Z10 Smart Bluetooth. Pairing devices

Hi.
I´ve just bought a Polar H7 heart rate (smart bluetooh device ready) thinking it would work with Blackberry 10, but I don´t be able to pair it with my Z10.
It searches and finds it but I always get a message similar to "Pairing is not possible with Polar H7 xxxxxxx"
My idea was use it with Cascarun pro (native Blackberry app), because it seems to be that they have tested it with Polar H7.
I have sent an email to Cascarun, but I have not received any answer yet.
Any idea?

depends on the device. The iPhone will NOT pair with other phones, and does NOT support bluetooth file transfer. It will only pair with another computer for the sole purpose of tethering.

After omitting my iPad 2 from my iPhone 3GS bluetooth paired devices and viceversa, I can't re-pair them again.

I had my iPad 2 (WiFi only, 64 GB) tethered to my iPhone 3GS via bluetooth to share internet. After turning bluetooth off to save battery and then on, they didn't link aymore, so I omitted the devices in each one another, but now I can't pair them again, they just don't show in the devices list of the other device.
I reset all the adjustments in the iPhone, but I only get in the found bluetooth devices a list of MAC addresses, none corresponding to the one of the iPad.
iPhone has iOS 4.3.2 (8H7) and iPad 2, iOS 4.3.3 (8J2).

Hello sallyally, I will explain what I did, perhaps some steps are not necessary:
1. Turn bluetooth off in the iPad: Settings->General->Bluetooth->OFF
2. Turn bluetooth on in the iPhone: Settings->General->Bluetooth->ON
3. Share internet access in the iPhone: Settings->Personal Hotspot->ON
4. Go to bluetooth in settings of iPhone: Settings->General->Bluetooth
5. Turn bluetooth on in the iPad: Settings->General->Bluetooth->ON
6. Both devices should find each other and show the same code, press ok or something like that and it is ready.
Let me know if it worked.

Jaguar - Blackberry Bluetooth Pairing Issue

My new 8100 Pearl recognises the hands-free kit in my 2007 Jaguar X-type ("Jaguar" shows on the Bluetooth paired devices screen), but the pairing won't complete through to connection. The dealer confirmed that other phones will pair with the Jaguar touch screens. The Jaguar touch screen reads "No BT Phone" and never connects. I noticed someone else had a similar post back in June 2008 but no one ever replied with an answer. It seems that I have the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to sucessfully pair your BlackBerry Curve smartphone with any other Bluetooth enabled devices or other BlackBerry smartphones? If not, do you also see the same issue with the Bluetooth passkey disappearing during pairing?

BB Z10 Bluetooth issue No audio on bluetooth enable device

First I got my BB Z10, It was fine with my Bluetooth enable device, Motorola T215.
recently My Z10 can pair with Motorola T215,but when I make phone call (I can use call button from bluetooth to make phone call), there is no voice or audio on my bluetooth device. However I can hang off phone by bluetooth device button. I did reset Z10, and also Motorola T215. The issue is the same. also I delete T215 in bluetooth list and pair again, the issue is still there.

Are you able to test your Motorola T215 with another phone to ensure that there is no problem with the headset itsef? Another suggestion, is to test a different headset with your BlackBerry Z10 if possible as well.

Bluetooth connection with jsr082 How can I get paired device list on phone?

Hi all,
Please anyone, who uses jsr082, help me.
First if i tried to get cashed or preknown device lists with function
discoveryAgent.retrieveDevices(DiscoveryAgent.CASHED);
or
discoveruAgent.retrieveDevices(DiscoveryAgent.PREKNOWN);
on a real phone(Nokia 7610) this functions return null, but I have paired devices (and one of them are active when I tried this app)on my phone.
Can you tell me it is a certification problem or what?

I don't think Siri support for auto Bluetooth is official yet. It sort works in mine, a Fiat 500, but I have to use the home button on my iPhone to enable Siri, the voice command button on my steering wheel doesn't do it. I would say keep checking the Siri/iPhone page on apple.com for info on when auto kits will be supported.

I have iphone 6 with ios 8.1.1. The bluetooth pairs with my sony car radio and everything works fine. However, the iphone won't stop searching for other devices.

first you must put your iphone in the discover mode by going to bluetooth on your phone which places it in discovery mode. Them you must go to your car's bluetooth discovery mode and place it in discovery mode. If the phone sees the car and visa versa, the car will give you a code to place into your phone. Once you put the code into the phone the two will be linked. Make sure that your car has "automatic" link set so that your phone will link every time you turn on the ignition. Refer to your car's manual for more help or go to your dealer, they should be able to help you or even do it for you, but you need to know how to be able to discover and then link bluetooth devices yourself because every bluetooth device uses the same discovery formula especially if you want to use your IOS devices to play music through your system using bluetooth.

