Youtube and videos keep downloading so that the lecture stops and goes on by "increments"each 2 seconds
Youtube and videos are not running fluently the way they did. It goes on downloading each 2 seconds. What can I do to solve the issue ? Thank you for your help.
Most YouTube content requires the Flash plugin. Sometimes it's necessary to uninstall then reinstall that plugin.
Uninstall the Flash plugin then reinstall new > Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS
Very important to uninstall the currently installed plugin first.
Now launch Safari and try a video.
If you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
And check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info. If the box next to: Open in 32 bit mode is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safari.
You may also need to delete the cache associated with Safari .
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy/paste: ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari
Click Go the move the Cache.db file from the com.apple.Safari folder to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari. Try a video.

If the songs you're trying to transfer were purchased on iTunes.... i think they can let you redownload it FREE OF CHARGE.

Sometimes, you have to go deeper into the settings and check the outgoing mail server setting as well, especially, if you cannot send mail.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional -

I am trying to restore my iphone and it keeps telling me that the iphone cannot be restored. It also tells me that the iphone cannot do the requested rebuild, or something like that.
Open a terminal window and enter:
sudo vi /etc/hosts
You will be prompted for your login password, then you will see the contents of the hosts file in the vi editor. It should look like this:

If there are any lines that contain "gs.apple.com" you must delete them. If you are not familiar with the vi editor:
press <return> until the cursor is on a line that contains gs.apple.com
type "dd" (without the quotes) (you won't see the dd as you type)
repeat until all of the gs.apple.com lines are gone
type ":wq" or "ZZ" (note that :wq is lower case and ZZ is upper case) -

How can I transfer video taken with my iPhone to my iPad WITHOUT using a computer or iTunes? I'm going to Europe for a month and want to use my iPhone to take pics and video, then come back to the hotel room and use my iPad to edit/store each evening. I don't want to use my iPad to take the video...too large/bulky. And I WON'T have a computer with me...I purchased the iPad to take with me so I could use the RDC to my home computer and avoid taking my computer at all. Is this possible?

I use the PhotoSync APP (I think its a $1.99) will transfer videos and photos over WIFI to any other IOS device or even PC/MAC. Great app since I like doing video and photos on my IPHONE and transfer to IPAD2 without synching through computer or doing cloud based storage.
You can even send photos/videos from your MAC/PC to your IOS devices that way too. Makes it so much easier.

hello, i had to uninstall itunes from my pc. now i wanted to install it agian. but it keeps telling me that the older files bonjour and applesupport... whatever cannot be removed or replaced. now what can i do? ´cause i cannot remove them manually from my pc (from software list) either. please help!!

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up").
In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Apple Software Update entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Next, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

Many thanksI would connect each device to a power source, and then reset them by holding the power button and the home button until they turn off.
If it keeps happening, I would put the devices in recovery mode and restore them with iTunes.

For some reason my Quick Time player no longer works or even show up in my programs list. I tried downloading it again and the message I get is "The feature you are trying to install is on a network resourse that is unavailable." It somehow is gone and I don't understand why. Try force quitting the app...
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down for a few seconds until a red slider appears, then press and hold the Home button until the app quits. -

Are you using iPhoto '11 on a Mac?
Try to print your Card (using the main menu bar "File > Print" or save the printed version to pdf.
Then you can check, which text still is default. The default text will be missing from your print - see for example the screenshot below. Also you can check the measurements on your printed copy. In the print menu you can use the arrow buttons to step through the pages of your card.
