YouTube and Google Log-In Issue

Recently I logged into my YouTube app using my YouTube password without no issues but for some reason every since I did this I keep getting a notice saying that "Error Log-In of Google", my emial is working perfectly and YouTube logs in fine also so this is leaving me confused what password that this **bleep** box is wanting or even why, everything is logged in.
I have tried removing my information from YouTube login since everything appears to be generated from this app but I can not find a way to do this, anyone has any ideals because this is getting on my nerves..
Any Suggestions would be appreciated..

Update: I figured out how to resolve this issue, under the My Accounts app there is a list of all log ons for the system and I noticed that the youtube log on was listed here so I removed it and this resolved and stopped the error notice

If it's not a Flash issue and your fonts are ok, since this is a new hard drive, login to another user on your Mac. Try Safari there. If you see the same behavior in Safari there, then it's a system wide problem, not just your user account. This is the easiest way to find out.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are drooping internet connection)

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

I want to download 'my' videos from YouTube and Google Video

i'm on: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.2.6) Gecko/20100625 Firefox/3.6.6. and I am looking for a WORKABLE way to download my videos from YouTube and Google Video. When I download them straight from YouTube of GoogleVideo the sound is de-synchronized.

I cant go on youtube with the wifi from airport express, its alway show that the webpage not found so I try to connect the lan to my mac ,its work. Anyone know why amd how to fix it. (only youtube and google doesnt work)

After the last upgrade, my itunes doesn't open (this happen only the first time after the start of my pc). It seems frozen.To re-open Itunes i need to terminate APS deamon every time from task manager.

I can't access to Youtube and Google Maps with Safari

Hello,
I've a MacBook Pro and I can't go to Youtube and Google Maps with Safari. I've also tried with Firefox but the problem is still not solved.
Actually, Safari (or Firefox) keeps charging the page but is unable to get it. I always see a blank page. It only happens with these two websites. Other sites are working perfectly.
I've tried so many things like installing the flash, erasing cookies or cache, installing updates but nothing helped. This is really annoying. Just to give you an example, if I try to localize my MacBook I just can't see where it is as the map is not appearing.
Can you help me?

I bought my Mac in August 2011. In the first weeks, I couldn't see YouTube videos which was normal as the flash wasn't installed. I therefore installed the latest version of Abode's flash and it worked well. But maybe 1 month or more later, I don't know what happened: it began difficult or even impossible to load YouTube website. I first thought this was a problem with Safari. I downloaded Firefox but the problem remained the same: impossible to go to YouTube. I followed the instructions to uninstall the flash and to install it again. Nothing helped. I waited for an update for Safari but it didn't solve my problem.
As I've already said, the browser (Safari or Firefox) keeps loading the page and after 1 or 2 minutes I see "Safari can't open the page because the server where this page is located isn't responding".
To come back to this:
if I try to localize my MacBook I just can't see where it is as the map is not appearing.
Well I wanted to give you an example of the problem itself (with Google Maps here). If I go to iCloud and try to localize my Mac, I can see the green circle but the map is not loaded. I don't know why it isn't working. Whenever there is a Google Map on a website (e.g. a restaurant giving its localization with a small Google Map) I can't see it. I only see a light grey background with question marks everywhere. I also see this grey background when I go to the website of Google.

Facetime and Message log in issue

Hi to all,
I would like to seek your assistance with the Facetime and message log in issue that I am having.
I recently installed the Mountain Lion OS 10.8, now using version 10.8.2, on my personal laptop, Macbook Pro (Mid-2009 model). I have tried many times to log into both applications via my Apple ID but have been unsuccessful.
This afternoon I tried accessing Facetime on my work laptop (Macbook 2010 model, OS Lion 10.7.5) via my Apple ID and it worked.
Can someone please help me in resolving my log in issue with my personal laptop? Much appreciated.

I would make sure you are logged into iCloud in the System Preference pane, "Icloud".
Then go the the indivusial prefrences of Facetime and Messages, and try to log in.

Safari and google plus site issues.

Safari and google plus crashes when I go to the google plus website, but it works with my other browser apps. Help? I am using the mac retina display.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
Step 1
For this step, the title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
          SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
          View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
In the top right corner of the Console window, there's a search box labeled Filter. Initially the words "String Matching" are shown in that box. Enter the name of the crashed application or process. For example, if Safari crashed, you would enter "Safari" (without the quotes.)
Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
☞ The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.
☞ Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
Step 2
In the Console window, select
          DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ User Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of crash reports. The name of each report starts with the name of the process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report related to the process in question. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.
I know the report is long, maybe several hundred lines. Please post all of it anyway.
If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a crash, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.
In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report—they're very long and rarely helpful.

