Youtube crashes

Question

Hi all bit of a problem with flash player since i downloaded the latest version of flash player every time i get a youtube video come up on any web page it locks up then a few seconds later blue screen with lots of writing, so turn the computer off and back on then get a message saying your 'computer has just recoverd from a serious error' i have tried turning off the acceleration by right clicking on a flash layout and going to settings bit stuck with this so any help would be much apreciated.

Thanks. Go to Tools, Internet Options and under the Security Tab, make sure you have it set to Medium for the Internet Zone.
If that doesn't help, the go to www.malwarebytes.org. Download and SAVE to your Desktop the Free Version.
Click on the Update feature and allow it to update. Create a Short cut first.
Close all browser windows and Disable AVG:
To disable the Resident Shield, please:
Open AVG User Interface.
Double-click on the Resident Shield.
Un-tick the option Resident Shield active.
Save the changes.
Open AVG User Interface.
Double-click on the LinkScanner.
Un-tick the option Enable AVG Search-Shield and Enable Active Surf-Shield.
Save the changes.
Now Open Malwarebytes and click on Scanner and run a full scan. This may take 30-40 minutes depending on your system.
If anything is found, following the instructions and allow them to fix it(remove)
