Z reports & Z webynpro usage capture

Hi,
My requirement is to capture Z reports & Z webdynpro apps for a single day.
I need to know how many users have used it and time of usage.
I already did it for z reports using FM SAPWL_STATREC_DIRECT_READ.I have an issue with Z webdynpro's .I don't see entries for Z webdynpros in this is FM.
Do we have anyother FM for Webdynpros?

You might try talking to your DBA. Transaction ST03 has some statistical data in it that displays who uses particular reports and transactions. I don't know that it gives you the time that it was accessed though.

Safe mode did not help.
I have disabled ALL extensions and plug-ins, but the problem with "zig-zag" memory usage still remains (I've not tried to leave browser open for the night yet).
I think I'll do clean reinstall with completely new empty profile (without sync'ed information) to try this out. If this works, I'll start adding stuff (configuration, sync, features, etc) to see what causes the problem.

Error Report: No Data Usage Alerts for 250 MB Plan - June 2014

Hi, this post will report a data usage alert error for June 2014.
I previously signed up for data usage alerts when 50%, 75%, and 90% of my data is used. On June 10, at 11:00 PM, I discovered through my Verizon Wireless account that over 250 MB of data had already been used (my plan contains 250 MB). I did not receive any usage alerts prior to this time. I immediately upgraded to the 500 MB plan to avoid overage charges.
If the data usage alerts had worked properly, I would not have faced the upgrade fee or overage charges. Would it be possible to cancel the additional charges that arose this month because the data usage alerts did not work properly?

Are you serious!!! Look at all of the calls on this matter in your records and fix it. I am sure at this point that it is another Verizon scam to solicite millions of dollars from it's customers only to have yet another class action lawsuit filed so the lawyers can get rich and the customers screwed.

How to make use of report - RPDLGA20 - Wagetype Usage report?

Your replies will be highly appreciated.
I wanted to use report - PRDLGA20 ( Wagetype usage )
For suppose to check for the Wagetype which processing class has been set up etc,.
When I ran this report, and click on "Processing class and their values" , I do see list of classes & their specifications but I do not see any indication/mark against the specification defined against the selected Wagetypes. Like wise it is with other results as well.. ( Evaluation class, Cumulation etc.,)Do we need to activate this report by some means so that it will pull out the selected Wagetype configuration details in report rather than listing out whats there in SPRO?

Hi Raja,
1) Mention the fields that you wish from database table (incase you don't need all the fields from the database table).
2) Don't use the INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE ztable clause.
3)Instead use INTO TABLE ztable (But take care that during the declaration of the ztable, the fields declared are in order that in database table to fetch the Records in sequence).

BI publisher report : why "Database Usage Tracking Summary" repport is empty ?

I'me using BI publisher intergated to Grid Control12c (R3), trying to get "Database Usage Tracking Summary" report folowing Oracle documentation (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24628_01/doc.121/e24473/usage_reports.htm#EMADM13568)
And I have 2 problems :
1) FTPburst delivery is not working, sftp is configured but still have the folowing error

Thank You for your quick reply. The table permission was alright.
Its very strange that, we configure usage tracking in obiee 11.1.1.6.0 using enterprise manager and that how all document says. And then it should automatically update the "NQSCONFIG.INI". But it was not updated there. So we need to change all configuration settings in both "Enterprise Manager" and also in the "NQSCONFIG.INI". Then it works fine!!

Daily metrics report of Exchange usage

I was delegated the task to find a way to perform an daily metrics report of our new exchange system and am at a loss of how to begin. We have recently rolled out an Exchange 2013 on premise deployment to serve 6000 accounts. Our environment consists
of 6 dual role exchange servers.The request was that I present a daily report with the following criteria I/O counts, CPU usage, Storage, bandwidth, etc.

