Z10 BBM personal info not changing

I'm facing an issue with the #BBM in the #Z10BlackBerry. I'm not being able to change any of my status, personal message, or even display picture.
I tried turning off the device more than once and even I wiped the data, nothing worked out.
How can I resolve this issue?!

When you access your profile, does the application freeze or become unresposive?
Also what version of BlackBerry 10 are you currently using? Go to Settings>About.

BBM Display Pictures Not Changing

Hello, the display pictures of some of my contacts have been stuck on a picture for like two weeks now.. I've restarted the phone a couple of times & I deleted and reinstalled the bbm yet its still the same pictures but they have changed their pictures like a million times since then. Help please

The problem has been fixed. I can now change my display picture. I guess it was a temporary problem. You can try yours now, and try it with a display picture different from the one you have...
I guess the morale of the story is, if multiple people are having these kinda issues, just wait a bit; the folks at RIM will notice & get it fixed.

Go to http://www.getpersonas.com and try a persona. If it doesn't work, maybe you already have a theme installed that is preventing you from using a persona? Bbm display picture not changing

My contacts can seem to view my display picture when I change it. They can view a picture I up loaded two weeks ago. How do I fix this. :-(

Sometimes it can just take a few days for an avatar to update for other friends of yours.
Tell them to try this:
Open BBM by tapping the BBM icon on the homescreen
Navigate to contact showing up as a PIN, either via the BBM Group members list or your BBM Contacts list, and tap their name as if to open a chat conversation with them
Tap the top bar of the chat window
You should then see a refresh (looks like a circular icon) icon next to the BBM Video icon on the top right, tap that and the contact's name should appear and it may refresh the avatar.

Clearing out personal info from sim card sold phone on ebay

I cleared out all my info once on my iphone, but I need to remember how to do it again. I sold the phone,and and I want to clear all personal info, Note pad, passwords, contacts etc;

The iPhone store no data on the sim card. To clear all data from the phone itself: Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content & Settings. If any model phone other than a 3GS or iPhone 4, plug the phone into a wall outlet first, as this can take several hours. On a 3GS or iPhone 4, it takes but a minute or two.

How do I change my info under my apple Id. I changed my email and someone out in the WWW used to have that email on here. Now when I logg on they have my name as the previous person and not me.

Changing personal info for live chat

Where do I go to change my personal information so I can access Livechat? It says that I have a Shuffle and an imac. I own neither. I can't find where to change this information and it is driving me crazy. Thanks!

Do you mean that you were on this page?:

..but wouldn't select from either the "iMac" option or the "iPod Shuffle" option, because you owned neither product?
If so, this is because Apple only offers Live-Chat Support for the iMacs and the iPod Shuffles; no other model or type of Apple product.
Those two possible selections ("iPod Shuffle" or "iMac") do not have to do with your personal info on your Apple ID account, or anything else.
If that is not the case, please post back and correct me if I'm wrong with this assessment.

Not too long ago I was able to delete personal info from forwarded emails in Hotmail, but not now. Works fine in IE. What's wrong and where? Txs

Being paranoid, I like to delete personal info (email addresses, etc.) from emails I'm forwarding. Ican do this right now in IE, but not Firefox.
I had been running FF4(?), but downgraded to FF3.5 because of some other issues, but I don't recall when the problem with email started (before or after downgrade).
IE9 allows me to delete this personal info from forwarded emails.

Try an SMC reset. The article covers when this is required, but doing this will not affect anything.

Are you sure that the other vendor and material that you are using or the same vendor and other material that you are using are all from the same plant.
The error message specificaly says that user does not have authorisation for that Plant. So check with some other combinations in that plant.
Also, on the screen on which it is giving this error message, in the address bar where you write the tcode, type SU53 and enter. It will take you to authorisation check screen and will display which authorisation are missing for the user. You can take this to your basis team and get the required authorisation.

If you're trying to update an application, you need to delete it and then download it from your Apple ID. You may want to erase the internal drive and install a fresh OS.