You can use Photo Transfer App to transfer photos from iPhone to iPad or vice versa using Bluetooth or WiFi

Cannot pair Sony MW1 smart bluetooth headset with Avantree Saturn (bluetooth dongle)

How can I pair my Sony MW1 smart bluetooth headset with Avantree Saturn (bluetooth dongle)? It kept showing "codes not matching", which means the wrong passkey codes auto-entered. But I can't enter any right codes the Avantree Saturn needed ("0000","1111",.....). Or where can I find the information to solve the problem? Thanks!

Bluetooth new device pairing problem

When we want to send any data through Bluetooth and if we have some previous pair devices then we can not select new device for paring. i.e. We can not go down for selecting new Bluetooth on device.

bluetooth is a wide collection of what they called bluetooth profiles
both devices have to support the bluetooth profile in question for it to work

Bluetooth Peripheral Device driver failure in Windows Vista and Windows 7 (solved)

I had problems setting up Bluetooth HotSync. Following the directions for pairing the device resulted in a "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" missing driver in Device Manager. I finally figured out how to setup HotSync and am able to sync over Bluetooth to Windows 7 64-bit.
On the PC
Right-click on the Bluetooth icon and select Show Bluetooth Devices
Delete the Palm Phone
Right-click on the Bluetooth icon again and select Bluetooth settings
Turn Discovery on for the PC
On the Palm Device
Select Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth On
Set Visibility to Hidden (if desired)
Select Setup Devices on the Bluetooth screen
Select HotSync Setup
Click Next
Select your PC
This is the important part: Click Next 3 times (don't do what the screens tell you -- just click Next, Next, Next)
Click Launch HotSync
Viola!
On the PC
Right-click on the Bluetooth icon again and select Bluetooth settings
Turn Discovery off for the PC (if desired)

I am having the same problem with a new RocketFish Bluetooth adapter. I did NOT have this problem when I was using a Kensington USB Bluetooth adapter. One big difference that I notice between the two adapters is that the Kensington adapter came with an updated version of the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack software which contained its own DUN drivers. However, the new RocketFish Bluetooth 2.0 EDR USB adapter does not seem to work with the Toshibal BT Stack.
Maybe this helps. Maybe it doesn't. Either way, I don't care. It's how I roll. I'm a smart ass.

IPhone 5S bluetooth pairing with prius in-car phone Issue

Let me begin by saying that this is my first problem with any apple device! EVER!!
I have an Verizon iPhone 5S, less than 2 months old, with the new OS 8.0.2 update and it will no longer pair correctly with my 2012 Prius V's in-car bluetooth phone. You try to call someone, it doesn't connect and you can't hang up!!!! Then auto-calls them when you turn the bluetooth on (in the phone)... but doesn't physically make the call on the phone. Now if the bluetooth in my phone is on, and I even start the car, the car states it's trying to call home. I have attempted many of the following in different combinations with no success:
Tried to end the call on the car's interface (it won't turn off), pressed the hang up button on the steering wheel -- nada.
Restarted Phone
Turned Car on/off/on
Removed all pairings and re-paired them together
Made sure the LTE option was on (the iPhone 6 option, which seems to be relatively successful, for data and voice/voice only/data only is not an option on iPhone 5S)
Now, my husband has a Droid 4 and it works seamlessly with the bluetooth pairing. The car does play, through the bluetooth, Audio through the phone.
I guess I should also state I did NOT have any issues with iOS 8.0 or the 8.0.1 upgrades with pairing with the car's bluetooth technology. I have checked and my Entune "upgrades" are all up to date.

Bluetooth Pairing with Microsoft Sync - Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD

After the upgrade of my father-in-law's phone to KitKat (v 4.4.2) the bluetooth pairing to his Microsoft Sync in a 2013 Ford Explorer no longer works right. After deleting the pairing on the vehicle and then repairing, the contacts do not copy over. It says "downloading contacts, please wait" then comes back a few seconds later saying "no contacts". I've deleted and recreated the pairing on the vehicle twice but I cannot seem to delete it in the displayed devices on the phone.
I would appreciate any assistance.

Thanks for confirming Werica. I'm pleased to hear that the bluetooth functionality is still working. This sounds more specific to the hands free bluetooth system in your vehicle. Have you been able to test the device with another vehicle or another bluetooth capable accessory? If the device will works successfully with the others, I apologize our control is limited with a specific vehicle.