Untimely reporting of data usage

Why is Verizon's reporting of my data usage so sporadic? I received two data reports today, one at ~730 am, and one around 9:30am. Since then: NOTHING! Even though I streamed two 40+ minute programs (at their lowest resolution) from Hulu this afternoon. It's now 10:24pm, and still no report of my latest usage. I have 2 days left on my cycle, and I want to use as close to my 10 Gb without going over. They charge per Gb if you go over, plus they "round up". If they keep you in the dark the last couple of days of your cycle, it pretty much assures them an add-on rip-off! Of course, it's all perfectly legal, since you have to sign the contract before you find out how they do the accounting! They own the FCC, so they think they have the right to rip us off.

If you were to go through at least 50 pages on the Mobile Web it would have been 0.6MB. One Game from Media Center is 0.2MB and one ringtone is 0.2MB. Here's a link to access the example of average data usage.

SAP Report to find usage/transactions access per module

Hi,
Is there any report/tool avialable in SAP to see how many transactions are being executed in a given period of time per MODULE.
Actually management wants to see the details and asked me to provide the summarized report...(i believe they want to see the SAP usage in the company)
Any help is highly appreciated in this regard.

I never see something like that in SAP, the only way is to use the STAT transaction but there is a too low history.

Best way to report on Computer Usage

Is there any magic report that will tell me if machines are NOT being utilized?
I know you can do Software metering for Apps, but I just need to know if a machine is being used or not. I read where you can do powermanagement reports, but I'm not sure how accurate that information would be.

I had this same discussion come up at a customer last week. It really comes down to your definition of "usage". This is a very ambiguous term so you really need to define in it technical terms and the goal(s)/purpose(s) of have this information.
At this customer, we certainly did start with the power management reports as suggested by Garth. We also looked at this

Problem in generating User Login Report on System Usage

We want a daily shift-wise(3 shifts of 8 hours each) report with following information
1. User-ID
2. Login Time-Stamp
3. Transaction Code
4. Transaction Code Start Time-Stamp
5. Transaction Code End Time-Stamp
6. Logout Time-Stamp
At present we are extracting the usage data with STAD transaction & processing in batch mode to generate a report which is not fulfilling our requirement as it is not having Transaction Code End Time-Stamp. One problem is same transaction code is having multiple Time-Stamps. If time-stamp is considered up to hour & minute, multiple records for same transaction code as well as different transaction codes are appearing. We are unable to generate MIS as per our requirement.

This may be possible if the trace is activated in the TA ST01. But it is not advisable to keep this trace for a prolonged period as it has an adverse effect in the system performance.
For a smaller user base, u can enable the security log in TA SM19, The report can be pulled from TA SM20.

Is the anyway to get a report of component usage within an Application.

It would sure be 'nice' to have a report of the component usage within an Application. I am most interested in where the LOVs are being referenced. It is extremely time consuming to check every report/form item by item. I'm sure this information is available 'somewhere' within the Portal schema but I don't know where. Anyone got any ideas? Such info can be obtained from Portal schema.
Those tables are not granted to public.
How do you plan to use it? For your own maintain purpose?

China PL report RFIDCN_BSAIS does not capture fingures by Functional Area

I am using program RFIDCN_BSAIS to run financial report for China.
For PL report, the program is not able to generate the figures particulary on items where I assigned FUNCTIONAL AREAS to.
China legal PL report presentation is Cost of Sales accounting like thus, program RFIDCN_BSAIS should be able to capture Functional Areas as well. Unfortunately, it does not work this way.
Do you have simillar issues with Functional Area when running China PL report? Can you share how you overcome this issue?
Btw, we are into ECC6, EHp5...All customizing related to Functional Area are done. FAGLFLEXT are populated with Functional Area.

Reporting Volume Tier Usage in Enterprise Manager

The gridview at "Compellent Enterprise Manager > Storage > Storage Types > Assigned Redundant > Volumes" displays separated tier usage for each volume. As I need to be able to report on the tier split at the volume level (same information in this view) but I don’t see an option for this in reports, how can one extract this information as a csv file?

I don't think so, the only ones that can be scheduled are when you click "Edit Data Collector Settings" then "Automated Reports"... You can play with those but I don't think they drill down as far as you are looking for...
This is about as granular you can get:
You can try playing with the scripting to see if you can make it but I'm not sure if the scripting allows you to get that much detail or not.
