Z10 Smart Device, need broken phone functions help

After the last patch I seem to have a plethora of problems with it, 100% of them in the phone.
1) when I call someone it takes about 15-20 seconds to start placing the call, seems to hang, and wait, and wait, and...wait
2) when someone calls me, it keeps vibrating 2-3 times, then it hangs, and wait, and wait, and...wait, then say hello and hope the person on the other end didn't hang up already
At least I can still play Clash of Clans...

Whatever version of Leopard you purchase, I suggest updating it to 10.5.8 which should have everything you require. To update Leopard download and install Mac OS X 10.5.8 Combo Update. Alternatively, open Software Update and install all the recommended updates. That will include the above updater.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.

Photoshop CS3 disc wont read on any device - need to re-install Help!!

Don't laugh, but I bought photoshop CS3 in 2007 it worked fine for what I need. I do not have the cash to upgrade right now. My hardrive crashed and was replaced and trying to re - install but the origional disc from Adobe will not read. I have installed everything else and dreamweaver and fireworks worked fine. When i put the disc in its like there is nothing there. I can not download from adobe as they do not have CS3 available. Any ideas??? Pretty Desperate!!

All models of phones from all manufacturers generally have some form of bug in them. Most bugs can be corrected by firmware updates.
The vast majority of phone users will never notice problems with the phone.
The best thing you could do is if you like the phone, try it out somewhere and then buy it. Test it out throughly and if you are not happy with it then return it.
Personally I prefer the 6233 over 6300 but thats just because I like the look of the 6233 (black model) better.

A Sprint iPhone can only be used with Sprint. It cannot be unlocked, except by Sprint. And they will only unlock it for use outside of the US, and only if you are a Sprint customer. The phone is useless to you if you don't want to use it with Sprint. Return it for a refund.

Need PP Functional help for some legacy fields

Hi all,
I am a BW consultant. I need to replicate in SAP-BW some reports that are currently in a legacy system (non SAP). I have identified the functional area for those reports as PP. I need a little functional help from you guys to find out what some fields in the legacy system mean in SAP. Once I know the R/3 fields (and source tables if someone can tell me), I can move forward with mapping those fields into BW objects and the rest of the process.
The reason why I am seeking help from here is, unfortunately our functional team is not available right now and their availability is indefinite. So I just want to keep myself busy till they are back.
Well, here are the fields that I need help for (for now)
The report is for Daily summary of activities at a plant
Work order process
Work order type
Daily Created Bags
Daily Capacity Bags (Bags per Hour Rate* Available Hours)

I have had a 3GS for 2+ years. After upgrading to IOS 4 (now 4.3.5) I began having problems. In the past week, my screen went to the itunes logo and USB cable twice -- unprovoked -- just found it sitting there like that! I connected to itunes and it did restore from a backup but it is a major inconvenience. I am also searching for answers, but better back-up regularly!

Last time I had to replace my phone, all the photos and video were there. Now they're not. I had set up icloud but when i typed in "my restore from icloud", nothing came up. If this is your first sync and there is already data on the phone, perform the steps listed below. This will transfer your apps and other media purchased from the iTunes store to your iTunes library, perform a manual backup and restore, then sync the iTunes media back to the phone from your iTunes library. This will not transfer media from other sources such as music from your ripped CDs. As you said you never synced before, I assume all of your apps, music and other media was purchased from the iTuens and App stores. If this is correct, you won't lose anything.
Download and install iTunes: http://www.apple.com/itunes/.
Launch iTunes, go to the View menu and click to check Show Sidebar.
Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices (Edit>Preferences>Devices if using Windows) and check "Prevent...from syncing automatically".
Go to Store>Authorize This Computer and authorize all Apple IDs used to purchase apps and other iTunes media (music, podcasts, movies, tv shows, etc.) on your phone.
On her phone, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and turn iCloud Backup to Off.
Connect her phone to your computer and in iTunes go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases to transfer your purchased media to your iTunes library.
Right-click on the name of the phone on the left side of iTunes and click "Reset Warnings".
Right-click on the name of the phone again and click "Back Up" to back up the phone.
Right-click again and choose "Restore from Backup...", select the backup you just made to restore from and restore the backup to your phone. If prompted to back up again, decline.
Go to the Info tab and make sure nothing is checked so you aren't syncing calendars, contacts, etc. with iTunes.
Go to the Summary tab and select This Computer under Automatically Back Up.
Check the other tabs to confirm that your sync settings are the way you want them.
Click Apply at the bottom to sync your phone.