Can't access youtube and google docs.

I can't access some websites, like youtube (I can only see a page with text and links) and google docs (firefox stops downloading like everything is correct, but nothing happens). Allready fully uninstalled (as far as I know, forgot bookmarks, passwords, etc....) firefox from my OSX 10.6. Installed it again and find the same problems. Other browsers have no problem with these websites. thanks. No errors reported by firefox.

If it works through the Ethernet port on the AirPort Extreme base station (AEBS) it probably has nothing to do with the AEBS. There must be something about the configuration of the computer connecting wirelessly.

LION screen sharing and remote log in issues

Hi,
In Snow Leopard I could access my iMac screen from my macbook and have the iMac restart and allow me to log in and continue to use the iMac.
In Lion I cannot access the log in screen remotely after a restart.
I need to go to the iMac and actually log into it with the keyboard before it will show up again on the network.
I tried to adjust the sharing preferences but nothing is allowing me to manage the iMac and restart it from a different machine.
Once I am logged in the screen sharing works fine. It's the log in issue that is not working for me.

i have not been able to get screen sharing to work at all, which has never been a problem for me. i'm registered as an authorized user on both computers, the passwords are correct, but it keeps telling me that the username/passwords don't work. and this is after the computers have already been "connected" using the exact same passwords and user name.

Youtube and Google not looking right

When i try to get on to youtube, I get the incomplete load version of youtube where everything is just text on the left side of the screen. On Google the regular logo doesn't load and I get just the words Google in text on the center of the screen. I have tried clearing cookies and cache and it works for a few hours, but then it goes back to the weird incomplete version after a while.
Also I didn't restart my computer or anything during this , it was left on the whole time.

Youtube and google crash MyPad

Some of My Pad Apps just started crashing. When I launch Youtube it opens and imediately crashes (closes). When I am in Safari and invoke (click on) google, apon typing the first letter Safari crashes. This is not intermitent, it happens every time. I have restarted, no help, and just did a restore to factory settings, both to no avail. Fred S.

if you created your youtube account using your google account and they're linked, is there any way to sign into youtube through apple tv? i've tried signing into youtube on the youtube website using my youtube id, and it tells me to sign in through google.

Do you have the latest <s>Aurora</s> <u>beta</u>, in case it was a glitch in the last build?
If you expand the technical details section of the error page, there should be some kind of explanation or code there. Can you copy/paste that into a reply?
If it says something along the lines of "sec_error_unknown_issuer" this can indicate one of these situations:
(1) Incomplete security software installation
Some security suites include a feature to intercept and scan your web traffic, including secure connections. In order to do this, they must present a fake certificate to Firefox, which of course, Firefox rejects. Programs such as ESET and Kaspersky provide a way to either turn off this feature, or import a master certificate into Firefox so that Firefox will trust these programs.
Does that sound relevant?
(2) Malware
Unfortunately, some malware also will intercept your secure connections. Often they can do this invisibly in IE and Chrome because they can inject certificates into the shared Windows certificate store. Because Firefox uses its own certificate file, you may get errors in Firefox that you do not get in IE and Chrome.
To distinguish between these, it's helpful to inspect the "Issued by" section of one of the certificates from a site that works in IE but not Firefox.
When you get the error page in Firefox, you can expand the "I understand the risks" section, and click the button to Add Exception. You don't need to actually save an exception to inspect the certificate, so you can cancel after viewing the certificate.
Check the "Issued by" section to see what you find there. For example:
* Name associated with your security software, such as ESET, BitDefender, Kaspersky, etc.
* Sendori (indicates unwanted software from Sendori)
* FiddlerRoot (indicates unwanted software named similarly to BrowserSafeguard, BrowserSafe, SafeGuard)
* Something else

IOS 6 YouTube and Google Maps

Where did they go? If Apple decided to remove them, this will be the last Apple product I buy.

The YouTube app is still for the iPhone, so doesn't look nice on the iPad. And for the Maps app, Apple stopped using Google service and decided to brew their own, which has been a disaster. In my area I just see empty blocks.
