Z10 BBID basically frozen, won't let me verify
All I want is a ringtone, lol!! I couldn't remember the password, so I did the steps to reset it, and it won't let me in. Any help is totally appreciated! Thanks!!
Wow! OK. Well, the good news is you should be able to do a security wipe and then log in with your new BBID. The bad news is you will lose any data you currently have on the device. If you have pictures or videos make sure they're saved to the media card. If you have contacts that aren't associated with an email account then you might want to write some of them down so you can re-enter them later. I do recommend saving contacts and calendar in an email account like Outlook.com.
If you make a backup it will be under the old BBID and you won't be able to restore under the new BBID so there's no point in doing that.
I know it's a real pain but consider yourself very lucky Protect wasn't enabled. If it was you wouldn't even be able to wipe the device.
The security wipe can be done by going to Settings >Security and Privacy >Security Wipe. It can take considerable time so plug it in and leave it alone for a few hours while it does the wipe.
Protect is a great feature but you need to keep track of your BBID password and NEVER delete a BBID that is currently in use.

Only in Firefox, Google Calendar won't let me verify login/password
Hello, for some reason, all of a sudden and just in Firefox, Google Calendar is asking me to verify my password and login. I enter correctly, but just keeps going back to same page to verify again. I've gone in to clear cache, but each time I click 'clear', nothing seems to happen (though I don't know if there's a way to verify that). I CAN login to my google email fine on Firefox, and I CAN login to my calendar on Safari... but can't on Firefox. Running Firefox 3.0.19, Mac OSX10.4.11. THANKS!!!!!

I'm running XP Home SP3 and Firefox 3.6.4. I can get into gmail and any other google app in firefox, but not the calendar. It asks me to verify my password, then can't get past that page. I can get to my calendar fine from IE or Chrome.

Leave the iPhone alone for a minute and go to your PC/Mac. Try and set up the Apple ID on there (again leaving the iPhone to sit and look pretty for a while). Check your emails (not on the iPhone) and see if you are receiving the email into your inbox that way, if you aren't make sure you have put the correct email address in the App store. If you are definitley sure you are putting the correct email address in go to the web interface for your email provider (e.g. hotmail or yahoo) and check the junk mail folders etc.
Do all the above whilst the iPhone is sat around, don't do any of the above on the iPhone. If you manage to crack it and get the email address verified and your account up and running just log in to the App Store on your iPhone once it's all done -
My ipad is stuck on Apple ID Security and won't let me go anywhere else. It is frozen on this. Tried to shut it off and turn back on, but it still come up with this window.

In the middle of the ipad a box says (icloud backup) This ipad hasn't been backed up in 2 weeks. Backups happen when this ipad is plugged in, locked, and connected to Wi-Fi. It is frozen. It won't let me do anything. You can see the apps behind the box. help what do I do?
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

My iphone4s is frozen up and won't let me scroll down to the accessibilty tab or anything and is reading me off everything that it is doing. I also have to double everything to get it to work (scrolling with a finger can't happen right now). BB Z10 won't let me use an unusual or made up word
When I try to use an unusual or made up word my Z10 gives me a corrected version that sits over the space bar and won't let me advance the message. Any ideas on how to put in the unusual word into the message easily?

Safari has frozen. And it won't let me restart! What to do?
Safari froze (i.e. it won't let me do anything on the page but the window will still move around on the screen if I click on it). I tried to close it. When I did a notification popped up that says are you sure becuase multiple windows are up, per the usual. i tried to click Close but nothing has happened. It has been days! I tried to restart or shut down and a notification comes up that says the action was blocked by safari becuase it is still open (I yell "I CAN"T CLOSE IT!"). Please Help!!!
Oh and it is not giving me the Force Quit option when I right click Safari. It still just says quit, etc. Clicking quit again doesn't do anything.Press command-option-esc keys and force quit Safari. If all else fails press the power button down until the Mac shuts down.