HT1688 I have a damaged I-Phone and I need the contents of my calendar off of it. I did not have Mobile me at the time. Can I swap out the sim card from the broken phone to a new phone and recover this calendar?

I have an older I-Phone (3G) that for some reason the body of the phone has split in two. This phone was a business phone and it had a lot of important information on it. I have a second phone that is also a 3G. On the broken phone there is a lot of important information that I need in my calendar. Im not worried about anything else but the calendar. I didn't have the Mobile Me account at that time or I would be having this problem. Does anybody know if I can ust switch out the sim cards. I just need to recover the old calendar, so im hoping that the calendar will transfer when I switch the sim card into the good 3G. If that doesn't work does anybody know of anyway that I can retrieve this information off of this phone?

Nothing is stored on the sim card on an iPhone. If you backed up to your computer the backup will contain your calendar events. Otherwise, if your phone isn't functioning there is no way to back up or extract your calendar at this point.

Go to http://www.icloud.com in your computer's internet browser. Sign in, go to Find My iPhone, locate your device there.

Please stop altering the fonts, it makes reading postings extremely difficult. If help is desired, making postings difficult to read is not the way to get help.
Put the device in DFU mode (google it), then restore.

You have Jailbroken your device. Apple does not support Jailbreaking and as such having done so has voided your warranty and forfeited any support from Apple and by extension these forums. We are not allowed to discuss Jailbroken devices in any way by the Terms of Service of the forum.
You will have to find help elsewhere. Ask the person that installed Cydia to restore the phone.

Can I use the NI DAQmxbase C functions to develop a Smart Device application using a NI USB or NI ENET 9234 C module with Visual Studio for an iMX31 (ARM 11) embedded computer running Win CE 5.0 or 6.0?

I have an embedded application running on a iMX31 (ARM 11) that does fairly high performance analog input (24 bit, 50K samples/second). I use Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 C/C++ for the develoment environment and have currently built versions of the application for Win CE 5.0 and 6.0 without Labview or NI hardware. I have used the NI 9234 with great success on several Labview applications in the past and I'd like to use the 9234 on this embedded application with VS2005 C/C++. The NI documentation hints that I should be able to do this (maybe I'm overly optimistic) and I'm wondering if anyone else has? I've tried the Evaluation versions of Labview Mobile and Labview Touch panel to build a C application using the NI DAQmx base C function inside Visual Studio without success. I can compile and link the ContAcq IntClk LV example project for an x86 platform using NIDAQmx but not for a ARM platform using NIDAQmxbase.lib. I get the same linker error error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol referred to in Knowledge Base Document ID 4HAEE7QQ even though I've set up (or think I've set up ) VS2005 as the KB article indicates.
If anyone has used the C functions and NIDAQmxbase library inside a VS2005 Smart Device project, I'd greatly appreciate your comments.

I have been checking into this for you and have found out that what you are trying to do cannot be done. At least not in the current manner you are hoping for. The internal architecture of DAQmx Base requires the cross-compiling capability of the LabVIEW Mobile Module. While a stand-alone compiler can compile DAQmx Base calls for desktop processors, it cannot compile DAQmx Base calls for ARM.
If your application requirements exclude the LabVIEW toolchain, then the remaining option is the USB Driver Development Kit which is avaliable here, but you will have to contact your local field sales representative to discuss support
options as standard phone and e-mail support are not available for the
NI Measurement Hardware DDK.
