continuing.....( by the way this is only upsetting me even more..especially with no phone support so just keep on WASTING my time). secondly, an ad comes up from nowhere. I consider this very RUDE!. I didnt ask for the ad. Thirdly, the last couple of days, mozilla forces me into some other software that needs to be updated. I am a busy business owner, I dont need to sit and wait while YOUR software hangs up my system. Lastly, Mozilla did something to my IE (Internet explorer). Give me answers and I dont want to go through this again!!!! Email me TODAY!!! ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU FIX IT

Sorry if this does not appear helpful, but it is probably something that you have done.
I suggest you scan for malware with multiple and up to date tools, and in future take more care what you download and install with Firefox.
BTW Where did you get Firefox from initially was it an already customised version from Yahoo or somewhere else ? Standard official Firefox does not come bundled with other software or force you to install anything. <br /> We are volunteers and users like you. We do not give email or telephone advice.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You need to use multiple and up-to-date tools as they will not all pick up the same things.
[http://windows.microsoft.com/MSE Microsoft Security Essentials] is a good FREE permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
