    PO 5000000001
    PO item 1 --> from SC item 1
    PO item 2 --> from SC item 3
    PO item 3 --> from SC item 5
    PO 5000000002
    PO item 1  --> from SC item 2
    PO item 2  --> from SC item 4
    Those PO item / SC item links are updated by CLEAN_REQREQ_UP.
    So in the BADI, if you look at SC items linked to the current PO ID (in table BBP_PDBEI), you should find only the relevant SC items (ex 3 items for PO 5000000001).
    Get rid of deleted items, sort them by internal number, and you have identified which PO item relates to which SC item !!!
    I think you can use function BBP_PD_OBJREL_READ_VIA_REF to retrieve SC items linked to a PO.
    Hope this is clear enough and will help you.
    Rgds

  • Add shopping cart item functionality is not working in PO

    Hi Experts,
    I found that Add shopping cart item functionality is not working in Purchase order.
    We are raising the Purchase order in SRM and i am trying to use the Add shopping cart item functionality to add the shopping carts line item in to purchase order.
    Once I will click on start search, it will give me a list of Approved shopping cat and when I am trying to add any shopping cart in PO line item, nothing is happening and  It is not allowing me to add the shopping cart line items in to this PO and also there is no error message.
    Please suggest us how i can fix this issue.
    Thanks in advance.

    HI,
    If the shopping cart's have same vendor and company code, then only we can club the shopping carts
    in to single PO.
    Please go throught it
