Youtube Presets Unsatisfactory - Very Specific Help Request

There is some reading here but from lurking around for a while I know there are some incredibly generous members here. Help would be very much appreciated!
I am exporting a clip from Premiere Pro CS5 to upload to Youtube.
The clip has lots of sporting action in it and I want the video to maintain smoothness of motion.
I have used CS5's Youtube presets without great results. I have uploaded 10 or so different versions based on Youtube's accepted file types and none are satisfactory – the motion is too blurry.
Here are the camera's recording specs:
PAL SD widescreen 720 X 576
in MPEG-2 format
8.5 Mbps (VBR) @
25 frames per second
Here are the sequence settings:
PAR: D1/DV PAL Widescreen 16:9 (1.4587) (So 1050 X 576)
25 frames per second
Upper field first
The source material is dragged into CS5 and interpreted at a PAR of 1.4587.
With my main goal being to maintain smoothness of motion on Youtube -
1. Is H.264 the best option? If no, what do you recommend?
2. What are the specific export settings I should be following/playing around with?
3. Are there any in-sequence settings I should use/avoid?
I have been reading and watching tutorials and struggling with this for a week so any other recommendations or resources to learn about this are much appreciated. Please help!

Yes, it is definitely upper field first.
To start the sequence I dragged the source file into “new item” so the sequence created should match the source file properties.
When I do this the sequence settings are:
720 X 576
Vertical 4:3
PAR D1/DV PAL (1.0940)
However, when I do this the footage does not display as widescreen (I believe the camera records in anamorphic widescreen).
To display it correctly I then right click on the source file and change it to interpret footage as D1/DV Pal Widescreen 16:9 (1.4587).
When I drag this newly interpreted file into “new item” it displays widescreen correctly and the new sequence settings are:
720 X 576
Vertical 16:9
PAR D1/DV PAL Widescreen (1.4587)
1. Have I done anything wrong to this point?

Hi Guys,
I'm pretty fussy about keeping my iTunes collection neat, tidy and organised but I have one problem I can't seem to resolve.
I have a boxed set of every album produced by Joe Satriani but recorded at 96KHz 24 bit. I also have the whole collection already in my iTunes collection as lossy MP3s.
What I want to do is add the 15 hi-res albums contained within 'The Complete Studio Collection' but retain the older files.
When I view in iTunes I want the album title for all the new files to be 'The Complete Studio Collection', the artist name to be Joe Satriani throughout but also have the ability to 'sub-head' each album and have the associated artwork for each - so 15 albums all with separate headings and artwork but all encompassed by the title 'The Complete Studio Collection'.
I also have a problem with how the actual audio files are stored.
At the moment if I name each album by its title and add the matching artwork in iTunes the audio files get lumped in with the files previously in the collection, so I end up with multiple copies of the same tracks in album folders - some as lossy MP3s and some as 96KHz Apple Lossless files. I want the newer files separated but I also want to keep the compressed versions.
Is this possible and if so how do I achieve it please?
I'm currently running iTunes 11.2 and OS X 10.9.3

Open Font Book and look for duplicate copies of the Lucida Grande font. Dupes have a • next to their name. They can be deleted.
Mac OS X uses Lucida Grande as the main system font, as does iTunes. If another application installs its own copy of the font this confuses iTunes, amongst others.

YouTube Claims PremiereCC Youtube preset is bad

I have premiere CC and try the H.264 Youtube preset and upload that file to Youtube and it responds by saying it is incorrectly encoded:
"Your videos will process faster if you encode into a streamable file format. For more information, visit our Help Center."

I'm sorry i guess i need to restate the issue, it "works" in that the file does get uploaded to youtube. However, Youtube does respond and say it is not "properly" encoded into a streamable format and thus they must spend a long time re-encoding the video to be usable. I would like to avoid this and have premiere encode the video to the proper Youtube specifications like their website lists.
I use this preset and get this message from Youtube that takes me to the link with the info from my original post:

To display data element supplement documentation, you must code the following screen flow logic in the POH event:
PROCESS ON HELP-REQUEST.
FIELD <f> [MODULE <mod>] WITH <num>.
After PROCESS ON HELP-REQUEST, you can only use FIELD statements. If there is no PROCESS ON HELP-REQUEST keyword in the flow logic of the screen, the data element documentation for the current field, or no help at all is displayed when the user chooses F1. Otherwise, the next FIELD statement containing the current field <f> is executed.
If there is screen-specific data element supplement documentation for the field <f>, you can display it by specifying its number <num>. The number <num> can be a literal or a variable. The variable must be declared and filled in the corresponding ABAP program.
You can fill the variables, for example, by calling the module <mod> before the help is displayed. However, the FIELD statement does not transport the contents of the screen field <f> to the ABAP program in the PROCESS ON HELP-REQUEST event.

