Z report downloading problem

One of our user has installed office 2007. Previously user was using 2003.
While user want to download data for report ZMM60 he gets know data.
While I am using 2003 I was able to download and see data in that. User get only blank excelsheet.
Does anyone face this problem. Also please confirm what will be resolution.

dont look only for the answered star on a thread, I guess 80 % of all threads will not get this status even they are solved
Please try the following steps to resolve this Issue. I dont have the link else search on office help on microsoft website.

1. go to Menu -> Excel Options By opening excel & click on top left icon shaped in squares to show excel options)
2. Select Trust center --> trust center settings.
3. Choose Add-ins and enable require Application Add-ins
4. Choose Active X settings and enable all controls without restrictions and enable safe mode options

6.choose message bar settings and enable show message bar options
7.choose external content settings and enable all data connections and enable automatic update for all workbook

& reopen excel & test it should work, we had come across this problem & found the solution somewhere on microsoft office 2007 help, do a quick search & you would be able to get the steps as well.

Hi,
1. For header fields, you need to enable one of the field, so that it will recognige the first row as header.
2. You should not consider only the field displayed at output, you should take all the values available in the internal table.
3. First take the record type as STRING. Now CONCATENATE all the fields available in the internal table to this RECORD and append it to some internal table. Now pass this internal table to the GUI_DOWNLOAD function module.

Email address / phone for reporting download problems?

I've been unable to successfully download ANY 9i database files from three different networks (T1, T3, cable modem), three different PCs, Windows or Linux, Netscape 4.7 and 6.2 and IE 5 and 6, for the past 5 days.
No error message comes up. The download just completes and I have an arbitrary sized file.
Is there any process for calling in or emailing problems like this, since it is obviously not a computer or LAN problem, and multiple people are facing it?

we distinguish 3 categoriers of addresses.
Addresscategory 1, which is a address for organisations
addresscategory 2, which is a address for persons and
addresscategory 3, which is a address on a relationship.
The address on a relationship is built of an address from an
organisation. But it's not the whole address from that specific
organisation, it's only, let's call it the postal part. Things like
street, city, postal code and so on. The name part is taken from
the person, which is involved in that relationship. So we have here
a mixture of addresscategory 1 and addresscategory 2.
The communication data, we have only 3 communication categories on a
relationship, phone, fax and E-Mail address, is not taken from
the organisation or the person's address.
The communication data used on a relationship, is that one, which you
can maintain in the section address data after having assigned an
address to the reltionship.
Any changes on any com.data of the organisation, will have no effect on
the com.data of the relationship. Only changes on the address of the
organisation, which will effect those fields, we called above the postal
part of an address, will be taken into account for the address on
the relationship.
In CRM, the contact person is a business partner of type person and can
have many addresses of type 2, but only the standard address is
exchanged with the home address in the R/3 system.
If you create a relationship of category 'contact person', you can have
an address of type 3 for every address of the customer, but only the
standard address of type 3 is exchanged with the contact person's
address of type 3 in R/3.
The concept of the business address does not exist in CRM. If a contact
person is working for different customers, you create different
relationships of category 'contact person' instead of creating a
business address.

I managed to create and activate EWA for Solman 4.0
but I got problem with the result generated by Solman. Below is the quote from the EWA report

We were unable to perform a correct analysis because essential parts of the download data are missing. This is most likely due to a problem with data collection or transfer.
Recommendation: Check the log for this session in the Service Data Control Center (execute transaction SDCC or the new SDCCN in your system). If an error is listed, perform the Service Preparation Check.
Implementation: To perform the Service Preparation Check, execute transaction SDCC and choose Information -> Service prep. check, or if you are using SDCCN, create a new "Service Preparation Check" task.
i've already run the service preparation check and follow all the recommendation.
and from report RTCCTOOL, i didnt get any recommendation to follow

have you run RTCCTOOL in both systems (SolMan, ECC)?
ST-A/PI level is OK
ST-PI - 2005_1_700 is not on latest Support Package (SolMan, ECC).
RTCCTOOL will check Support Package Level as well as the availability of important statistical data (for example Workload Statistics, tx ST03N).
Which parts of the EWA do not contain data?

How can I report a problem with downloading?

I purchased a rather long album and halfway through downloading it gave me the message, "We could not complete your istore request. The network connection timed out. Error 8003." The only guidance it offers is to check the network connection. Nothing wrong there. Now I can get into the store and the balance of the album no longer shows up under downloads, just old stuff that really shouldn't even be there. I went into my account, and under purchase history clicked onto "Report a problem." All I got out of that is the same page minus the report a problem button.
I'm frankly sick of this iphone and all the problems I've encountered with their upgrade failures, but this disappearig report a problem just tells me they really don't want to hear from you and no one is minding the store.
Any other places to report a problem? Or advice onto how to get the missing songs?

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting those two tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

This is bad - I have an Apple automated response that they got my report on 12/6, 12/10 and 12/14, and I haven't heard anything from them since the 6th when I got one reply that told me to do things I tried before reporting the problem. I recently downloaded Truth in 24 II on itunes for free. I saw this movie already on my PS3. I was happy to see it on iTunes. but it finished downloading and when i click on it, it opens and only gives me a 26 second view. but on the info of the movie it says it 1hr and 22 minutes.