Very specific question about iOS 7 and podcasts

I have a very specific question regarding the playback of podasts under iOS 7.
Right now, I've still got iOS 5.1.1 (iPhone 4S).
What I would like to have is a way to play an episode from a podcast that I have not yet finished, and when I double-click the ear-bud's middle button, then I would like to jump (skip) to the episode in the list, even if that episode is from a different podcast.
Right now, under iOS 5.1.1, I achieved that by creating a smart playlist in iTunes that collects all the episodes from all podcasts with a play count == 0.
This smart playlist is mirrored to the iPhone.
It works very well.
It seems to me that something like that is not possible under iOS 6, so I skipped that.
My question now is whether I can acheive this under iOS 7.
I would be most grateful if some kind soul could shed some light on that for me.

I do absolutely intend to print a test copy first - but thanks to your advice at least know the spine is going to be ok!
I didn't realize that method would give me a nice landscape image of the unbound cover - I'd mistakenly remembered that it gave only one page at a time for front and back.

Very specific GMail attachment problem

I have a number of IP webcams (Y-Cam Black) that are setup to send an email to my GMail account containing a snapshot of any movement detected within sensor range at home.
The picture attachments view fine if I open the email from the GMail web client, but they show up as "This message has no content" in the mail application on my iPhone and if I open them up, they just contain a load of garbage that always begins with "ˇÿˇ‡JFIF" (Base64/MIME encoded jpeg?)
Image attachments are not a problem from other sources, and my IP camera images are viewable everywhere else, including from my ageing Windows Mobile device which I was hoping I could get rid of now I have my iPhone. I don't know whether this is caused at the phone end or the camera end, but the camera manufacturer has been less than helpful so far.
Has anybody else seen this with any other source? Is it a very specific mail formatting issue? I was kinda hoping it was a glitch in iPhone 2.0 but it still happens with 3.0 firmware.

This has happened to me but i don't know what to do because my Itunes kept closing down and it shut down half way through updating and it just comes up with a silver apple and it won't turn off and now it's just frozen and it also doesn't recognise it when i opened up itunes again after i reset it to the factory settings

Normally pressing F1 helps gives Documentation present in Data Element assoicated with the field. Exactly in what cases would we be needing to use this event.

That event is used for search.
at selection-screen on value-request for p_file.
call function 'F4_FILENAME'
       exporting
            field_name = 'p_file'
       importing
            file_name = p_file.
If you code in the same manner in the selection screen you will able to search and select a file from your work station, so that it will be uploaded in SAP.

If you want to duplicate your Folder Tree in iPhoto:
Start at the bottom of the hierarchy and drag a folder of images to the Album Heading in iPhoto. The pics will be imported and an Album of the same name created.
You can then create the Enclosing Folders in the iPhoto Window (File -> New Folder) and drag the Album to it. Folders can contain other Folders (Nested Folders) and Albums.
However, is your folder system date based? Then this form of organisation is a bit pointless in iPhoto when Smart Albums or the Calendar tool (Click on the wee magnifying glass in the Search Box) mean you can find the photos taken on any day, month or year at a click. With Smart Albums it's easy to find photos from specific range - say, June 3 to August 25, 2009 etc.
If your folder system is theme based - Xmas pics, Birthday pics etc, then you'll find Keywords are much more flexible, and can be used in conjunction with other criteria for making Smart Albums and searches.

VERY SPECIFIC RAM QUESTION (not answered in prior topics)

I have a very specific RAM question. I've been pouring through the discussions and I see TONS of stuff about the proper way to upgrade RAM. I've done that before without incident, but here is my dilemma:
I'm using the 3.0Ghz, 8-core, MP currently with 8GB of the 667Mhz RAM (8x1GB). The memory is all matched from OWC and I have had no problems.
I just bought 16GB of new RAM from OWC (4x4GB).
I'm going to remove all 8 of the current 1GB DIMM's, and place two of the 4GB DIMM's in slots 1 & 2 on riser A, and two of the 4GB DIMM's in slots 1 & 2 on riser B. That will give me 16GB's in matched pairs on slots 1 & 2 of both riser A and B.
My question is this: Should I install two of my old 1GB DIMM's in slots 3/4 of riser A, and two of the old 1GB DIMM's in slots 3/4 of riser B (for a total of 20GB's)?
I've read that having all 8 slots filled = better performance but I'm not sure the mix of 4GB DIMM's and 1GB DIMM's.
Any Thoughts?

Optimally you want matched quads in each Riser. However, Bare Feats did some memory benchmarks that you might wish to read regarding memory performance versus different configurations. As for proper installation see the following:

I cant play the file I exported (youtube preset)

I exported file in youtube preset 30 frames 1080p and when I try to play it, it is not playable. my windows player says it cant play the file. so I wonder what is going on
The files is 50 minutes long, I exported 10 minutes long video before and it plays just fine
What could be the problem. I use gaming laptop msi gt70 for processeing the video
